Experience with employees was great! Walmart itself however, not so much. On top of allowing customers to schedule maintnece RIGHT before they close(I didnt know but luckily I came in early anyway), the service I scheduled was for the tires I had ordered through them, they didnt arrive, and there is no actual tracking on the order. Employee left a note to the manager to call me (you have to get transfered to their dept) they called during my training so I called back in hopes of at least telling someone the best times to reach me, but no one picked up their phone(on the Walmart end not auto), and when someone finally did they just hung up on me.Repeatedly called back to have no one answer.

So I’ve been here twice and both times they charged me for a service they didn’t even complete! My car tells me how much oil life I have before getting a change so I went in and my percentage didn’t go up. So when it was at 0% I went back and then when they actually changed it, it went back up to 100%. I went again today (like 2 months later) and again the same thing happened. They charged me for an oil change they didn’t even complete. Then they said they checked the tire pressure which they didn’t because if they had they would’ve seen that my front drivers side was low. I took it to Meineke after being really upset here and they confirmed that I was ready for an oil change which means they didn’t even touch my car!! Then they put some plastic down in the front floor board but for what?! They didn’t vacuum. Which I don’t really care about because I can clean my own car but don’t pretend you provided a service you didn’t do!! Then the guy told me I needed a new air filter but didn’t offer to change it or anything. I’ll never go here again!! I’m out $60 for a service you didn’t even provide. I’m not trying to be a Karen but man like I work hard and I travel a lot!! I need my car to be taken care of and I trusted it with these people and this is what happened!! Usually I wouldn’t even complain I would just go somewhere else but I would hate to see someone else spend their money here for something they didn’t even get done!!

The workers doing the oil changes are professional and very kind. My oil was changed and i was back on the road in 30 minutes. Very good!

Lied about missing a tool, so could not service my car. Verified at another Walmart that no special tools are needed. They missed out on oil change and tires from me. Could have been religious discrimination based on car stickers. Extremely disappointing.

Got my tires replaced here and had the most reasonable prices compared to other Tire Services.

I am changing my review. I was able to get in touch with the auto center manager and he was very courteous and issued me a gift card for my troubles. I will be returning for future services. Thank you for good service.

Came in and was greeted quickly and the mechanic, June, noticed I had a baby and informed me because they were understaffed that it would maybe be a while. After I told him I understood and was going to try elsewhere he was very polite, gave me directions and then even offered to top off my washer fluid AND the air in my tires even though he knew I wasnt spending any money today. Wish I had had the time to stop and use their service, but theyll get my business for sure next time

They fix my flat tire for a very reasonable amount. When I took it somewhere else they said it couldnt be fixed and I needed a new tire. They saved me $200.00 for a tire.Just expect to wait some time.

Terrible. Say here 4 hours to get a tire plugged once. They plugged my same time twice and it still leaks till this day.

Nobody calls me to pick up my car. I tried to call to see if it’s ready but nobody picks up the phone at auto shop. I’m driving the car the second day to another city. Their irresponsible attitude is really upsetting. Do not recommend this place.

Needed some air for my tires and they helped me quickly with no issues.

I just pulled up to the tire center and waited in my car for almost 10 minutes without being greeted. I know I was seen by the employees because as soon as I pulled in someone saw me, looked at his buddies at work, and shook his head. Im now at pep boys where I was greeted as soon as I came in. Oil change is about the same price as Walmart and get a free tire rotation with my oil change. I will NEVER be back at Walmart for my oil change. This is not the first time someone was rude to me. Judging by the rating on Google, others have had the same experience as me. Terrible customer service.

Place is such a cluster. Second car in line when I got here and I’ve now been here for 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting on a tire rotation and balance. They told me it would be at least 20 more minutes. I need to be somewhere in 30 minutes and explained that to the supervisor (?) Brad, who offered no resolution. Do I seriously need to plan a whole day around this service? Have been watching attendees cut up more than work. So inefficient. Will not be coming back.

Me and my husband took our car there cause everyone else was a 3 hour wait. So we dropped it off. Went in walmart to do some shopping while we waited. All needed done was a oil change. Went to pick car up and they told us they couldnt do the oil change cause they couldnt get the oil cap off. But said they drained the old oil. So my husband checked to make sure everything was ok. And it looked like they didnt even drain anything. We will never take our car back to Wal-Mart auto center again. They just suck. And the guy at the check out kept us waiting to take a call.. So rude!!!

Good god! Needed 1 tire. Called at 3pm and was told they couldnt get us in since they have 2 people in line.... THEY CLOSE AT 7!

Had my car finished at the exact time it was supposed to be, they cleaned my floor, and they helped answer questions on tires. They also pointed out some things I needed to get done and the cause of I didnt get it fixed.

I get the lifetime tire balancing ($9) and get it done with the oil change for free. Best thing you can do for your car ride!

Despite the bad reviews and long wait time for the Walmart Tire & Lube Express at Walbrook Dr, Knoxville, the employees are experienced and will try to save you money. I came in for all 4 tires to be changed because Discount Tire (on Kingston Pike) said that my tires were really bad (borderline of satisfactory). I came to Walmart to save some money since their tire and installation fees are cheaper than most places. The Walmart tire guys were really looking out for me. I was about to buy 4 new tires, but they said that my tires were basically new. They also said that Discount Tire employees work on commission so that was why they were trying to screw me into replacing my good tires. Glad I went here!

Ive always had good service with Walmart auto service department. Ive bought batteries, oils changes an tires with no problems.

The automotive department is trash got there at 12 told us about two hours for a oil change didnt leave till 4. and while we waited got a haircut there and the woman jacked my head up

Great price on goodyear tires....but, 3 bays, 5 workers and it took 3½ hrs to put them on! Its not that they were busy..all3 stalls were empty for45 minutes and you could never find 3 working or in the shop at the same time.

Very good service to my experience. I got there Sunday morning around 11:30 am and went for shopping in the nearby Sams club for about an hour and by then they already finished the job.Honest sales that I actually consider to get new tires (more than 4 years old) and they checked it and said no need.Explained it very well to me about the difference between high mileage oil (to help to stop leaking) and regular oil change. I eventually chose the synthetic oil and got the air filter done as well. They ceaned my carpet as well. Very satisfied indeed.I only wish it could be even cheaper as a customer.

Very, very, very very slow.I brought a single tire to replace, and it took them more than 2 hours and half to replace it. If i knew that, I would drop it, go home andtake a nap, and then come later to pick it up. Or simpley go to other tire shop.

I went for an oil change and the guy said the car would be ready in an hour and a half.After 2 hours I went to check up on it and they hadn’t even started it. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I got there and was still one ahead of me waiting when I got sick of waiting and went to Valvoline and got it done in 20 mins and for nearly $10 cheaper. Screw Walmart auto department.

They make you wait at least 2 hours for an oil change. 4 guys working and 1 of 3 bays open. I think they do this so youll get bored and buy more stuff. Dont come here unless you have 2 or 3 hours to spare

Came for an oil change - I was first in line; told my car would be done in less than an hour, it wasn’t even touched for 45 minutes; now I’ve been here for an hour and a half- have been assured several times my car will be done soon; will NOT be coming back - I would not recommend coming here.

Customer service in the auto care was very rude. The workers couldnt find anyone to work inside. Managers were just talking to each other and walking by not trying to help.
