What a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle. We drove 60 miles to look at a car we thought we might like and ended up buying a completely different one thank you ALL the help, time, and patience of our salesman Andy. He literally helped us view nearly everything on their lot without the 1st hint of a complaint. It was 90+ degrees and humid, yet he hung right with us while also allowing us time to browse on our own, bringing multiple sets of keys out as we found something that interested us. I just purchased my second vehicle from Mini of Knoxville / Cameron Henson. Circumstances made it necessary that I needed a car quickly and since I had had such a great experience last year, he was the first person I thought of when I decided to buy. He was super patient with my many questions and didnt hesitate when I asked to see car after car. Once decided, going through the paperwork part was a breeze. I originally stopped in at the Subaru of Knoxville to look at a used Mini and they did not have what we were looking for. My salesman informed me they are also part of Mini of Knoxville so he took us over to that location.After several hours of test driving multiple minis new and used we finally made my decision.My salesman was excellent and very patient with us until the end. We ended up having to close the deal the following day due to the bank being closed. When we arrived back to the dealer our salesman told us he was not available and another one would have to step in. Once the change was made everything went fast and easy.Jamison was our second salesman and he is great. Goes above and beyond to help and very friendly.Finance was awesome and we were very happy with our purchase.2 weeks after our purchase we did have to bring our mini back in for a few things and I will say the service department is hit or miss on the friendliness. That would be my only complaint about Mini of Knoxville.

Looked at a 2018 Mini Cooper with Andy on Friday. Needed to do some more research before making a final decision. Andy did not pressure us at all. We had a great experience with Cameron and Mini of Knoxville. First let me say I hate the whole process of car buying and will hardly even talk to a salesman to save both ourselves trouble. I dont like feeling pressured or being pushed because Ill just leave. Hah! So long story short we came to look at a car we had already came to see while the lot was closed and it just wasnt the perfect fit. After test drives and talks Cameron suggested another car on the lot we had missed because it had all my wants. I still never intended to purchase that day. But the car was perfect for me and we felt it was very reasonably priced. I can absolutely say we would have not bought a car that day had we not had Cameron! Honestly the whole experience was great (I even loved our finance guy) so I cant recommend them enough! This was so painless even for me I will definitely comeback when I drive this car out! Buy used cars here with CAUTION!! BUYER BEWARE!!2004 Toyota Sienna from them. It had been a trade-in. I test drove the vehicle and had no issues. I know buying an older car has risks, but did not expect the issues that followed. The salesman was somewhat willing to work with me, but they would not allow me to take the car to my mechanic, I wanted it inspected before buying. They said it could not be off the lot that long. Okay fine. They came down to my price. I was in a bind after an accident and needed a car. I thought I was getting a good deal. There were no warning lights on or anything, until the next day. The check engine light miraculously came on the next time I drove the van. I stopped by the garage to have them check it and they did a full inspection as well. It needs at least $3k dollars in engine repairs. Some of the issues would have been obvious if the so called trained mechanics at Mini actually checked the van. Salesman claimed that they dont reset any instrument panel lights, but I feel that was a lie since the check engine light came on when it did. Mini is part of Grayson Auto so be warned if you go to any of them for a used car. I received a text from the salesman at Mini soon after my purchase asking for my email. I responded with my email and told him about the issues and he stopped responding to me. They simply dont care. Now I am stuck with a car I cant drive until I come up with money to fix it. Now I know why they worked with me on the price.

Was so excited to have purchased my 2014 A6 2.0 from Mini of Knoxville... that is until now. Within two weeks My oil llight low came on so I went for an oil change. I was a quart and a half low and now every 750 miles driven I have to add a quart of oil!. There is no visible signs of an oil leak, its just burning oil. I am upset feeling I purchased a car from a reputable dealer only to now feel duped. Grayson apparently does not run their any type of service when a car is traded in before putting on the lot for sale. I should have stuck with Carmax for buying a used car. Extremely disappointed in Grayson!

Excellent dealership with great customer service. I get anxiety over things like buying a car but here they made me feel calm and at home versus the Toyota and BMW dealerships. Recently purchased a vehicle from Mini of Knox and while the purchase went well, I informed them the day after that the brakes were bad. I asked if they had been replaced and the salesman replied no, but we will get you in at a local brake shop for their discount. After finding out with their discount it would be almost $1000 to do all new brakes and rotors I was baffled. Every used car I have purchased within the last five years has had all the service and maintenance done before it was sold. Now here I am with a new purchase and already sinking in a bunch of money for something they should have fixed since it is safety related. Will definitely not purchase from them again and wouldn’t recommend. Looking out more for the dollar then the customer.

I purchase many cars and most from out of state and the most important thing to me is rapport with the sales rep. Todd Viney at Mini of Knoxville is one of the best. Knowledgeable, courtesy, responsive, but most importantly respectful of your opinion. Ill be honest, I went back and forth for nearly a month before I purchased - but not because of numbers or anything just wasnt ready to pull the trigger on the car ... Well because Im picky in terms of the options I desire. Well Todd never pushed me away or demonstrated any lack of interest in answering my questions. Instead he maintained conversation and integrity the whole time. I am happy with my Mini JCW but moreso because I got it with Todd along my side.

He brought it to my house so I could test drive without missing much work. The second I got in it I knew, and I think he did, too. I drove as long as I wanted to, and he didnt rush me. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about this car, even meeting me at Mini, closer to my home office, the day I was ready to buy.Backing up a few days before purchase . . . as I was doing my research on the car, I took my hubby to Mini so he could have his first ride in it and give me his opinion. We met Mark and Patrick, who were extremely welcoming and gave us the keys. It was close to closing time before we were able to get there, yet Patrick told us to go drive and didnt rush us. Also, there was zero pressure from a sales standpoint.John was headed out of town, so Walker and I finished negotiations on the purchase. I feel that I got a fair deal on my trade-in and on the BRZ. I had a couple questions after I traded, and Walker was infinitely patient and helpful every time I called. He also was so patient when my credit union loan department was overwhelmed, working very slowly, and I decided to change payment options, which required some new paperwork.No request seems too annoying for these professionals who excel at customer service. If you are looking for a dealership full of liars, broken promises, and cars with problems you have found the right place! The salesman that I had worked with assured my husband and I that the features on the vehicle I purchased would be repaired. These were broken promises that have yet to be fulfilled. When you call the dealership, you get lies on lies on lies about who is or is not in the building. Im convinced the managers have been in meetings for weeks now. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I love my Mini but their customer service is painful. I recently had my car serviced for more than $3000 and I was still treated horribly. The person who does service intake has the customer service skills of a sleep-deprived truck driver. Angry. Annoyed. I left feeling angry and annoyed. This isn’t the first time.Now compare that experience with Harpers. When I take my Audi to be serviced, Harper’s customer service is calm, competent. They make you feel even special. It’s a 180 degree difference.Mini’s aren’t cheap. Their service is. And it’s so unnecessary. If management wants to talk, they’ve got my number.

Highly recommend this dealer! After car shopping for months and dealing with an unreal lack of willingness to sell a car across the board with every dealer I interacted with, it was incredibly refreshing to find a car here and close the deal within 24 hours from first contact to driving my beautiful new ride home! Great service, incredible interaction with staff, and a huge shoutout to John for helping me gather the information I needed to feel comfortable with the car to the point of driving 2 hours away late in the evening for a dark pickup!

The dealership and I negotiated pricing on a vehicle last Thursday and I put down a deposit to secure the vehicle. On Friday, I received this email from the salesman, who after that then went completely dark. Today is Monday and I have tried to call the salesman all Friday and all Saturday with no response. My $1000 deposit was also not reissued. I’m located in CA and thus was not able to go into the dealership to receive answers on what was going on.As of right now, Monday 5pm ET, I call this FRAUD and would like to warn every potential customer. Stay away!

Just bought a 2014 Audi R8 V10 from this dealership and had it shipped to Illinois. Upon receiving the car there was a noticeable ticking noise coming from the engine bay, more likely coming from the exhaust or heat shield. Contacted the dealer today and told them I have to take a 103k (with taxes) to the Audi dealership and got the following response “ I wish you guys the best of luck and I hope there is no issues with the dealer”.Anyone purchasing a high end car from this Mini dealership should be highly concerned.As of 2/27/21 anyone interested in any of their Ferrari or Lamborghini offerings should stay away in my opinion, unless you are willing to take the car to the dealership until arrival.Update on 3/18/21 - The car has been repaired from a local Audi dealership. The dealership has posted a response saying to contact them. I have been in contact and the dealership says I have no leverage since I left a review online. They absolutely know the contact information of the person who recently purchased an R8, so if they really cared about customer service they would reach out, right?From the dealer via text:“I am not saying that I can or cannot do anything. I can definitely talk to my manager and see if he’s willing to do something but I was saying that the post does not give me a chance to go to bat for you”

Andy was truly helpful, he was able to answer all the questions I had about the car and left me feeling confident about my purchase. I would highly recommend him.

Had service work performed here yesterday. Its been a long time since Ive witnessed customers anywhere being treated so rudely. Just because youre having a bad day doesnt mean your customers should have to have one as well.

They clearly dont require all employees and customers to practice COVID safe protocols here. I saw too many folks not wearing mask or had them under their chin, like that helps. The first person to greet us was maskless inside the stuffy space. Avoid this dealership if you want to stay safe.

They couldnt offer me nowhere near the deal I received across town on the same vehicle. Salesman was very nice and attentive until I wasnt approved then he ninja poofed on me. Lol He Didnt really explain or suggest other options... nothing...I was clearly veiwed as just a number/dollar sign at this location. No hard feelings bc I love my new land rover that I bought for an awesome deal the very next day 10 mins away.. everything happens for a reason they say ! Happy with the way things turned out .

On December 30,2020 I bought a beautiful Kia Optima. My sales person was fantastic and found me exactly what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and I felt zero pressure from him.The downfall of this car dealership is the Finance Manager, Aaron Mynatt. On January 12,2021, several days after the sale was made, Aaron emailed me needing most recent paystub and the hiring date due to a misunderstanding with the bank. Because of the late response, I was confused and told him I was not sending anymore documents after this. Aaron was unprofessional and very rude in the emails.March 3,2021I have still not received my car tags from the dealership after calling several times throughout the week since the day of purchase. My boyfriend and I have been trying to contact him to see what steps need to be taken to get the tags. The steps he suggested were invalid and not helpful. At this point, I will have to pay additional money to receive the tags that the dealership failed to send to me.*The dealership would be a better dealership with a new Finance Manager. *

Came from Atlanta to purchase a used vehicle at this dealer. I am no fan of buying cars at dealers. The whole process should be changed but I will say after a little expected back and forth, these guys were easy to deal with and most importantly, did what they said they would do. I would buy again from them.

Brian Burkett was fantastic! Even though we were not there to buy a Mini, he treated us like family and was MORE than accommodating to me and my father! I will be coming back here for my next car purchase based solely on the experience I had today! 5 stars!
