Everyone was amazing. My car was finished on time and they called to update me every couple days. You get to decide how often they call, so if you want daily updates then thats exactly what you will get. My car looks good as new and Im so happy with the work.

My car was hit and scratched on the back bumper. Collision Centers price was FAR better than the other estimates I received, and the work was excellent. Car looked brand new--couldnt tell there had been any damage at all. On top of that, they cleaned it inside and out. They were helpful and professional the entire time, and they even came and picked me up because I didnt have a ride at the time my car was ready. Excellent service and price--I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again if I have a need!

The work was phenomenal! My car looks good as new and they replaced pieces of my car that didnt need to be replaced while staying within the set budget for my insurance. When they found other complications on the vehicle after tearing it down, they informed me immediately and sent it to insurance. They cleaned the car after repairs and realigned the front as well. This shop was very helpful and kept me informed through the entire process. The repair process took 2 weeks and that is only because they had to special order some parts that took a little extra time to arrive. I will absolutely be recommending this shop to others in Knoxville who need work done on their vehicle for collision purposes.

I was in a tough spot after wrecking my car while visiting from out of state. After some back and forth with the shop across the road, I had it brought over to Collision Center, and they were quick to draw up the estimate. They kept me updated through the process and were willing to work with me on what my car absolutely needed to get running again. Many thanks to the Collision Center team. :)

I took my car in to have the right side fixed and painted. They were very kind and helpful. Explained it all out and listened to my every concern. When I got my car back it was like brand new. You couldnt even tell it ever got hit. Everything matched perfectly and blended so well. The entire team up there did way beyond what I had expected. I will always be bringing my vehicles back here if I need to.

Had my ram 1500 tailgate replaced due to damage from recall whitch the dealership had taken care of through these guys did a fantastic job on my replacement tailgate painting matched great very timely and great work Jake informed me even though Chrysler took care of the bill I still have a lifetime warranty on all repairs if I need more body work done Ill go BK to see these guys great job and thanks !!!!!!!

Had a good experience although there were a couple of issues. My claim info was lost when their computers went down and I didnt find out until I called to check on the status of my vehicles estimate. Also, when I picked up my car one of the quarter panels was completely misaligned making it obvious that work had been done on the car. The manager was very nice, however, when I pointed it out and fixed it within 30 minutes while I waited. Weve used this shop 3 times now & have always ended up satisfied.

The guys and gals who work at Collision Center are top notch. They were there when I needed a hand, and they reached out with two. I happened to break down near there shop on a day they were closed. Jake and a few great guys(who also work there) made quick work of tire and got me back on the road.
