I never thought our nonprofit would be purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes of Knoxville. However, thanks to a trade-in, FOCUS Ministries of Knoxville was able to buy a quality vehicle for transporting clients to work and various appointments.Frank Cardwell was excellent! The whole process was simple and painless. That’s not always the case at a car dealer. I never felt pressured and there was fair negotiation without the gimmicky haggling. Well Done!No matter the car need, luxury or function, I recommend Mercedes of Knoxville. Definitely ask for Frank.

I purchased a previously owned 2015 E350 from Terry Watson. Wonderful sales person. Very knowledgeable on the product and how the company does business. She worked with her manager to get me the most for my trade and offered every accommodation since the car was for my wife and she is out of town. She was very responsive during the process that took a few days but not due to them. The financing was through my credit union with no problem and they took care of all the paperwork. The closing was very smooth and no problems. The GM made sure I know of the open door policy he has with any concerns. Service and parts were very helpful with all my questions. Could not ask for a better experience. Terry is also watching for a vehicle for me to drive as well. Looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Had a great experience with their Service Department- they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicle. The waiting lounge is large, clean and plenty of snacks and drinks. What a fantastic dealership.We were 1000 miles from home traveling with our 3 pups in our sprinter RV. Engine light came on in Ashville and we went into limp mode several times. After being turned down by the Ashville dealership, we called Knoxville and even though they were backlogged with 45 other sprinter vans they worked us in on Monday and by 6pm we were back on the road with everything fixed.We relaxed in the dog friendly waiting room as various associates came by periodically with treats, water, and lots of love for the pups.Big shout out to Wendy for working us in and keeping us updated through the process.Class act team at this first class dealership!

My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned SL 550 from MB of Knoxville. I have to say that of all the vehicle purchases I’ve made over the last 40 years, this had to be the best experience yet. The entire staff there is amazing…they greet you at the front door as you enter the salesroom, and everyone we spoke to was very friendly and eager to help. Brandon Comer was our salesperson and he represents MBoK very well. Brandon is very professional, personable, honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable of the MB vehicle line and even vehicles from many other manufacturers. The first time we looked at the car, he stood out in the parking lot with us for over an hour in 90 degree temps and happily went over all of the features of the SL and answered all of our questions. When we returned to make the purchase he sat with us for another couple of hours taking the time to run through the features again and answer more questions. After taking delivery of the vehicle I discovered a couple of small items that were in need of attention and Brandon made sure my concerns were addressed quickly. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with our purchase and feel we were treated very well by Brandon and MBoK. I’m sure we’ll return in the future for another purchase.

Today I had a GREAT experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. First time my C63 had a check up at this dealership. I went to meet my new service advisor (Sean Fails) a few weeks ago to discuss the maintenance requirements, process for service, and waiting area etc... The waiting area is fully stocked with all sorts of things to keep you busy while you wait. My car needed a replacement due to a factory recall and a scheduled maintenance check. Sean is a dedicated Service Advisor with his #1 goal being Customer Satisfaction. Today he has exceeded his goal. The very top of my customer satisfaction list is... I felt as if he treated my car like it was his own! I was completely satisfied with his periodic updates, and the information that he gave me about my car. We shared some pictures, stories, and some personal life. I got to know him a little bit. Thank you Sean for a job well done!!! See you next time.

Salesman are dishonest and untrusting. Find another dealership that will offer top service and great prices.Called about vehicle I saw online and was lied to about the conversation about the car and was treated as if I should beg the company to purchase a vehicle: I would never spend a dime at this dealership or any others that feel like they are above the customer. It shows what kind of problems you will occur in the future if purchasing a car. I bet this review slow you down.

Recently, I had taken my Mercedes to my mechanic and was informed that he couldnt fix the problem; didnt sound like he knew for sure what was causing it but he did recommend taking my Mercedes to Mercedes of Knoxville.I am glad that I did and must say I was really impressed by the whole Mercedes of Knoxville experience. I was taken care of very professionally by Derrek and the dealership. Derrek kept me informed and helped me manage the cost by walking me through options. The whole service was affordable and now I am back on the road with my 20 year old gorgeous 420S.In the meantime I took a tour through the dealership and had a good time looking at all their very impressive inventory. My wife and I purchased a supposedly certified 2018 GLC 300 (AMG package) about 10 days ago from the Knoxville dealership. After driving home (we are unfortunately from out of town NC we noticed a terrible smell (inside) after we stopped for dinner. After some research we found that this particular car has had mold issues with the AC unit. Our first response from the dealership was a question asking us if we were sure if we didn’t hit an animal on the drive.Being sold as a “certified” car you would have thought that this “mold” issue would have been take care of before offering it for sale….it wasn’t. We took the car to the closest Benz dealer (Charlotte) to have the AC unit flushed. We were without the car for 3 days (very inconvenient). We have now found out that the auto wipers, auto headlights and auto door unlock doesn’t work either. Now we will have to take more time out of our very busy schedule to yet again take this vehicle to the dealership to be fixed. More issues that should have been taken care of prior to the “certified” vehicle being offered for sale. This was our first Mercedes Benz purchase and will be the last.We purchased a BMW 18 months ago “certified” and I have to say that the customer experience was absolutely flawless. We were expecting the same type of experience with Mercedes but the reality is that when it comes to customer service this dealership is far from the top of the list.

I have to commute from Chattanooga to Knoxville right now. As I drove in this morning, my Mercedes CLK started run badly and a dash light came on. MB of Knox is right across from my office so I drove in about the time their Service Dept opened. There was 1 other car there. I asked if they could have someone read the code to determine the issue. They said no, and that o would have to make an appt which would likely be tomorrow.To read the code would take literally 5 minutes, and probably be done before another car even pulled up - BUT NO!I would give them a big ZERO review if possible. LONG of Chattanooga would never have given that lack of service!

My family had a flat tire over 50 miles north of Knoxville. I called Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville and verified they had 2 tires that would fit my Mercedes and they put them back for me. They worked us into the schedule and got me back on the road in about 3 1/2 hours and thats including another tire to ensure the front tires matched. While there, they provided a shuttle so my family could eat lunch.Out service advisor Matthew kept us updated every step of the way. Josie checked in with me to see if my family needed anything the entire time we were there.I do not hesitate in recommending this Mercedes dealership. So friendly and helpful!

I went to Mercedes in April because I was interested in a used Tacoma they had received on trade-in. I reached out for more information and within a couple of hours had a call from Javier Escobar. We talked for a few minutes and I agreed to come in to look at the truck. I stopped by unexpectedly the next day just to give it a quick look to see if I would be interested. Knowing I wasn’t buying at that moment, Javier could have easily just pointed the truck out and let me walk to it. Instead, he took the time to drive it to the front to let me look. I came in the next day with my wife and we made the trade. Throughout the entire process, Javier made it one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. My wife was pregnant and he consistently checked to make sure she was comfortable or if she needed a drink or anything else. He even cleaned both tags off of my old car to put on my new truck saying “I can’t have you put dirty plates on a new clean truck!” Little things like that made this such a great experience. I wasn’t there to buy a brand new Mercedes, but they treated me as if I was. I Couldn’t recommend Javier and Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville more.

Ive never been greeted or welcomed dropping off a vehicle. The employees just continue to chat amongst themselves. As a blue collar worker, my money is the same, but I’m treated like I don’t belong here to get my vehicles serviced. The service advisor is great, but the rest of the staff I’ve dealt with is a miserable experience.

I can honestly say our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville has truly been exceptional. The biggest reason is our salesman Javier Escobar. We had a bad experience with another local luxury car dealer and were not sure how we would be treated at Mercedes. I can say that it was a pleasurable experience. And while it took us several months to find the vehicle for us. Javier was nothing but patient and very helpful in finding the right vehicle to fit our needs. I dont recommend for service!! Take your car to an independent Benz mechanic!!I inherited an old vehicle that had been sitting a lot. I took it to them early, for my appointment, and they didnt get to it as scheduled. Didnt answer, and didnt return my call after I called to see what the hold up was.When I got the inspection checklist, it said everything was good, but it wasnt so they clearly just filled it out without inspecting the car. At pick up, they said they only work on newer Mercedes and that one of the parts I knew I needed, was no longer available. Waste of time and money. Ill never go back, nor shop there.Two stars because I had been to their repair and body shop (separate part of the property) years ago, and they work on all makes and models (for accident repair) and they did a decent job on a honda for me.

Extremely disappointed in my experience at this Mercedes dealership. Salesman was very rude at first when questioned about price of the car. The sticker price was 64,000. The salesman said that is not the market price. When asked the market price. He goes into the dealership and comes out with a new price printed on a plain sheet of paper for 74,000.00. This dealership appears to extremely shady. They also try to add 650.00 to the price for customer service. I will not be returning to this dealership. Buyer beware.

Frank was our salesperson and went to great efforts to keep us satisfied. We had found a vehicle that we were interested in but it sold before we could purchase it. Frank immediately found another similar car for us to look at and we bought that one. This took place at 5:30pm and they close at 6PM. Frank was able to have us complete the purchase and kept the finance person available after hours to finalize our transaction. We were out the door with the car by 6:30pm. In February 2021 I appeared a week early for my service appointment and the staff could not have been better....... it was kind of funny. But while I was in line I noticed the deals that could be had on certified pre-owned vehicles. I emailed that day and Javier Escobar replied quickly and I set up a meeting to check it out.I ended up making the trade and I could not be more pleased. Javier went above and beyond on the sale. His knowledge, courtesy and professionalism was premiere. In fact all of the people were fantastic from finance to everyone else.I love my new vehicle. Miserable service department. If you own a Sprinter look elsewhere. Expect to never talk to someone,you will be transferred to voicemail. Make an appointment that takes weeks. Then expect another couple of weeks before they will look at it. Then expect weeks for a simple repair.

Horrible service!! Expect more from a high end car dealership. Had to take in to replace a door light (2nd one) after waiting 30 min, they told me they needed to order the part and would call, waited 2 weeks, no call. I decided to call them and sure enough the part had come in and they just sat on it. This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed in their service process. Going back to Harper. They’re the BEST!!!

Exceptional Customer Service! Highly Recommend!We were recently traveling and our tire blew. Due to towing and roadside assistance, It took several hours to actually reach the dealership. So long that the technicians would be gone for the day. We were thinking we would have to find a hotel and stay overnight in Knoxville as a result.We arrived at the dealership to find that the technicians, John and Matt, actually stayed over to repair our vehicle.The service advisor, Derek Cardinale, was awaiting us when we arrived and was prepared to complete the service on the spot. They had us back on the road in no time.We were in awe of how well we were taken of and cannot thank them enough!

All other dealerships I have had the pleasure of working with have had the adequate staff to actually provide the service requested. I have never liked paying a premium price for substandard service. What a experience, after shopping several weeks for a car and at every dealership they wanted to hold you hostage until you bought a car. I decided to window shop on the web, my first stop was Mercedes of Knoxville.I made contact a Xavier Escobar greeted me on the as if I was standing in front of. I explained what I was looking for and he listened, his reply I have your car here was his reply. I was not able to get to the dealer for several days, most salesman would have forgotten about you, After one week I finally got to the dealership and Xavier cordially greeted me.We exchanged greetings, he then walked me outside to show mw e the car did he ever hit the nail on the head. I took a test drive and I was sold need not look any further, mind you this whole experience so far had been surreal compared to any car dealership I had encountered in my life.The financing was handled by Jessica, same enthusiasm as Xavier this was becoming contagious. Now to the car we went Xavier led me down the walk to the car as I sat In the passenger side slid in the general manager sat, Rick introduced himself called by name and went on with all control instructions, what a experience the dealership, the personel all acted in a flow of a well orchestrated dance.the best way to explain the experience of professionalism is two weeks later I took my wife to the dealership and let her pick out her new Mercedes, actually I was tired of her always taking my car.And again professionalism dedicated to the customer and cars that are so exceptional nothing compares to it, almost makes me want to buy a third car, this dealership is beyond praise clean dedicated employees and a Car that lives up to its name.Thomas and Carol Cimbolo
