I have to start with the good - Joy in the front office was really nice and I enjoyed talking with her. However, the communication from them was less than great. I was told that my work on my car would only be 1 week. Then 1 MONTH later, I had barely heard from them, unless I reached out. I understand that things happen, especially with insurance paying for things, but I wish there would have been more communication from them. I got my car back finally, and the entire thing smells of paint thinner.... I guess thats semi to be expected as they painted it but MY GOODNESS its strong.... Overall, they did do a decent job on the work, it looks nice on the outside and they cleaned it. BUT the sealant on the door they fixed is extremely loose now, like the clips they used arent the right ones. I guess we will see how it holds up over time.EDIT: The shop reached out to me and made things right. They came and picked up my car, brought me a rental car and then fixed everything that I had an issue with and brought it back to me. Im much happier now with the condition the car is in.

My Corvette unfortunately got into an accident and half the passengers side was severely dented and some of the paint gone. Malibu took care of me and got my vette looking better than it did when I bought it! Joy, the receptionist, was super nice, talkative, and just had a good personality and treated me like family! She made my experience a lot better and I recommend Malibu for any body work or painting among other things!

We are currently waiting for them to fix the mess they created. They returned my Armada missing pieces of the door and chrome around the window. There was dried wax all over it. I ask for it to be washed and detailed. Only the repaired areas received wax. It appeared to have only been sprayed off.. There are more scratches on the vehicle now compared to before I dropped it off. Do not take your vehicle to Malibu Collision!

My wife and I recently had out Kia Sorrento repaired.at Malibu. The team at Malibu is great to deal with from setting up a time for an estimate, working with insurance, handling the rental car pick up and drop off, and keeping you informed during the repair process. We were highly pleased with the repair and to find out the outside of the vehicle had been detailed upon our pick up. This was our third experience with Malibu and it was another great job.

Husband chose to get our car fixed here and it was such a good experience. They have done amazing work and the price was great! We will definitely choose them again if we need repairs on our car.

I could not be more thankful and appreciative of this business. I brought them an odd request and the finish product was amazing!!! I wanted to get my husbands grandfathers 1940s craftsman lunchbox style toolbox redone for him as a Christmas present. The times, effort, and compassion shown to me brought me to tears, literally!!!I had previously called 9 body shops to ask if they could paint it for me...all 9 shops wouldnt even give me the time of day. Malibu was the last body shop I called and I could tell they were a little puzzled but was very willing to take a look at it.They spent so much time with me picking out the right color and finish to restore the toolbox.The owners and employees were absolutely as kind as can be and they will have my continued business.

Went to try to get an estimate. When they came out to ask us where the damage was, we told them we wanted to have the car fully repainted. It was not a damage or insurance job. Lady told us we would need to speak to someone else. Man came out and she told him and he rolled his eyes and said he didn’t want to paint a car. They went back in, never said a word to us and left us standing out in the hot. We waited for 5 mins and no one ever came back out so we left. With all the good reviews, I expected better treatment. Would not even leave 1 star if google didn’t force me to.

I RECENTLY HAD MY VEHICLE REPAIRED AT MALIBU COLLISION, EVERYTHING WENT GREAT, LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND THE ESTIMATE WENT QUICKLY AND THEY SCHEDULED ME IN RIGHT AWAY. I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE A WEEK LATER AND I WAS AMAZED HOW MY NICE IT LOOKED.GREAT JOB!!! 5 STARS!!!!

Called to set up an estimate but the guy who answered was rude as soon as he picked up the phone. Great way to start an interaction and get someones business. Ill be going elsewhere. I suggest everyone else do the same.

I went to get an estimate for fixing my alignment issue. They said they would charge me $285 just to measure the damage before they could even give me an estimate.

Fixed original repair that was chipping from bumper. Took almost three months to have the work done, but it looks great.

Had our car in there twice and still comes out looking like a new car. Paint matches and guaranteed quality work.

Do not go there, they made us sit in the car, in the heat rather than inviting us in to wait for the car to be accessed. They didnt offer a beverage, didnt come and check with us to apologize for the wait or anything.

Kept it simple. Took care of paperwork, gave me a date to bring vehicle in and one to pick it up and did good job.
