TLDR: NOT WORTH IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!The repairs were unsatisfactory and not acceptable (Summer 2018). I went to this body shop after my car was rear-ended while parked. JR Griffey Body shop originally fixed the bumper after keeping the car for several days for repair that should have taken 3-4 hours. While the bumper was attached to the vehicle (Kia Soul) there was a visibly noticeable gap between the main body of the car and where the bumper attached. Before I left the parking lot I went back inside and notified the body shop that I was unsatisfied with the work, because the bumper was not properly attached. The shop informed me that the bumper was plastic and the sun would heat it up and it would pop back into place. Skeptical, I told them I would come back if it wasnt fixed soon. I came back because after two weeks it looked the same. They kept my car overnight. Returning the next day the bumper was a little more flush with the body of the car, but still not perfect. frustrated I decided to not pursue it further.Fast forward to today (about 10 months later) and I was getting a trailer hitch installed by Uhaul. The mechanics were able to get the trailer hitch attached, but they told me they had a little bit of a tough time because it looked like I had been rear-ended before and someone tried to fix it. I confirmed and said I took it to JR Griffey & Sons body shop. The Uhaul mechanic said it was not a good job in-fact he said they put dry-wall screws to hold it in place. So JR Griffey & Sons Body Shop took my insurance money to completely fix the bumper and instead they left the bumper (aesthetically not pleasing) AND apparently structurally not sound by putting dry-wall screws in my bumper! To say the least, I am perturbed. This business was super shady I would like to deter anyone from letting this body shop fix your vehicle. Just go somewhere else.

I would highly recommend any body work to this place. They were friendly, got the job done, and actually did some extra work for free. A great, trustworthy experience.

My truck door got bent backwards and they fixed it withing 10 minutes and saved me a ton of money. I figured I would have to have the door and hinges replaced but I didnt. The door closes and opens like it should and I couldnt be happier.

I had my truck stolen from there shop and they didnt wanna pay for it... After the owner Jimmy told me my truck would be ready in 30 days... 30 days went by and they hadnt even started working on my truck.... 2 weeks later they call me and tell me my truck was stolen from there shop... They are very unprofessional and liars dont take your car there...
