I came in without an appointment and they got me in no problem. I had purchased some graphics for my 4runner. They applied them for me and I have to say it looks better than I hoped. If you are looking for a revolving door, over worked and underpaid with a tense, kiss butt to climb up environment then Parkside Detail and Accessories is the place for you! I do seasonal work and needed a winter job to hold me over so I applied at Parkside and got the job within a few short days. Upon a arrival, I was warmly welcomed and showed a tour of the facilities, and met a handful of the faculty.From the first appearance I thought this place was great! However, a couple days later I noticed the phony masquerade begin to unravel. The head detail and fast lane boss suffered from what some refer to as “short man syndrome.” Call it what you may but if you begin employment there you will see exactly how it horribly affects those in that environment.. My time there was short lived because it was borderline depressing working in those conditions and seeing how miserable everyone seemed. I missed a lot of days for these reasons resulting in my termination for tardiness. In my short time there I saw an unusually high number of people come and go in comparison to anything I’ve seen prior to present. One man I had the pleasure of meeting, US ARMY VET, quit at lunch break on his first day. Need I say more. Don’t take my word for it though! Apply online today and see for yourself!

I found this place last Saturday and wanted to check it out, but unfortunately was not open. I decided to go ahead and get the total detail and headlight restoration and I am beyond happy with the results!! My only suggestion is consider 1 Saturday a month or late hours once a week. It can be very difficult to schedule. Luckily they have a neighbor that accepts after 5pm drop off. I will use them again!

I had my car detailed here and they did a wonderful job. They got stains out of my seats that had been there since 2011. They went above my expectations. I will definitely go back again

They burnt the hood of my truck with the buffer denied any wrong doing I took to 2 other paint professional both said it was a buffer burn. Talked to Randy the owner about my truck again still refuses to make it right customer beware

My fiance took his BMW here to have some dents fixed and they did a great job. Very professional and caring staff, they kept him in the loop through out the whole process and we picked up the car looking way better then before. We will be coming back for sure!

Completely satisfied! I had the unfortunate event of being hit and run while my car was parked at a local grocery store. I came out with my groceries, and BAM! What happened to my car? I had an immediate sense of dread because the thought of dealing with and insurance company and being without my car while a repair was going to be done was pretty stressful for me! So, I want to Parkside detail and accessories for an estimate. I thought about paying for the repair myself, but the damage was worse then anticipated. So, I went to my insurance company and dreaded having to deal with the whole process! Roberto Alvarez took care of it all! He dealt with the adjuster for me and was on very responsive to me every step of the way! He thought of concerns I needed to address before I did.When things got sticky with my insurance I went to Randy Loveday the manager and he replied, “Don’t stress about it!” When he says that I knew Parkside Detail abs Auto had my back. When I went to pick my car up I took a double take. It looked better then when I dropped it off! It looked and smelled better. I would definitely use them again and and works recommended them to a friend . Thank you Roberto and Randy!

Very rude. John will tell you he will call you back with price after following up multiple times and Randys VERY AWARE of the customer service issue. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I bought my vehicle brand new and they use this company for many things. I am not the only one from all the rumors from Parkside DETAIL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I use to work for this company and let me tell u the equipment used for detailing was a joke management was a joke and the way cars are washed there are a joke the manager that was over me is no longer there his name was Lance he told me I was a bad father cause they called schools and I didnt know do I had to leave and he proceeded to tell me that if I was more like him things like that wouldnt happen I told randy about it the next day and he couldnt care less dont know how things are now,but I wouldnt want my car detailed there.

After a horrible experience at Toyota of Knoxville, Randy Loveday turned my experience back to happy.I picked up my new to me Toyota at Toyota of Knoxville and noticed a small amount of overspray on rear quarter panel. I was so frustrated with the dealership I was not in the mood for another issue . Randy came right over and got it off himself. He kept apologizing and saying it was not acceptable and he was gonna make it right! While doing so the rag left a slight yellow spot in the white paint. Randy was so sorry and even admitted I didnt want him running a buffing machine on my truck. Lol. He said he would make it right no matter what, so I stopped by a few days later and he had it buffed and fixed in MINUTES. i watched the detailers through the window while I waited and seems to me they have a top notch team there! Thank you Randy!!!

Extremely unprofessional. I arrived to pick up my car after a detail, and they had Burger King wrappers and cups on the hood of my car like it was a table. It’s not a table, it’s a Mercedes. The inside of my car is leather interior. “Somehow” ketchup got on the inside on one of the seats and when I sat down it got all over the back of my fresh pressed Bonobos khakis. End of story, I’ve used this company twice - my first time, and my last time.

Stopped by to get a quote on getting some aftermarket HID headlights installed on my new Tacoma from Toyota of Knoxville. Man I talked with in the front office was very opinionated about HIDs verses LEDs, I have done my research and knew what I wanted. He called his manager since he was unsure what to tell me and his manager told him they were to busy and didnt want my business concerning my choice in HIDs. Very disappointed in how they handled this situation, wouldnt recommend ever going there. One star rating is to high in my opinion.

Brittany and Mickey both came out to my vehicle to see all the dents I wanted fixed and came out when the work was done to guarantee I was satisfied and I was. Courteous, kind, and professional, will definitely be back. Got my vehicle quoted right down the road at dent plus pro shop, about 9 dents for $800+!! Took it to Parkside and they beat it by more than half and even found 4 more dents the other place missed!! Awesome job.
