This is a review of curbside, as I did not enter the store.--PROCESS--I ordered ahead via the Android app, which lives up to expectations.At the location, there are several designated parking spots that are clearly marked. Directions for check-in are posted at the parking spots. If you use the app, you can check-in without making a phone call.When the order is brought to your vehicle, they verify your identity. If using the app, you can provide a code to verify. Otherwise, a drivers license may be required.Once verified, they assist you with loading, if needed, then send you on your way.--REVIEW--Having used their curbside several times now, I can say it has been a consistently good experience. My order is usually ready within an hour, assuming the product is in stock. Once on site, I have never waited more than ten minutes for my purchase, and the staff are always helpful. I will continue to use this location for my curbside purchases.
Most of my shopping is done online here. They have free delivery a lot, things are always delivered in a timely manner and pick up is a breeze. If you need to cancel and order its quick and easy. Overall very good customer service. They are always willing to help if you are unsure about something.
Called the store: was redirected incorrectly twice with the call dropped once. Ended up waiting for over an hour on hold.Went to the store: asked for help and was ignored by two different people who promised to find someone to help me pick out a router. Ended up picking out my own router without any of the supposed technical help they provide.Hard to feel bad for brick and mortar stores like this when theyre pretty much forcing me to go to Amazon.
I ordered a Switch game online (for store pickup) yesterday. That process was perfection: they texted me when it was ready, and had it ready for me when I arrived.The 2 star rating is due to the lack of staff and the attitude of a certain employee.I know that businesses are having trouble keeping/hiring. BUT, being in customer service, being kind and helpful is a basic requirement.The young man at the pickup counter was efficient, polite and professional.The young man walking the floor was irritated by a simple question about an SD card, condescending, and not knowledgeable about the product. Not being knowledgeable about every product in-house is to be expected, but not being willing to find an answer is not. He could not have been less interested in being helpful. Fortunately, Google came to the rescue again (something he probably couldve pulled off).I would give curbside and the pickup process 5 stars, and inside customer service 0 (if that were possible).Next time, Ill stick with the curbside pickup. ;)
Terrible customer service. You cannot speak directly to the store over the phone. Best Buy sends you to the call center who does not have access to the store. The rep was kind, but could not help. Unacceptable.

Usually has what I need. Although sometimes prices vary from week to week. Was able to get hands on the Z FOLD 3. That was nice.. Im writing this on a Z FOLD 2 so I wanted to compare the phones.
I bought a $500 dollar monitor from here that was damaged. The damaged note was that it had a singular scratch on the front of it, and it did. I was perfectly content with that I buy it I get home and then I go to plug it in and it does not come with all the cables. I go back and I ask for some cables. They say since it was marked damaged, I do not get the cables with the purchase of the $500. Instead they charge me and take $2 off the purchase of several cables for the monitor.My last time in the store, and I have come here several times I will gladly give my $500 elsewhere.
When at long last we found an associate to assist us, we completed our purchase and are very satisfied. Very nice young man helped us; it took awhile to locate him.
This is the kinda place you only take your partner after buying them a present, because the presents in there are fierce on a poor man. I personally touch all the espresso machines, and I wont apologize
James helped me with security cameras. Hes very knowledgeable. He helped me pick out what fits my situation best, and got it ordered.
We went to Best Buy looking for a DVD player. The store was an absolute mess. We asked a few people to help us and they said they would be right back, but that never happened. We finally went to Walmart where the store was nice, the sales person was helpful, and they were cheaper. Has the world gone crazy or what.
It seams like most stores now a days dont carry much and Sad to say Best Buy is NOT What it used to be very disappointed been there 3 times in the past 2 months and cañt find what we were looking for.But they can order it Well guys so can I

Wonderful staff, easy curbside pick-up, and its wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking available! Who can ask for more? I always enjoy shopping here, and the staff are friendly and able to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. The store is also kept very clean. Theres both in-store and curbside pick-up available; masks are optional if youre vaccinated!
I had to pickup a camera for a vacation. I was short on time but was able to quickly find exactly what I needed. The store associate was very helpful in getting things out of the case for me and finding the additional accessories I needed as well. He had me in and out in 10 mins. I really appreciated the efficiency!

Waited 18 minutes for an employee to assist with a printer purchase. He was pleasant and accomplished the request. Checkout was adequate, short and direct, not friendly.
They couldn’t fix my switch lite because i didn’t have geek squad protection, but the people at geek squad gave me some awesome recommendations on how to fix it! It was very simple and saved me money! Thank you all!
Had a wonderful experience. Garrett was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not make us feel rushed and answered all our questions. I used to rate this Best Buy as exceptional, however, lately the service as of late has gone down hill. When approaching customer service for help in locating an item, they just told me if the website said if they were out, they were not going to check. I asked if they would, to see if a nearby store would have the item, and one of the clerks said, I checked yesterday.As a former employee of this store (5+ years), this not only annoyed me, but now as a customer aggravated me.I understand the pandemic changed how many things are done, but my last few trips to store 169 have been less than stellar, and lacking in customer service and support.Honestly, I am rethinking of making Best Buy as my go-to for electronic parts if this is the continued response to customers.
Wasnt in stock they offered to have it delivered. I declined and they offered to show me other options.Lets just say these people went above and beyond. I was even given a discount for the wait. (There was a small snafu when looking for the machine I chose.)Now Im home and my partner is beside himself with his new computer finally able to play all of his favorite games and easily able to do more work.Props to the staff for their speed, initiative, professionalism, and diligence.Honestly I felt bad for being a complicated customer. I was told not to worry about it, and that they were happy to help me.We did get to have some fun geeking together about pc parts, games, and future tech.All in all, I had fun shopping.(Usually I really dislike shopping. Eating out? Im always up to try good or new food.....or good new food. But in general? I would rather be home binging some series with my cat in my lap. So color me pleasantly shocked to leave the building with more energy than when I entered.)
We were looking for a new microwave oven. We were not able to get one. The only ones that would fit about the stove and were in our price range were not in stock. With the pandemic I dont blame the store. Everything is hard to get now.
This is a much bigger Best Buy than Im used to. Its nice to see a larger variety and more items out on display. Reminds me of what a department store used to be, and should be.
Went in looking for a minor repair and looking for information on a new phone. Quick stopPaula the Samsung representative was very helpful an informative about the products and also had information on the old phone features that we had been unaware of till now,along with improvements with all the new models now available. Had both of us looking to upgrade. Didnt feel pressured but we will be back to purchase.After our appointment. Also Recieved good advice about the repair. Been a customer for many yearsfor a reason.
I didnt buy anything (they didnt have a regular digital recorder for streaming programs) but I received the most spectacular service from a lady who represented Samsung Service. I had a problem with my Galaxy S21 Ultra. I am not sure if she found my problem but she was relentless in searching. After I moved on, she followed me and asked me to try something else. Its a long drive to this Best Buy but this Samsung rep made it worthwhile.
Bought the Galaxy Fold 3 and everything went fairly smooth. Of course with the high demand for the phone its on back order but should be in within a week or so.
Great deals during tax free weekend. Mostly helpful staff. Social distancing measures were lacking.

Wife purchased new washer, dryer and TV, and told they would be in on Sunday afternoon they actually arrived Saturday. I drove to the parking lot and hit the APP and within a few minutes everything was being wheeled out to my truck. The guy even stated were sorry for your wait, sir. It all went very smoothly. 👍👍
Did online order with curbside pickup. After waiting 20 minutes during a non crowded time, still no curbside. Tried calling and they no longer answer the phone. Had to go in and they were oblivious their system wasnt working. Never mind the fact they could look out and see their curbside parking was full and no employee bothered to figure out the issue.The fact they no longer answer the phone is a confusing, dumb business decision. Not customer friendly, not good for business.I bought here for convenience. Next time will be Amazon.

I went to Best Buy today after looking at TVs online for a couple weeks and was just over it! Myron helped me and asked what I was looking for. I literally said I want a 40-43” smart tv that doesn’t cost over $300. I just wanted something with apps and can connect to Alexa if needed. He was amazing!!! He compared a few different TVs in my price range, gave me the specs on it and I got one that moment. I would highly recommend Myron if you go to this store! Very friendly, not pushy at all and listens to what your needs are.
I went two days in a row to use curbside pickup. The first day was great, maybe a 4 minute wait. The next day was 20 minutes and I gave up and went in. Other people had to do the same. Not sure what was going on but the guy couldnt find my order kind of frustrating.
This review is mostly for the Geek Squad portion of the store and Best Buy corporate, which handles local scheduling without knowing what their workload and the wait time for work will be. BB Corporate has forced customers to call a national corporate phone number to make a local appointment, and, in this case, gave me incorrect information about being able to wait for the repair in the store. I didnt find out how long the repair would take until after I had paid for it and turned over my computer, which precluded me from finding a faster alternative, which I needed. Not having a way forbthe customer to contact the local department by phone is a major problem that Best Buy needs to rectify. I have been an excellent customer of Best Buy since they opened their store in Memphis decades ago, and this is the first time I have had serious issues that I might leave them for, but their miscommunication issues (and there are more that are too much to include in a review) have made me question ever going back again. Very unhappy. Do not take repair or installation work to Geek Squad if return time and/or travel time is a factor!
So after 13 calls to customer service and 2 trips to the store and 2 live chats through self service. An AMAZING man named David at this location finally helped me sort everything out. I literally couldnt be more thankful to the staff at customer service here. 100% recommend going to this location.
Great store and great associates too. Much better seeing things for real than looking at them on the internet. We enjoyed our visit and got what we needed.

The employees were very nice and helpful. What is annoying is the procedures that they make you follow because of the pandemic make it really not worth the effort to shop there. We did curbside pickup which was okay but I am going somewhere else next time

I went to Best Buy to upgrade my cell phone. I was lucky enough to be waited on by Luke! There were some problems with the Verizon end of things and Luke worked tirelessly until they were solved. He even got me more of a discount than Verizon was offering. The experience took a while but Luke was so patient and made sure he did all he could to make sure i got exactly what i wanted. I have never been treated with more kindness and patience. Anyone who gets Luke as their sales person will be lucky. He really cared.
Was there about 15 to 20 mins and no one spoke and asked us to see if we could find anything or needed help with something...A lot of associates was standing around talking to each other...I even passed a guy in management and nothing...I wanted to leave but since we were already there the other friend with me went ahead and decided to make their purchase however I decided to walk away empty handed...The only person that spoke to either one of us was the one ringing up my friend and only when we walked up to the register to purchase their item...I would blame it on most associates being young adults however my family friends and I have been in that store hundreds of times and always been approached several times even by younger associates so WAKE UP BEST BUY on 8925 Town and Country Circle!!!
Not that great of an experience, we waiting at the front along with another gentleman to be checked out. No staff at front. Flagged down a member heading outside. They radioed what we needed help at the front and continued to walk out. Waiting longer. Man left and put his items up, we just placed our item at the front and walked out. Lots of staff in the store but not in the places needed from our experience.
Always find what I need at Best Buy, and options as well. Always have friendly staff to help as well.
Certainly a great selection of products. If Best Buy is going to position sales associates in the smart home section of the store, they need to know the difference between ZigBee and Z-Wave, and which devices use what signal. They also should understand what hubs work with each signal and be able to guide people down that decision path. They need to understand more than just the basics. On the other hand, other departments have very competent and knowledgeable sales associates most of the time.
Fabulous customer service! I went in this store last night, completely ignorant about television antenna options. This young associate named Isabel offered to help me, and I was blown away by her knowledge of the different products available. She helped me make the best choice for our situation. I always go to Best Buy because their staff is so knowledgeable and professional.
The staff members were very kind and helpful. One member helped me purchase a laptop and had it shipped to my house.
They went above and beyond to try to help us even though it wasnt their issue! Well definitely be back!
Ordered a mixer online which came partially damaged. The damage was very small, but it scratched my hand when unboxing, and definitely would have deflated my bread dough and I bought this mixer for holiday use! The customer service rep processed my exchange, but not without commenting on what a shame the process was, for such a small flaw. Unfortunately, I had to go to another store to pick up the exchange mixer, and although the rep said it would take about 15-20 minutes to process (which coincidentally was the same drive-time to store #2), when we got there, store #2 told us it could take up to an hour to process... Although, the process could have have been more smooth, the young reps at both locations were very nice and helpful.
I ordered online and picked up. I have always had good luck with everything from best buy. When my tv died they were throwing a sale. Great merchandise at a great price along with excellent customer service. What more can you ask for!!

Rather disappointed, but sorta pleased went to best buy witch is about a hour and a half away to order a new pc(they didnt have the one i had hoped for in the store) so i had it ordered and sent to my house that being said when i received my computer the packing wasnt very good my box had holes in the side from what i can imagine is just shipping damage given the pc was fine however when i opened the box and got everything unpacked there was no power cord so i call customer service to witch they cant send me a power cord all they can do is give me a discount in witch it wasnt going to be enough to cover for the power cord i paid 1,368$ roughly for a computer with no power cord and bad shipping however there customer service is good so Im very on the line with if ill ever order from them again. 2 stars for good customer service but 2 stars because i paid a lot of money i would expect all my components or at least a shipment to correct it

So glad we found this one!!This store has a much bigger selection of everything and they actually have employees available to assist you. Went and bought an Amazon tablet and after initially beginning to use it realized it was geared for getting people to buy more stuff. I stopped using and returned it. I was more busy the day I returned though the six foot distancing was initially well outside the building they went into high gear to get us in and I was able to return the tablet without any problem. It was obvious they were doing everything to help and were aware people were waiting to get in to return items. I was impressed with how courteous and efficient they were at this Best Buy
I stood around for 20 mins before anyone asked me if they could help me in any way . Then once someone asked they took me to someone else to answer my questions. So once I finally spoke with this young girl she was very nice and I ended up buying the new galaxy 21 coming out soon. So if you want quick service not the right place for you but if you finally find the right person youll get the service your looking for

Not very happy with this place right now. My fiance had bought me a Bluetooth headset and paid for a two year warranty. We ended up needing it replaced as it just stopped connecting to my phone. He is now out the money he paid for the warranty as they(the Bluetooth company) no longer produce the item, and refused to do anything to help us. I do totally understand that they cant make the company continue to produce the item. But they can do something to make it right as the warranty was bought through them. So if this new one messes up like the first one did, Im just going to have to buy a different one instead of being able to use the warranty that we paid for.

Never ever has the products I want in stock. Was told in store yesterday the 77” LG tv I wanted was there, checked online today and it says it’s not in stock, tried to call the store and it says “this store is unable to accept calls at this time.”.... what? What kind of big box retail store doesn’t accept calls? It was well with in their store hours. This is typical for me with this store. They are always out of stock, and getting a hold of someone in store is almost impossible. I have to drive 40+ minutes to find out my self what I want to know, when a simple 5 min phone would have fixed, or better yet, keep things in stock.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They away go out of their way to make sure I am very satisfied.

Dont bother calling. Its better to be up front and center with this business. All I needed was a screen protector for my smart phone. The best buy employee said, okay Ill be nice and installed it for me. Sadly after the installation, it had bubbles all over it. He then called a manager over to double check his work and the manager gave the green light even after I pointed out the bubbles. Best buy has disappointed me in three different states now. Fortunately I only visit this store due to the lifetime warranty on my current phones screen protector 😏

I have used Best Buy for a long time. This was the first time I was there ever on Black Friday. I found this location very easy on a difficult shopping day. I purchased a sound bar. Saved $ 100.00. Id like to acknowledge Jacob in the electronic dept. He was very helpful and had a good attitude.
I consider myself a tech enthusiast. Therefore I have been to many Best Buy locations over the years. My experience with this one was less than stellar. I would like to chalk up my experience to holiday madness, but there were only around 4 people in the one line they had. In store and online purchases were being served in the same location. I was waiting for something I had already purchased online and was doing in store pickup. While I was waiting in line someone walked straight up to the pickup counter and got service. When I got out of line to walk up to the counter I was asked to get in a different line, which wasnt clearly marked next to the main in store purchase line. Two people in line behind me got online purchase pickups before me after I was moved to the other line. When I finally did get service the staff didnt seem very friendly even when I tried to smile and be friendly with them. There is another Best Buy location a few miles down the road from this one. I believe I will check that one out next time to see if they offer better service.

Had went in to look for some speakers went to a employee to ask if they can see what size is needed i get the help for that but asked to show me about others and how they sound and there was the down side if it didnt get the assistance all I was told you can press the blue buttons to hear the different speakers. So much for good customer service
