Good, quick, reliable service. Owner and manager Gilberto looks for more affordable options whenever possible. I have saved hundreds of dollars every time I visit Unique Tires thanks to him. From small things like oil changes to big problems like a faulty transmission, I can always count on this shop to get me back on the road.

Went to do the wheel alignment to my car and my car left worse than when I arrived. Went back to explain that the job was not done correctly and they left the car in the same condition. Definitely not going back never again. Only positive note is that the mechanic was really respectful.

I went to go get an alignment and they told me one price and changed it when they finished, and they didnt even do my alignment correctly, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone theres alot better mechanics out there this isnt of one them. Also Customer Service was terrible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The man I dealt with wasnt friendly but that didnt mean much to me as long as I got the work I needed done to my car. At first was impressed with how quickly I went in and out for my oil change. Didnt get a great deal, but again, willing to deal with things and pay extra for quality work to my car. Not even a week later, my car started giving a message saying it was too low on oil. I went to check the level, and it was far too low for me to drive the car. Figured the oil drain plug just hadnt been tightened closed enough. Had to wait for a mechanic to come out to my home who then informed me my oil had very obviously not been changed as it drained out black, nor the filter. Place is a scam.

I have used them many times and they always do a great job without overcharging.

This shop is a little hidden, but its on a busy intersection. 192 across the street from a carwash. I love the service they provide. Gilberto is very knowledgeable of my car and is able to get it diagnosed really quickly as opposed the other shops or even Pepboys. Although they are a Tire shop they sell used tires as well as new, they can also fix your car. Go to them if you need work done for a reasonable price.

Be careful with this companys tire protection policy. If you get a nail your pretty much on your own and better off going to Walmart atleast they fix a flat with there protection policy not to mention the older mechanic can be a real jerk when asking to get air in your tires....Its all about the money Unique indeed

This workshop is a very bad choice if you are looking to be well attended and treated as a customer. My wife went to change the tires for some used ones, due to the current economic situation caused by COVID 19 and after 4 days the tires were giving problems and when I went to the workshop to seek help I was mistreated and they did not give me any option to help me. Claiming that Florida laws prevented them not to make a change to me, but in their workshop Florida laws do not apply to use mandatory masks. In other words, the law applies to your benefit.
