Slow service. Rude customer service. Overheard a conversation of who I believe was the owner being severely disrespectful to a custom on the phone. Also very loud/aggressive person in general who is unpleasant to deal with. Had to stop for a tire change quickly. Took over and hour and nobody was ahead of me. Would go to a different place.

Great staff, they will help you step by step to make sure youre satisfied with whatever you are in there for. I would highly recommend this place.

Repairs were done in a timely manner . My Chevy equinox 2013 look like a brand new car . I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my car . Steve and the whole staff treated me like family . This is my second vehicle that I have brought to Kissimmee Collision Center. Both times, they were extremely friendly and professional. The work that they have completed on both of my vehicles have been superb (not to mention, the paint jobs have been spot on!) They have gained a loyal customer because of the work they do. They replaced a rusted door panel on the driver’s side. The installation and the blending of the paint job to the rest of the car is so good you cannot tell it was replaced. The business owner was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail in advance. I felt confident they would do a quality job. They did not disappoint.

Call them first. After a battle with insurance companies to pay my car repair due to a nonfault incident, Kissimmee Collision was nice enough to give me a hand with the situation and repaired my vehicle as promissed and in perfect condition. 100% recommend. They care about the client first and they were super honest with me all the time.

Saved up what I thought was enough money to repair my car after a wreck, I called a few places to get estimates and all 3 were estimated at 5-6k. When asked at Kissimmee Collision, he asked how much I was willing to spend, I told him I saved 3k to do this, he called around to get cheaper parts and got it to just over 3k which I was super grateful. The other 2 places I got estimates from were not willing to do this. They did an amazing job and would totally recommend them if you are on a budget.

The experience has been horrible, came with fever after a total knee surgery last Friday and still havent get any medication for the fever I came with. 4 hrs. waiting. Apparently this Emergency unit lacks resources to provide a quality service to all the people in need that comes to this place seeking for help to their pain and suffering.

Big debt of gratitude to Marine brother, Steve at KCC. Upon visiting the area from San Diego last September (2019) I saw that my 95 year old dad, a WWII Army Air Corps pilot had a piece come loose on the fender of his Camry. It wasnt a major fix but Steve offered a solution that would be quick and effective. They offered to take care of it and didnt charge us for it. You cant top compassion and care like that. Im just sorry I took so long in detailing this event. I wasnt aware until now, of this medium for comments. These guys are great.

I was on my way to pick my kids up from school and my tire went flat shortly after arriving here.I turned in and thank God cause the help I received was truly a blessing.They care filled my tire with air patched it up and told me actually what I needed to do. We had our car towed there after picking it up from tow yard. he (Steve) tried to help lower the prices since it was coming from our pockets and not through the insurance company. He even held the car while we tried to get the financing for the repair they are really awesome people and they try and work with you thank you guys so much for for your patience and help!!!!

I was on vacation from Michigan and was in an accident. These guys bent over backwards to help me navigate the process and expedite the repairs. The work was quality! And they are honest; after picking my car up a problem was discovered. I called and they had a part delivered within an hour and had me back on the road in under two hours at no extra cost. I highly recommend them!

From coordinating with my insurance company, to arranging my rental car. KCC handled everything. The repairs were not only done perfectly, to my 2014 Lexus IS 250 the time frame was quicker than promised or expected. Also with the picture update from the moment I dropped it off to the moment it was time to pick up I got a text. I wouldnt consider any other body shop if I need repairs again. They even cleaned the inside of my car. VERY SATISFIED!!

Didnt like the customer service, they made excuses for why my paint was intentionally damaged, really had no interest in giving me a quote, and lectured me on the auto body paint process. I didnt get my work done there.

This was the first time in 30 years we have had an accident and Kissimmee Collision Center made the process painless. The staff was incredible to work with especially Rick and Dave. We would recommend their services to anyone who would inquire. they also had our back when working with the insurance company. I am editing this post and if I could I would change it to 0 stars. Let me start by saying we have always supported the little guy as with this. My one concern was the lifetime warranty and was promised this. The original owners have sold this to not so nice people. Albeit they have kept the original voice message. They have also let everyone go. Rick was awesome but no longer there and of course Dave sold it. We have had issues with the airbag light and a couple flaws in the paint. We have dropped off twice one of them for well over a week with nothing done. And have been informed that the warranty is void as it is under new ownership. Kissimme Collision you are to thank for us never using the little guy again. Many years ago your work was honor not these days. Needless to say I will do everything in my power to steer people away. If anyone needs any info post here and I will give you our contact info. STAY AWAY! THE NEW OWNERS ARE RUDE. Just look how the old owners were always 4-5 stars and now 0-1 stars.

These guys will help you alot more than your insurance preferred repair locations. I was in an accident where I wasnt even at fault and could have potentially lost my car and be left with nothing thanks to insurance. These people stepped in and left the rear of our car like new. Check them out and give them a call before you do anything else.

If I could give out zero stars, I would. First of all, the staff is rude in different kind of levels.They treat you like you dont have the money to repair/paint your vehicle. Every time I tried to talk, they would cut me off and let me finish the sentence. They give you an estimate, then the other day it is a different price. They said they were going to charge me $2,900 to paint my car and when I took it over there, they raised the price to $3,400!!I advise you.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE MORE FRIENDLY, THAT ACTUALLY KEEP THEIR WORD ON PRICES AND THAT HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My car was recently repaired by Kissimmee Collision the repair was great and I was treated very kindly by the staff. They also loaned me a car while my car was repaired .I would recommend this shop

After 4 emails back and forth confirm and an appointment the day prior. We arrive with our car that we towed in, only to be told that they “aren’t licensed” (Florida law doesn’t require but insurance company does) and the original fee agreed upon of $250 and $30 a day storage was now $500 and $50. LISTEN DON’T take your car here.

I had been having trouble with a commercial van and sought help from a local Kissimmee garage, Pepboys at Apopka, Tire Kingdom, Don Mealey and yet again another Pepboys at Kissimmee and no one was able to pin point the problem.Within a couple of hours Mark and his technician found it and repaired it.These guys are good and honest.I have no problem recommending them and would suggest other people follow suit too. It is unusual to find courteous, professional and honest people.I wish them good luck in the future.This is an honest opinion. My S2000 was side-swiped by a truck, its lug nuts peeled open the left rear quarter panel and door. When I got it back, it looked show room new. They even touched up some nicks at no extra cost.Could not be more pleased.

Be very aware of this place employees that work there don’t do their job everything is half done they will make you feel like it’s your fault the reason why I didn’t come out right and make sure you get the car indoors to look at the paint job to see all the flaws they have a real bad report with making it done right
