I worked with them with my insurance and if I ever had another issue with my car, I certainly would come back to them. My car is like new again! If you have another option to fix your vehicle beside Auto nation, elect that other option!! I had my hood repaired by this location and it has taken 4 weeks to repair. The manager in this location is worthless because he rather listen to a friend tell him about a story instead of going to get a clients vehicle because his worker was out of the office. He also does not review the work done by his workers before contacting his clients and this makes clients have to return again, and again due to the work not being done correctly. When the imperfections are pointed out to him, he either tries to look for another reason as to why the work wasnt done correctly, or his excuse to me was It looked good to me! I have a hood that has been painted and the first time there was a fingerprint smudge, and a mosquito embedded in the paint. When I returned to get these items fixed, he examined the mosquito thoroughly to attempt to blame a rock when it was clearly a mosquito. If he would have spent half of the time looking over a completed job, as he did attempting to defend his sub par service he would have seen the imperfections. Perhaps he needs to get his eye glasses prescription updated so that he can catch this mistakes and prevents his client from returning 3 times to pick up their vehicles with a sub par product. Manager should be replaced with someone like Freddie who actually showed remorse and empathy for his client having to return over and over again.

Absolutely the best staff. They keep me posted the entire time with vehicle and explained in detail what they were doing. The staff are super courteous and helpful, especially a thank you for Mr. Freddy. Mr. Freddy was above and beyond to keep me posted the entire time, mind you I was in a different state. Thank you! AutoNation has the best service and staff, I cant complain but I would like to mention that the person they have at the front desk is unpolite and rude. I went there to get an estimate for my car and she talked to me rough and with attitude. I recommend the place they do a really good job. I dont have anything bad to say about the guys working there. They are polite, courteous and very nice. Thanks to Freddie, he is awesome.

Everything went pretty smooth and worked well with my insurance company that recommended them. Only issue I had was Im pretty sure they got my car done before the quoted time, but apparently something was wrong with my phone number. Just odd because they had texted me when my pieces went into the paint shop and that was fine. So it wasnt until I called them that I found out my car was done. Still got my car back by the quoted day though.

Excellent! I have been to this particular shop a few times, once after a car accident, again during a hail storm that damaged my new car, and we were back in a few weeks ago after an accident with a deer! Both me and my father brought our cars in a few weeks ago, and AutoNation took excellent care of our vehicles. They would call every few days with updates, and my car came back looking brand new when I picked it up! My dads vehicle had a paint issue unrelated to the accident on his hood, and they offered to keep it an extra day to sand and completely repaint the hood at their own expense! The services and customer service is above and beyond! Whenever I have any car body issues that need to be addressed in the future, I will forever keep AutoNation in mind. Freddy, was absolutely amazing, and always takes great care of us. He even remembered us from previous visits years before and that goes to show that they really care about their customers and experience. We will be back when ever the occasion presents itself, thank you all staff!

Great experience! My car was taken there to be fixed and I had no real problems besides having to be the one to constantly call to check the status. My car was eventually declared a total loss but the people were very nice and professional. The insurance company tried to estimate me for used parts but Lon refused and only wanted to give me new parts which in my opinion was Great! He could have easily given me used parts without my knowledge but he was upfront and honest with me about how he worked.

I recently had my sons vehicle repaired after a minor accident. My vehicle was involved in an accident while on vacation in Kissimmee; a thousand miles from home. During this whole process my car was towed to AutoNation Collision Center. I first spoke with Freddy Calderon who was kind enough to explain his involvement with my car, what to expect,etc. Their prompt completion of the assessment of total damage to my vehicle enabled my insurance company to start the process for compensation and to allow me to replace vehicle; as it was deemed a total loss.Again, everyone I dealt with at AutoNation Collision Center was very helpful, professional and always willing to answer any questions I had.

Steve the manager was awesome and the communication all along the repair process was first class. And finally the repair was done to perfection. Auto repair has never been as easy or efficient. Highly recommend the shop.

Took my vehicle in for service on 1/15/14 to have it repainted from someone who hit me. I picked my car up on Friday 1/17/14. When they brought my car around I was astonished to find out they washed it and gave it a full detail (Vacuumed and cleaned inside). I was very happy at the level of service....That is until I noticed things had gone missing from my car that were then when I took it in for service.The shop says there employees have been employed there for a very long time. They also used the excuse that they are around age 50 so why would they want any of my stuff. I did not request my car to be cleaned washed vacuumed or anything of the nature. The items stolen were not in open view and would not be seen unless someone was going through my personal belongings inside my car.I do not recommend this shop and will be making it widely known they hire thieves and then make excuses for it. I used this shop as it was recommended by my insurance agency and will be giving them a call as well.STAY AWAY!

I have used this collision center many times over the years. They provide excellent results, and, my vehicles are never returned for correction. I dont know about other clients, but, in my case, I will go nowhere else.If I ever had an issue, they resolved it immediately. The entire organization is customer oriented, friendly and results oriented! Above all of the comments, the most important one is:You can expect an honest, straight forward service from them! There sense of urgency is non existent.. I dropped my car off on Wednesday I didn’t get my car back until Thursday of the following week.. When my car was finally it was not them who told me it was ready I had to call them and ask if it was ready. They guy who I had was so inexperienced. For them to be recommended by USAA, they really suck!! They only good thing about them is I finally got my car fixed!!!

I first took car to Gerber Coolison in St Cloud. I was told I would have a quote in 24 hours. I received quote 4.5 days later. I switched repair to AutoNation Collison in Kissimmee, Florida. Freddy handled it there. He couldn’t of been more professional. I received regular updates and car was done on time. I recommend this business to everyone.

*Update*Funny I should find this old review. Because I learned not long after that they repaired my car with epoxy. They didnt weld it back together in my undercarriage like they should have. So now I forever have to deal with this spin cringing sound of metal rubbing together every time I drive! Great exterior work, but over all repair, horrible!The work done on my ford focus after my accident deserves 5 stars! They made it look like I was never hit on my passanger side of my car!!The reason for 4 stars though is as a female who gets lied to a lot about my vehicle I like to be a bit more involved then they were willing. I like to know what they found and see if it matches what I found that needs fixing. I just feel they relied too heavily on their generic email contact system. That and also they had to postpone twice and did not contact me to tell me both times. Stay on hope of them like I did, and you will get the results

I recently had my vehicle fix here after getting in to a car accident, and I was blown away with the services I was giving by Freddy Calderon he was very attentive to any detail that needed to fix on the car and made me feel that my car was going to be in good hands. This man deserves a trophy for his amazing service and as it turns out it was!. I was also really happy with how my car came out after being fix. Got my collision damage done here. The fenders molding was off though and not out correctly and I gave my car with a little less than quarter tank and my car was given to me on empty where my light was blinking... besides that it was ok

AutoNation did a great job on our daughters car. The car was done earlier than expected and looks like new.

Staff is nice however their work is terrible, take alot longer than they say and do half their job. Very cheap and bad quality work! Do not recommend and if you are looking for a good quality repair and you want your vehicle repaired like new do not go here!

The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful when I dropped my car off. He also gave me updates about the status of my car while it was being worked on.

I was informed of the progress every step of the way, very pleasant and professional staff, my vehicle was restored and it looked like nothing ever happened to it .The repairs took a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait.

I recently had my SUV repaired and was very happy with the work done on my vehicle.It took a little longer to complete the work but in the end i was very satisfied.

Auto nation did a phenomenal job repairing the rear axle, rear end bumper, and front bumper on my Mercedes SUV. Mr. Waldemer, was an excellent representative. He works around the his client schedule. The only thing I did not care for was the collision center failed to repair the front bumper the first time when I was told everything was good to go for pick-up. I had drove my car home and notice the front bumper was not fully repaired. I had to drive my car back to the collision center for them to finish the repairs. Mr. Waldemer was very apologetic for this overlooked process. I would recommend other customers to this Collison center.

I called to get an estimate on the damage to car. I informed “Lonnie” that this was not a claim several times but he continued to argue that they don’t write estimates, that I would have to have my insurance company write the estimate. I continued to tell him that I had an attorney and the attorney had told me that since I have the money, I can have the car repaired now while the insurance companies are fighting over blame and my attorney will just sue the insurance company for the cost of repair. Lonnie then asked me why did I call just to argue with him? so I asked for his manager, I explained the whole thing to the manager and the manager didn’t seem to understand what I was explaining either or why I was upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone; the people working there don’t seem to be that smart. I would really worry about the job that they do repairing my vehicle. I have had a previous goods experiences at this place of business which is why I called them, however; this last experience has turned me away from giving any of my future business to them. Never realized they were so ignorant, or I guess it may have been that I I called to close to 5 o’clock which is probably the time they got off and just did not want to spend time with me and just wanting to get me off the phone, which to me tells me that they didn’t want my business anyway so nothing lost or gained.

Did a great job on my vehicle, excellent workmanship. However I was treated in a codescending manner by of their employees. If I need body repair in the future it wont be there.

They damaged the inside of my car when installing my new windshield and they did not adjust my headlights after replacing them so I drove home from work at 4 am in the dark with basically no head lights due to they were pointed at the ground I do not recommend them. They also said it would take 3 days to repair my car but it took them 8 days to finish my car. Save your self the headache do not go there.

Been here twice and my car was back when promised. The body work is awesome and customer service is great.

The standard of customer service & communicatiuon is very poor in this workshop. Told them about additional items during handover that required attention. But they ignored that & sent the truck back with the repairs not complete & say they could not do them. The customer service rep Nybia was a jobs worth who did all she could to complicate the process & delay the repair. My truck & employees were off the road longer than required while i paid hire truck rates. Then on collection two major repairs were not complete.
