Everyone was awesome at this Discount Tire. Travis took his time and made sure I got the right tires and wheels for my truck. The install was excellent, very happy with the new wheels and tiresHighly recommend this location.

Avoid this location. Go to the location on John parkway. Your wallet will thank you for this. I went in to get tires rotated and get a screw out of my tire. I know there was some wear on my front tires but not to the point where i need to replace the tires. They arent even a year old. The sales guys was just that, a sales guy trying to force sales. I dont remember his name but it started with a D. He told me my front tires wouldnt last more than 500 miles multiple times. So i left and went up to the discount tire on John parkway. They got in me in and out quickly without an appointment.

Needed some tires for a while which I researched price of the tires $48 each. They were able to help me and I waited for my car. They were so busy so I was quoted time 535 but got my car around 420 I think, so pleased with that.

Most of the times I come to rotate tires I come out with less air pressure than going in. Today came in 33psi, just checked, 21 psi!! Way less manufacturers recommend 32 psi. I guess they want my tires to last less so they can sell me new ones. I havent experienced this in other discount tire locations.

They have taken care of my tires for the last 10 years. Courteous Employee met me at the car, explained i needed a rotation an tire check...he filled out the paperwork, told me it was a 2 hrs wait time (mad at myself that I forgot to make an appt:).They discuss any findings/issues at the end. No charge for service, tires include free rotation under warranty, free air always. Always excellent service!

Was traveling from out of town and hit a huge pot hole on the trip down. Had low pressure in my tire and wanted it checked out. Made an appointment and was in and out promptly. Fortunately there were no issues and even better was no charge! Great customer service and I will definitely go to Discount Tire again.

Had to get tires replaced (overdue). However, was struggling with the pricing (even tho it was on the lower end of competitive shops) Times are hard.They were able to offer financing in-house. Deshaun was patient, knowledgeable, and offered exceptional customer service.

Friendly service, ease of scheduling appointments online. I love the warranty they offer on tires. Was a little frustrated when I arrived, when I booked it said they would have sign with my name on it and I could park where I saw sign. The building face a weird way so if there was a sign in the garage area I did not go to that side of the building. I checked in via my phone upon arriving but people that showed up and walked inside received service first ( they clearly didnt have appointments). I waited 15 min before walking inside to confirm if I would be helped by checking in via my phone. Someone then promptly came out to check me in. If your company is going to use technology to streamline and keep service safe, your staff should be trained to use it and not make scheduled patrons wait.

Tesla owners, avoid this location, they do not have the lift equipment to install tires on a tesla, also even with an appointment, said it could take 1 hour. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to install 4 tires. Not sure if they even knew how to install tires for a tesla.

Free tire rotation and balance. They had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. All the employees were wearing their masks.

I was nervous because when I called they told me they didnt accept reservations. When I arrived, they had a barcode that let me check in on line immediately which I appreciate it because they were busy and it made me feel like at least they knew I was there and my spot was saved. I was helped right away by Travis Throop who was very nice and professional and took very good care of me. he also set it up on my phone where I could track the progress of the work being done. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience, exactly like I expected. Im from Michigan. When I had tire trouble in Florida, I went to the place I that knew would take care of me. I got new tires at a great price. I sent my daughter there to get two new tires and the said she needed four, so we bought four new tires, service was completed quickly. They also tell you that they will rotate the tires for you for free every 3 months. So we go back for the first rotation and they make us wait 2 hours before they even touch the car. Ridiculous. Looks like they want you to buy the tires but they don’t want to complete the free service of rotation that they promise you. Bad customer service

Great price but too long of a wait time to replace one tire. Been their 2 times to buy new tires first visit took 2 and half hours as a walk in second time took 3 and half hours as walk in even when I was the first person to arrive at 8 a.m it’s a bit too much. It should not take that long to replace one tire even if it’s a walk in.

Ingrid was awesome, I was in a rush on my way to work and she did everything to make the process very smooth. I have a long commute and she was able to get my tire fixed for me so I could make it to work safely. The whole experience was great.

Horrible service times. the longest i’ve had to wait for any type of car service. waiting two hours before my car is even taken to the back for a tire rotation that literally took 11 minutes for them to do. and i honestly believe it’s because it was a free service (tire rotation) and they weren’t getting hundreds of dollars off me. honestly ruined the whole start of my morning.

I purchased 4 new tires for my car. After shopping around Discount Tire had the best price. I made an appointment and my car was done within an hour and a half. Good customer service. They dont do vehicle alignment but they can refer you to a shop near by. My suggestion to Discount Tire see if they can incorporate this service in house.

Customer service is horrible! I have been a customer for a long time but have bout my lady set of tires from discount! I called to schedule an appointment for tire rotation and was rudely told there were no appointments available for two months. I proceeded to check on line and there were indeed appointments available. I called the help line and scheduled the appointment and received confirmation. Had to cancel due to illness so rescheduled for the next week. Now I’m sitting in the lobby for two hours because there was no record of either appointment! Not the first time this has happened but it’s the last!

Worst location I been too. They made me wait 3hours and half for nothing. Stay away from her. Rep name was dalbi.

Ive had the worst luck with places like this but they are amazing here!! They are so welcoming and honest. They were recommended by a friend and I will continue to recommend them to my friends. The waiting area is also clean and so are the staff. You dont have to deal with someone staring at a computer and mumbling you a price. I really appreciate their honesty and friendliness, which is hard to find!

Its 2020, but they treated my wife like she was at a used car dealership in the 80s.I wish I were exaggerating, but this location attempted almost every trick in book to defraud us.After waiting for discount to order in the heavily researched tires we chose, when we go to have them installed, they tried to switch us into a different set of tires seconds before we handed them the keys. “Yours weren’t available, these are essentially the same tire”, we looked it up and the new tire was terribly reviewed and made specifically for discount tire!After all of this, they attempted to charge $218 in installation fees on 4 $105 tires, my wife asked for all “optional fees” to be removed, they countered by explaining this is a standard cost that every shop charges. We did a quote on their website for the exact same job and it was $115 cheaper, I even called another location and got the same price as the website. This location tried to charge my wife an additional $115 in fees.They saw my wife as a naive woman they could exploit (they were wrong) and not as valued customer.If anyone has any questions about my experience or wants proof, I’m happily to send you the quote they gave us and any other proof! Please consider this review before giving this place your business!

Great experience. Went out of their way to not only do what I asked (tire replacement) but I encountered another problem on my way back to pick up my tire. They jumped all over the opportunity to offer assistance to an out of state traveler. Fixed my brake caliper since I had lost a bolt and didn’t even find it necessary to charge me. Highly recommend.

Discount Tire they tell you honestly what you need the price is okay if you get the insurance on the tires its even better if you get a nail in your tire Im one that has the insurance you just pay a small fee and they fix the tire or they replace the tire cant beat that

Ive just been to this Discount Tire for a quick tire repair. As always, I was blown away by the efficient, friendly customer service. The staff here is AMAZING. Ingrid checked me in today and I was super impressed at how she helped me and also by the way she spoke to other customers on the phone. She is an asset and a true customer service professional! I was also very impressed at the policies they have in place due to Covid-19. Requiring masks, stickers on the floor for social distancing, and having customers pull their cars into the garage. Very well handled.

Im a loyal customer of Discount Tire for many years. Their prices are competitive and their balancer equipment is comparable to factory. Unfortunately, people in this store can ruin what otherwise would be a good experience. I showed up to this store for a balance and rotation of tires bought at Discount Tire and although the rep was quick to greet me and get started, he quickly switched gears when he learned the work to be done on my car is covered under warranty. Thats when he said we cant take you in until the end of day because were booked and unless someone calls to cancel were sorry. At the time there only two cars being serviced and to top it off, the store manager supported this behavior.If you want great service after you buy your tires go to a different Discount Tire, they all have the same prices and equipment, but the people make all the difference.

Ive been a regular at Discount Tire for quite some time, but for whatever reason these past few months of driving have been tumultuous. Running over nails, keys, metal, etc, popping tires left and right. And Discount Tire hasnt failed me yet.Your staff here is phenomenal 👏Kyle, Ingrid, and Ryan are all so professional and courteous. Service was ok, but I made an appointment for 2 pm and when I arrived I as promised the car would be finished by 3:15. I wouldn’t mind that long of a wait if it took this long to service the vehicle. In reality the vehicle wasn’t even brought in until 3 and service only took 15 - 20 mins. I’m not why bother with appointments if when you show up you have to wait as long as everyone else. Maybe should be listed as walk-in only or first come first serve.

I got a flat tire and was able to get to the “competitor” tire company where I made the mistake of purchasing my tires and their road hazard package a couple of years ago. I was told that anywhere in the country I needed a repair they would repair my flat at no charge. When I went in I was told they couldn’t do anything for me today. Then I made an appt. at Discount tire. Simple process online. Got there ahead of time as they suggested and was promptly greeted by an employee who came out and looked at my tires and said pull it right in they were ready for me. They had me go in and wait, was about 30 mins or so and they came in and told me I was all set. Not only did they repair the flat tire, they balanced it and checked air in all my other tires. They also put the spare tire back up under the back of my truck. And it gets better, when I went to the counter to pay I was told it was on them. I didn’t buy the tires there and I was just somebody that came in off the street. That is pretty awesome. The other thing that impressed me was how they treated all the customers that came in. True customer service. I can tell you where I will be buying my tires in the future and promote to all of the people I know. Thank you so much.

I call them talked to Ryan he said 1hour wait on the phone. I bought 4 new tires which they had in stock. Then after I bought new tires he said wait time was more like 2 hours. Waited longer than 3 hours and my truck still has not been touched. I asked him whats going on? He simply reply SORRY customers had appointments and those are priorities. Hell am i not a customer why not tell customers up front 4 - 5 hours wait. Instead of wasting there time and play dumb games and giving me attitude because I dare to ask after 4 hour... horrible service period...

I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in on my lunch break and the assistant assured me they would have it done (me assuming they made an appointment for me). Then when I get there, another assistant tells me it would not be done and was very rude about it. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Purchase 2 front tires with insurance almost a year ago. The computer on my car showed left loosing air. But as it turns out it was one of the back tires that had a nail. They fixed at no charge. Very attentive offer us coffee. Will definitely use their services again. Much appreciated.

Drove up from Port Charlotte to spend some time at Universal and Islands of Adventure. When coming back into the parking garage I found out there was a large nail in my tire. I called around and finally this location of Discount Tire could get me in but they said I’d have a long wait. Drove over and waited less than an hour AND they removed the nail and patched the tire for free. Awesome service!

I would never get my tires to be balanced anywhere else, this guys are the best at what they do... the do tires and they are knowledgeable at it, got a new to me tacoma with vibration over 50 pmh they took care of it, they explained me previous owner did a different kind of balance he shouldnt, removed the old wheigts, added the rights ones and I even ask what torque they did on the lugs and they did the right one... no more vibration for me!

Best location for you can buy your tires. You get fix tires for free and if you lack air they give you the service for free. The guarantee is the best they can have. It has happened to me that they cannot manage it without giving me trouble changing it for a New by guarantee. The most competitive prices in the area. Its employees are always willing to help. Management makes you feel like family.

Tesla model X owner report. We did make an appointment. Mike checked us in and was very knowledgeable concerning Tesla tire changes. Mike even showed me the Jack mode that I had selected but auto reset after shutdown and startup. Sneaky Tesla ;) . Thankfully Mike checked my work and reselected Jack mode. They had two technicians working on my Model X, they were very careful. Four new 22’s inch tires, we were in and out in 45 min 🤯. Great work!! I totally recommend this location for all Tesla owners!!

When we moved to Fl. almost every tire place will try to take advantage of the customer. Even if I buy the tires from them, they will charge me for rotation or a flat fix and no warranty. It was very difficult to find a place that gives me that peace of mind until I heard from Discount Tire. The associates are very professional and friendly, they provided me with information to understand the condition of my tires and take my vehicle safety condition more seriously. I am pleased to have Discount Tire serving us for over seven years.
