This happen to me a few months ago.. This was a good place for me to come to until one of the new employees put the wrong lug nut for the wrong size tire.. The owner said thats not his job to provide lugnuts so he let me leave like that knowing something could go wrong and it did I live in poinciana.. On the way home from this place my tire flew off across the street. The pics are below to see. This place could have killed me!!

The guys are diligent and always nice to me. Have been enjoying this lackluster shop but wish they would improve interior and exterior appearance. Pricing is budget friendly. Have been a client for 20 years. Cash only sales.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Would be negative stars if possible. I went in cause the tire pressure was low they found a nail, easy patch job. The guy calls me back shows me a broken sensor and says that it might have broken when I drove with low pressure (28 was the lowest it got). So a $15 patch job ended up costing me $260.

Never again. They sold me a tire with a leak in it so I woke up to a flat. Called owner who refused to compensate me for the inconvenience but offered to replace the tire. I get there and they tell me its a hour and a half wait, saying there was 12 cars ahead of me...NO I was here yesterday! I shouldnt have to waste my Saturday afternoon sitting in my car for you to fix the problem that is your fault. I should have been prioritized. They obviously dont value their customers time and dont give a $hit about mutual respect. Their are about 20 tire shops in the area, do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Do not come here! Purchased a car that ended up breaking down in the middle of busy traffic! Tried returning the car and the Mechanic started making excuses about his health and got in an argument. Then said he would recomend to another mechanic! Please do not come here because these are dishonest and rude individuals who are going to get reported to the BBB and higher authority!
