I wanted to take the time out to write a stellar recommendation for Junior (exceptional manager!) and for Kevin (fabulous repair man).I was driving out of town with a nearly flat tire that had a nail in it ! We stopped at 5 tire repair places (not kidding! 5 total! You can’t make this stuff up!) and they all had workers out to lunch at 330 in the afternoon 🙄 or a full schedule that couldn’t be adjusted? Not sure how that all works ! But, alas.Here, at North City Store 🏬, manager Junior quickly adjusted their full schedule and line of cars they had (right before closing time!!) to fit us in (as we were completing the last 4 hours of our trip home!).Beyond, beyond grateful.They checked all tire pressures, oil and gave exceptional service, soup to nuts, without us having to ask or needing to plead for good service.That is what a stellar tire repair shop should look like and exactly how one should manage and run a business ! Nice job Junior. In my humble opinion, theres no better auto repair place in Kissimmee or in the Orlando area thats better. The customer service is top-notch and the repair work along with the prices are as excellent as they come. I only trust my Infiniti Q50 with the mechanics at North City.

Got a misdiagnosis from KIA so I was recommended by a Kia employee on the down low about this place and they knew right away what my problem was and JR even walked me to my car and showed me what my problem was that was the first time any mechanic ever SHOWED me exactly what was wrong and explained in detail. I was impressed most mechanics see a young woman and feed them lies about their vehicle but JR actually educated me a little on my car DEFINITELY recommend his services! He’s an HONEST mechanic! Which is hard to find in this area!

I had issues with my Class A motor home tires. They quickly mounted my new tires, rotated them and checked each one. They did all of this for less than I would have spent just for one RV tire. I have referred several friends to them.April 22, 2021I returned to North City Tire to replace 2 Class A motorhome tires. They were very professionial, polite and promptly had them mounted. Cant beat their prices.

Everything was good, taken care of right away. Honest and fair pricing my tire was fixed quick. The only thing i wasnt happy about which really was the fault of google is i searched for used tire shops. This came up. But they do not sell used tires. Only new.

I have always trusted Jeff with my vehicles. I am able to repair a lot of my own problems, however, whenever I need someone I can trust, I go to North City. Jeff is honest and will openly advise me as to whether or not I can handle it on my own or it will require more than I can do. He is honest and trustworthy and has a very skilled group of technicians. I dont hesitate to send anyone I know to him.

Amazing customer service and pricing. Owner, Jeff, is amazing and very honest. One of the rare auto repair guys who tells you not to make certain repairs because they are simply not needed.

We bought our 1 ton dually and our toyhauler is July 2012. Found out the tires on the RV were from China and not quality for full-timing. Jeff spent time with us recommending the best tire for our needs and was able to take care of us right away. We made it back to Oregon that year, then back to the East Coast the following year. Must have put on 30M miles and the tires still look great. Were getting ready to call Jeff to put new tires on our truck this summer while were still in Florida. Hes 150 miles away, but definitely worth the trip.

They do get the job done in timely manner, hourly rate seems a little bit high but my husband fully trust them to do any kind of work we may need done on our vehicles. Customer service seems little rough around the edges to me, not my husband, lol maybe its that man thing!

Took my girlfriends car to get brake lines replaced after replacing calipers to fix a problem. The lines didn’t fix the problem and not only didn’t they spend extra time going over an old car, but didn’t charge me for any of the labor which didn’t fix my problem. I only was charged for the lines. These people will not Nickel and dime you as most people expect a car shop to try and do. I couldn’t suggest this shop to anyone in the area more!

Awesome service, we were just driving through with our trailer and blew a tire.Junior not sure if hes the owner but he was great I showed up with out appt. For new tire and his tire guy was off as his wife was having a baby and junior dropped everything g he was doing and changed my tire. I was out and back on road in 5 mins. He was also abe to get me a 8ply trailer tire because this was the 4th tire we blew in a 2 yrs. On trailer. Next dy I brought the other tire into and up graded to 8ply as well and again out in 5 mins. Tks. Junior keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

I was in this place to remove some tires from the rims and with the machine they scratched them I complained to the man who was dismantling the tires and he answered that it was the best thing he could do, I put the tire back on the truck and I He said that he could not do anything else I spoke with the owner of the company and he told me that he will be the only Person who had to do the job who was very sorry and to take him to another site draw your own conclusions I paid $ 7000 for these I got scratched rings and then they told me to go somewhere else would you take your vehicle there good question it is better to pay a little more for them to answer you and give you a good service a
