Very unwelcoming. Spoke to a rude woman. Who immediately treated me like a paycheck. And gave insane prices to literally anything before even seeing it. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

Blew my clutch on my 2013 Scion TC. Called many shops for a quote an none called me back. Called Fercho, he gave me a quote within minutes. Brought my car in and was called the next day saying it was done. Fast, professional and no hassle. Can’t ask for more from a mechanic!!

Fercho is a nice guy and will usually make time to give you a verbal assessment and/or ballpark estimate. However, he needs to modernize his admin processing. Unless you specifically ask, his paperwork is produced handwritten, sometimes without proper price/labor breakdown detailing.

They fixed a big job on my car the same day I brought it there. And a lot cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. Thank you!!

I only go to Fercho he does great work and actualy cares about you as a customer. Fercho and His wife run a good shop. I have never had any issues at Fercho. I highly recommend this Auto repair shop. I trust Fercho to do a great job, like I said they actually care about you as a Freind. I love Ferchos Auto repair shop.

This place is terrible. They always tell you the problem then once you agree to fix it they call you the next day to let you know there was a different issue and next thing you know youre out $600 for something that I couldve fixed myself.

I went to have my car repaired at the center and was told one price for a transmission replacement of 400 to 500 dollars and when i recieved my bill was told that it was a estimate so apparently the shop didnt know what was involved in the job ended up costing 845 dollars what a hook and ladder i had a estimate cheaper than what the shop charged wish i would of know just be honest upfornt reguarding price i wont return to a shop that cant be honest and upfront and informing customers of price hope they are more honest with u than myself

I went to fercho last year because my ac wasnt working. I took it in and mr fercho confirmed that my compressor was bad. He said he would work with me on the price of a new (used one) because a new one would be substantially higher. So he quoted me 600 dollars to replace it. He was adamant in letting me know that because its used here cannot guarantee that itll work for long. I refused the price but he came down to around 450 and we proceeded with him changing it, or so I thought. He then fixed it the ac was working until I got home, then it stopped again. I then called him and he said bring it back. I brought it in the following day and he stated to me that my compressor had metal shavings in it and its in my whole system. Thats why its not working. He showed me the part and I asked him even if I bought a new compressor I would have the same issue?, he said yea. But that same day I had to take my car to the dealership because there was an airbag recall. I felt a little sceptical about the ac issue and I asked them to check it. The Honda dealership said it was only a leak and all they need to do was put dye and find the problem. But at the time I didnt have anymore money to go through with it since I just paid 450 to Fercho. I waited a while and took my car in for a tune up at the car care center near magic kingdom and they confirmed that it was just a leak, they fixed it and tuned up my car for 200 dollars. And my ac is still running cold and its been months. I really thought mr fercho was a nice guy and honest but that day I really feel he took advantage of me. I usually dont write reviews but that treatment was unfair and he shouldnt do that to people. If he didnt want to fix my car he shouldve told me that and not scammed me!

Unprofessional, expensive, sloppy job. The only one with any sense of customer service was the lady at the counter. Had to return multiple times for them to fix the same issue. Ended up having to go somewhere else to finish what I had to do. Waste of time and money. Dont be suckered in by the decent website with pictures pulled straight out of google. They break your parts and say theyre not responsible. Horrible experience, heed my words and stay away!

They should have better qualified personnel in the alignment area after making me wait a long time the person told me that I could only Calibrate the convergence knows nothing of Camber or caster, very disappointed in this workshop. And the problem is that the person didnt even want to try it, I could have explained how to do it but they just didnt want to.

Good mechanic workshop

Great service and workmanship. They replaced discs and pads on my Toyota Prius, found an issue with the caliper bracket, corrected it and I am very happy with their professionalism. I have found the mechanic I was looking for. Magnificent service and workmanship. They changed the discs and the pills to my car, they found a problem with the gag, they corrected it and I am very satisfied with their professionalism. I found the mechanic I was looking for.
