Brought my RangeRover in for a cabin AC filter change and an alignment. They gave it back to me with a busted water pump and a water leak that I never had. There response to the issue was...thats your bad theres nothing we can do..no report for the alignment, no old filter showing..nothing! Told me it was going to be an hour, took 5 hrs and an EXTRA ISSUE THAT MY CAR DIDNT HAVE.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.Since you blocked me from replying, well...in my little head over going throughout your reviews..looks like mostly females have bad experiences at your shop, maybe thats how from an alignment and an AC fix are related to my water pump getting damaged. Youre right, RangeRovers arent undestructible but, as my car sits in a garage with a clean floor so I would of notice. As per your clerk, he didnt understand it either how could happened??? Its still the big question, as he himself didnt understand either because he also didnt notice any leaks when the car was dropped off or when he took it off the alignment machine. Im sure this isnt your first ride, ALL I HOPE ITS THAT MY REVIEW OPENS EYES TO OTHERS OUT THERE, SPECIALLY FEMALES.God bless you.Ps. I walked in at 4pm and was told they were closed so I ask hrs of operation was told 9am to 5pm I replied im baffled its 4pm and I was told yea the last hrs we clean 😒 apparently my business is not necessary, perhaps just money laundering 🤫Sad how you block me from responding But Mr Karen and I will come see you Monday, see if that attitude wont change, and yes my car is unpredictable and did not schedule any issues for the weekday for your convenience, but we can discuss it on Monday, it would have been smart to educate me on your procedure when I walked in as oppose to grabbing you broom and saying you busy cleaning and then want to be a disrespectful behind a computer.

I went to change one Bulb and they charged $36, the service was very very expensive and they are not clear on the budget, I asked for the price before and they said $15 or $20 very disappointed and I don’t recommend the place for anyone!

Quality service, but the price is just not affordable and there arent any payment plans. I go here for check ups but even that on its own is $65. I would not recommend it if you are on a budget.

Worst place after they took my money is like I dont want deal with you anymore, when I was actually asking for more services (he told to come another day if I want, like really). Money is not free, I work hard for it too like it says in their front door they dont work for free I do not either. The front dispatcher was talking on the phone while billing me, talking on his personal phone apparently helping someone to buy a car and telling that person if it is a good deal or not. When I ask for the owner he was too busy with his girlfriend and did not care either. Just a little heads up before you end up in there. I was patient enough. aaahhh... they were empty like the picture shows.

Great mechanic shop, awesome mechanics, been a customer of theirs since I moved from Miami about 5 years ago. Excellent customer service, fair prices, the cutest dog, Apollo, professional atmosphere where theyll treat you like family. Their lifetime warranty on most of their parts, which includes the provantage auto repair network, is extremely helpful so save your receipts, I tend to keep mines with the registration and insurance, after all it is part of the car now. Having a great experience with them and I hope you do too, if not the same, better. Just writing this after leaving satisfied with the work on my starter. Will continue to be their customer. I spent $428 to get a lower AC line replaced and when I drove out my air conditioner was making a loud plastic grinding noise. It wasnt doing that before

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we got there he told us it would be 45 for a diagnostic. After the diagnostic he told us it would be 110 plus added fees (hazmat and parts?) and taxes it came to 130.00. He is a liar and a scam artist. Should have just went to autozone where it would have been free.

Yes five stars for service because david was very nice and friendly. Got to the place I think near 10 am. Told had to come back for the tires near 2pm so I did. Waiting seems like forever but they were busy so it was okay. I watch my car being serviced that is just me.The only reason for not five stars us the bathroom needs attention because for one no seat covers at all.Yes I would recommend this place but make an appointment because they are busy.

It is a good Car service center. I went for a burn plug of my headlight. Unfortunately have to comeback because it burn and melt the plug again. But they dont charge me the labor and either the plug just the bulb. That was good. Also the guy told me if happened again is in warranty. Thanks guys.

I had these guys diagnose a mustang cobra electrical issue nobody else could resolve, they charge a fair hourly rate for electrical expertise, that cannot be done by the average person nor the average mechanic shop. Skilled specialty shops like these are few, if your looking for cheap work, this is not the place as finding electrical problems could take days to replicate, I just sent them a minivan to diagnose an electrical issue on that my honda mechanics never figured out.Good work isnt cheap, and cheap work isnt good. Far better alternative to the dealership who has zero electrical expertise shy of connecting an obd 2 sensor and reading a code

Hi I have an 03 Escalade and I had an issue with it. The truck was turning off while driving it. So I started to look for mechanics cuase I have a friend that works on cars and he did what he could. He told me I need an electro mechanic. So Im online look for one and i stop on these guys post. And I start read the reviews. I saw a lot of good reviews. The thing that cought my eyes where the negative reviews. How the guy responded to them. What I got from reading how he answered them was how straight forward he was. And I risked it cuase for me he seemed like a straight shooter. I have had horrible experience with fake mechanics. That give the run around and dont fix what the car need to be fixed. So you know Im very untrustworthy. Man but these guys are awesome. They checked it called me the next day let me know what was going on with my truck with specific details. And got it done quick. If you need someone whos not trying to get you for your money. But are there to get the job done you need to get your vehicle to Master Tech. Thank You Guys for the great job👍🏽

Eddie, David & Chris could NOT be more professional, straight forward and honest. In the past they fixed a large food truck with to many issues to count. This was after 7 other shops gladly took our money to only make things work. If they don’t know how to fix something, they tell you! If they do, they give you the price UPFRONT and fix it right! If you pester them, they will even dive in and trouble shoot something they ALREADY told you they weren’t equipped to fix. Basically I trust them so much that I wish they fixed pools, put additions on houses and did brain suevery! 😁. If you want your vehicle fixed right with guys that back up their work, you can’t go wrong.

These guys were honest, friendly, and professional. They gave us a great deal - applying a portion of the diagnostic costs to the repair bill. Our vacation could have been ruined but these AMAZING mechanics saved the day!!

I always thought a car was a car but apparently I was wrong when a repair shop wont even touch a simple smart car. Reply to owner 7/29/19... I called there and asked someone if they worked on smart cars. And they said NO! No one asked me what my problem was. It could have been a simple brake job. But I was never given the chance to explain. You claim that just because my car is a Mercedes that you lack certain equipment to diagnose one...what? ...lol. so your shop isnt a full fledge repair shop. Maybe you should make a sign that says can only work on certain models of cars. Maybe post that you cant change brakes on a benz. Or replace a head gasket. Or maybe a sign that says if we dont like the type of job you are needing done we may not want to do it. May I also suggest investing in your business and buying scanning equipment and hiring graduates from ASAE schools. Not one of your homies from el barrio.

I had a short circuit in my car from some previous mechanic work. After weeks of looking for it myself, I could not find it. I went through many fuses and relays just to get the car to run for 30 or so minutes. At first I came in and talked to Eddy(one of the owners), he reassured me of their mechanic work by saying If we cant diagnose and fix the car, then we wont charge you.Chris(the other owner) rewired the car back to factory and fixed the short (a ground not connected that wasnt on the diagram for the vehicle). He also tightened the alternator belt which was loose and replaced the light bulbs. Before returning the car, he did extensive tests to ensure the issue wouldnt happen again. Chris did the work the same day I brought in the car, did an excellent job and filled me in on what he did to the car as well as what else I need to take care of. I highly recommend this place if you have a type of electrical problem with your vehicle.

We took our car to them for taillights that wouldnt go out. They did an electronic test and couldnt fine any thing wrong so they thought it could be the brake light switch so with my permission they replaced it. It cost $140.00 dollars labor and part. they said it was fixed (it wasnt.) We took it to another place and they replaced the same switch and that fix it. So we went back to them because they said they guarantee their work and they do not. They had so many reasons why they wouldnt even through we had the bill that showed them we had the something done by another place. So now something that should have cost $140.00 cost me $280.00. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Be were!!!!!!!!

JOSE ALVARADO, at first you were wanting to repair an idle issue causing your A/C to stop working and the occasional engine stall. Once diagnostics and repairs were done for THOSE symptoms you began mentioning that the noise is still there. So then we began figuring out the cause of the noise, even though it was completely irrelevant to your original concerns. As soon as answers where found on that, you ask, So thats why the car doesnt accelerate normal? Apparently you assimilated the noise with the hesitation while accelerating, which one has nothing to do with the other. So, we helped figure out the cause of THOSE symptoms. After a week or so from that first visit you return complaining that the car was doing the same thing. Your interpretation of the same thing is the car constantly staying idling at 1300 RPM intermittently, symptoms that were never present at any time while the vehicle was at our shop. We replaced the idle control valve (which was done free, customer only covered the part) and that issue was gone. Now, apparently you are still unhappy. We spent hours on your car for free jumping from one issue to the other due to your lack of understanding of how the mechanics of a vehicle works and your obvious inability to express yourself properly when it came to letting us know WHAT EXACTLY YOU WANT FIXED ON YOUR CAR. All the while, we remained patient and despite your negative comments and criticism, we continued to help. We know the truth and we know that the greater majority of our clientele is happy and content with our service. Weve accepted the fact that in this business we cannot make everyone happy, but all those customers that have a sense of reasoning and dont expect everything to be free, are coincidentally the ones that are satisfied with our service and will oppose all those with negative remarks. Jose, we are sad to hear that youre still experiencing problems with your vehicle. An educated idea wouldve been to return to us and let us resolve whatever new issue derived rather than jumping to conclusions and insulting us and our service. At this time we feel it is necessary to reject any further concerns and repairs with your vehicle, we do not wish to purposely bring drama and negativity to our shop. The prices change all the time,I returned the car to be redone by another mechanic there. They leave greasy fingerprints on the doors in side the door handles and steering wheel. And if you complain they get mad and rep remand you. I will spread the news to others about their poor service. I Do Not Recommend !!Chris. I know where I take my vehicle, this is the right place !

In response to Mrs.Sue Georgatos complain, as mentioned many times before, we could not complete a diagnostic on your vehicle due to the fact that the issue was never present at our facility, and we could not duplicate it. We cannot sell you a repair we are not sure of. Among talking about possibilities, the brake light switch was mentioned. NEVER did we imply this WOULD fix your vehicle, but it was a POSSIBILITY. You were never charged for a diagnostic and we agreed to return when the problem was more frequent. Customer then came in and requested the brake light switch be changed, Lets just change it. the gentleman said, so we did, AT CUSTOMER REQUEST. Customer then returns the following week stating that his problem is still there and that it needs to be fixed under warranty. No sir, it is not...not when it was YOUR decision to just change the switch. He was advised we should try and run a diagnostic again, even if it took us the entire day to duplicate the problem, under assumption the newly installed part apparently did not fix the problem. So the diagnostic fee would need to be applied. Customer wasn’t happy with that idea, getting aggressive and stating that we already checked it. For some reason the customer failed to understand that we INTENDED on diagnosing the problem, but couldn’t because the vehicle DID NOT SHOW THE SYMPTOMS AT OUR SHOP, therefore we could not COMPLETE A DIAGNOSTIC. Instead, he preferred to pay someone else to check it, find out it was a defect part, and paid them to replace the part AGAIN. This is the reason we try to explain our work as best as possible, but we cannot expect everyone to understand, case in point, had you allowed us to check the vehicle before storming out angry, we would’ve come to the same conclusion, waived off the diagnostic fee, and replaced your part under warranty. Instead you spent more money fixing the same issue and requested a refund for your part which you allowed the other repair facility to throw away, there we cannot help. I am sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate your business. Thank you for visiting our fan page, hopefully we can see you again and next time we hope to be on the same page.

I made an appt. to have a simple, but important item installed on car. I showed up on time. I was told by the owner/mgr., Mike, that the job would take between one and a half to two hours. Almost two hours later I returned and the car wasnt even touched. When he said my car would be next, I waited another 15 mins, and still no mechanic made a move toward my car. I asked for my keys back and did it myself the next day. Poor customer treatment . I do not recommend this place. The mgr. should be working in a flea mkt., not a car repair business!

Drove up to the parks for the weekend when my ABS light came on and the brakes started giving out on my 2008 Armada. The tow truck driver through my insurance company actually recommended them to me, figuring he knew what he was talking about, I followed his advise. Great service, they talked to me like a person and not a paycheck, it was refreshing. A few hours later I was out of there.What made me write this review was the fact that when I got home I googled my issue and found out that many people replaced the entire master cylinder which costs upwards of $800 and it still didnt fix the problem. Master Tech knew the issue and just replaced 2 sensors, in turn saving me hundreds.This really stands out to me that they did the right job and they didnt try to make a quick buck when they could have taken advantage of me, knowing I needed to have it fixed as I was from out of town.Bottom line, would definitely recommend them to a friend

I wanted to charge $ 180 for a change of brake pads but luckily I did not and I drove a little further to another place called Amigos Tires and they charged me only $ 40 for the change of brake pads !!

Do not go here went to do a oil change first waited for 2 hours when they where done said there was know problem with my car payed $41.00 car was feeling funny after oil change went to tire kingdom come to fine out they put to much oil in my car needed valve cover gasket and engine camshaft plug went back to let them so they no what they did they did not care the one guy was very nasty saying that he new i was trouble when i walked in showed the paper work of how much oil they over put in my car they did no give plz dont trust this place with your car i will make shore that this place never gets a customer again this was so wrong and the why they treated me like i was the one wrong am going to make shore i put this on Facebook and everywhere so none of my family our friends go here worst place ever

I took my car which wasnt starting in to the shop thinking that the issue had to be the ingition switch. I had changed all relays and the starter to no avail. It turns out the issue was the starter after all. The one I purchased from AutoZone was defective. They swapped out the starter, installed it and had my car to me the next day. Great service.

I recommend that you NEVER GO to this workshop, much less trust these people. These people are LIAR AND CHEAT, they told me in TWO OPPORTUNITIES AND DIFFERENT PEOPLE a price for a supposed electrical diagnosis, before entering my car and then they charged me a bigger one. In addition to charging me a higher price than the one offered, they made me an additional charge on the bill without any explanation, they made me wait ALL DAY FROM 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, they called me to let me know I was ready and to pick it up fast because at 5:30 they did not attend to anyone else to close at 6:00 pm, they also gave me a budget of almost a thousand dollars when my car (if I never take it to this place anymore, as indeed it will be) It could cost two thousand dollars. But in addition to all this and the worst thing is that in the supposed electrical diagnosis they indicated several faults that had nothing to do with the problem for which I initially made the mistake of taking my car to this workshop and trusting what these people offered me. I ended up solving my problem in another workshop with serious people, which was simply a badly placed cable and for what they charged me 50 dollars including the detection of the fault and check in the system, when in the workshop of the cheats they wanted me to get more 1000 dollars and who knows if my car would have been worse. NEVER GO!
