I am a customer from when you fist opened,good Friendly staff but the new guy at the counter needs to learn how to do his job .I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for a wheel alignment and had to bring it back today cause my steering wheel was not straight and it was pulling to the side. After sitting for 2hrs on the hard plastic chair I get up to walk around and the guy says dont worry your next I say ok thanks.Then next thing I know they put another car in for a wheel alignment and I told the guy I thought I was next he says oh we go by order that guy was here first, thats fine then why did you say I was next. I just think if you tell the customer how long is the wait that will give us the chance to make up our minds if we want to wait around all day.

Thank you JC tires for helping us last minute.. thank you for going out of your way and taking us when roadrunner didnt want to..we really appreciate it.. JC tires has made new customers out of us.

Brought my car to get my tire patched and the guy who took my car in was a kid compared to the other guys so of course he turned my car on and floored it to the bay and then revved my engine. My toy is not your toy and you dont joy ride customers cars just because its a performance oriented car. With that being said Im definitely never coming back to this establishment and I wouldnt recommend anyone who has a performance oriented car (BMW M235i) cause these dudes seem like they dont really respect customers vehicles its a shame.

I just want to say that I almost didn’t want to leave a good review just so nobody else finds out how amazing this place really is when it comes to customer service, service, work ethics and prices. I hope they never get comfortable like other companies do when business is going good and gets well known. So now, about the service... I went in for a quote to see and compare prices but ended up getting all the things done my car needed. I have a CLA 250 which some of you will know service to this vehicles are NOT cheap! I changed all rotors and disc pads, and a full synthetic oil change which was only $60. + tax. They took one of my tires off because it was leaking air badly, resealed it and mounted for only $10.00. Yes as some of the reviews say, they take a long time but pls understand must of the time it’s better like that for you know they doing it right! I went in Monday 1:30pm and they got done by 5:15pm same day. For the amount of work done to my car, I thought that was pretty good! The next day, they called me in because the mechanic working on my car said that he had left one of the rear break sensors unchanged and that he had to installed the new one. He definitely earned my respect and loyalty by doing that. Thank you JC Tire & Auto and the mechanic working on my car!!

Clean shop and waiting area. Very friendly atmosphere. Wouldve gotten 5 stars, but they couldnt get any of the work done I needed.

The gentleman working upfront had convinced my wife to sign up for some credit service to allow for a payment plan on her tires, the credit paymentS for $540 tire replacement led to additional cost of over $600 bring the grand total of everything to almost $1,200 to pay it all off. He didn’t show her the agreement to sign up and did everything from his tablet upfront. Watch out for these guys cause the obviously don’t know what they are doing hurting people rather then helping!

The service was ok, but I would appreciate them following cdc guidelines like having their employees wear a mask

Just got new tires and an alignment. I called a few other shops in the area and JC was best over the phone. Knew how to have a conversation and give me actual information with pricing and all. Was a great experience; i dont know much about car and going to most shops i feel like their usually trying to get over on me (with previously happened at discount tire). But coming here i was given way better prices then other shops estimates and also explained and shown what was the issues going on with my car. Gentlemen in the front apparently does not know what he is doing. Does not know how to provide complete information about any products specially their financing options. When I did my research about it I realized that it was not at all what he explained which is very misleading. The owner is the same thing I dont understand why these people are providing wrong informartion to their customers. Very bad for business and the community. I will gladly take my business else where.

Excellent service and staff I went for a alignment on my 335i after the alignment was done my car was pulling to the left went back to the shop theY switch tire test drive it and double check the alignment.

There are so many locations in Kissimmee that really do take advantage of people and tell them they need to Fix things that they really dont have to fix, I have been a victim of that on several occasions.I have been to JC 2 times already and they have done right by my side. They are honest and they take care of your car in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs their vehicle serviced. I will definitely he going back when the time comes around again.Keep up the great work JC if I could give you more then 5 stars I would.
