Spoke with a man over the phone who was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Told me to come there and have him look at my exhaust system. I had my resonator deleted and my car sounds awesome now. I was out of there in 20 min.

Stop by the place and spoke to Luis before bringing my toy in and explain to him what I needed done. He ask me to bring the car in to take a look at the job. I have no regrets bringing it in, I have to say the job was done to my expectations exactly like i wanted it. I find them to be professional, experience and their price was reasonable. First of all, I want to say thank you to Jesus for an amazing custom exhaust. I know for a fact it wasnt an easy one to pull off, but you did your thing and the price was even better.I did have to come back to get something fixed but Luis took care of it no questions asked. They stand behind their installs, and now I know where I will be taking my future projects.

Went to get tips welded on my pickup. He welded the right side out further than the other, and the right tip wasnt strait up and down so the angle is off. Will probably just take it to my regular shop to fix. Kindda disappointed. Dude was nice though. Cost $50 for whop-sided work.Reply to the shops reply below:. I agreed to the distance the tips would stick out on one side, I didnt know you werent going to match the other side. The tips are not strait up and down regardless, they are rotated off center lol. I asked you how much it was and wasnt going to get it done for $70, you agreed to $50 or I would have backed out. Thanks for the bad attitude now though. The sides dont match, and your workmanship and welds are sub-par. Ill pay another shop to fix your work, have a good day.EDIT.... Do not recommend this shop. Changed review from 3 stars to 1. He is a busy man, told me at 1:30pm and he got me in by 12:15pm, he also did a great job installing my exhaust on my Honda Accord how I wanted it. Thanks Luis. I recommend anybody to go to him. His phone been going off, did not have time to answer them due to being busy. Only thing I recommend is being there early. This was my first time going here I am happy with the work and don’t mind the waiting .

My experience with Kissimmee Muffler is limited to their customer interaction and not related to their actual work, which the many reviews below will let you know they perform good work.I initially attempted using the quote system as google says they usually respond in a day. A couple days went by and I decided to call and couldn’t reach anybody, but I did leave a voicemail. I waited a couple more days for response on either platform and nothing, so I used the quote system again. Once again a few days went by and nothing. I kept trying because I didn’t want to be like the one star reviewer below stating they don’t pick up the phone. I called a few days later and got an answer at 3:30pm. I was greeted by “Kissimmee Muffler”, then no name or how can I help you. So I introduced myself, my vehicle and what I’m looking for. The gentleman said we’re pretty busy so we can’t get you in, I replied with I’m just looking to gather information and a ballpark number for a quote. I continued by asking for recommendations for Magnaflow and Flowmaster mufflers stating I wanted a moderate sound. I was told twice to look on YouTube for what I want, not this is what we have in stock and recommend. The conversation did not go much further after that as I felt rushed and like he didn’t want to help.I tried patiently for two weeks to reach out and support your local business, but wasn’t given the light of day when I finally got a chance to talk to your shop. If you’re doing taxes and HR block tells you to go look on YouTube, how does that look and feel to the customer? I’m not an exhaust expert, that’s why we come to businesses like yours. I wanted to support a small business like yours, as you frequently state you are in your review responses, so I reached out to another muffler shop near Winter Park and was provided recommendations, explanation of the brand differences, sound levels and a quote. Much more than the watch YouTube recommendation, a recommendation that leaves me more confused because 90% of the videos are either with mufflers that would make my neighbors call the cops or videos that are filmed with terrible audio or don’t match my vehicle.

Took my Lexus IS 250 did a muffler delete it came out exactly how I wanted it, he took his time with everything thank you for getting me right with that! Definitely will come here again !! He’s really beasty with his work I give him that💯

The guy that was here before did great work and was a very nice guy always did business with him and he had very fair pricing. This new individual is not so nice and was very demeaning with what I wanted to do with my car. I had a set idea of what I wanted to do with my exhaust and he kept insisting that he would “try” to do it even after showing him pictures of the exact setup I was looking for. That’s not what was I paying 300$ for. for you to try I paid 300$ for you to DO my exhaust work, with that being said I really wasn’t satisfied at all with the service I received since he welded my exhaust tip on crooked and charged me high value price for lazy work. These 5 star reviews must have been from the other individual cause this guy def doesn’t scream 5 stars of great work to me. Most definitely not going back to this guy.

Called to see if they did exhaust work on mini coopers. he said yes but needed to look at it ro give me an accurate price. went over and waited no time at all he pulled my car in right away let me know the price (was fair for the work) i okayed it and he had my work done so fast and his welds are amazing!!! plus he was extremely friendly and talked to me and my husband about other stuff that he could do on the car. it was a great experience and i will definitely be back and recommend my friends and family there as well.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would . I came at 3 pm and they quoted me 120$ for a job, they told me they were busy and come back another day . Completely understandable . I came back at a different day and earlier time, the same guy quoted me 185$ . When I asked him about the price difference, he started to raise his voice and told me because I didn’t come earlier. He told me if you come at 8:30 am it’s 120$. And Then started to curse for no apparent reason, after that was done told me “ go somewhere else “ .

Went there the first time to get a quote on my mufflers, as im going up his ramp with my lowered car, i hear a loud thud, i look around and ask him what happened, but he said nothing and told me to backup to add wood under my car to go up. After the quote on my way home i get a malfunction for my right rear wheel speed sensor, i take a look under and sure enough it’s been ripped out from going up on his lift. Im annoyed and figure accidents happen, so i go a second time to try to get some exhaust work done, i tell the guy i need wood to go up, he proceeds to tell me “no it’ll clear”, i tell him “it wont put some wood”, but he just dismisses what i say and just motions for me to go up his lift, i go up his lift and sure enough my car’s jackpad gets messed up due to his negligence and carelessness. Please find another shop to go to. No matter how “good” this guy’s prices are, his horrendous attitude and carelessness will make you regret it

These guys are very helpful turns out they didn’t have the parts for small engines but recommend another local shop and they were great with consultation on what solutions might work out. The referral to the other local shop was right on the money and these guys were wonderful to work with will highly recommend them for auto muffler needs.

The exhaust guy is very unprofessional. I went there to get my exhaust leaks fixed on both my flex pipes for $126 total. After a couple days, I lifted the car and saw that only one was fixed. From there went back and explained the situation. The gentleman that did the job confronted me and said I was lying and wrong, and was told to leave. After that I calmly left up to write this review. This guy was really rude and not even his coworkers were backing him up.I do not recommend this place.

After looking at different muffler shops between Orlando and Kissimmee. I saw Kissimmee Mufflers and saw all the good reviews this place have. I came in first for an estimate to do a modification on my Dodge Charger Scat Pack mid mufflers. I came in the next following weekend and the owner took such care in his work and time. I was nervous as I’ve never done any type of modification to any of my cars, but after seeing how he did his work. My mind was at ease. It came out great, my car is loud like how I want it to be and I would highly recommend him for any type of muffler or custom needs.

I needed to quiet my Dodge Charger since it had a loud exhaust that was getting annoying and I went around Kissimmee and Orlando to get some advice on which muffler would best do the job. Every business I visited either was too busy to give me a few minutes of their time, didnt bother to help me, or never returned my calls. I stopped to speak with Luis at Kissimmee Muffler and he said he would help as soon as he was done with helping another customer. Luis put my car on the lift and helped to choose the best option. The car is not as loud, but still has a good sound to the exhaust and Im definitely happy with the muffler and the service. I highly recommend this place for your exhaust needs and easy to get to location that is not in a congested area.

My exhaust pipe near the rear axle was hitting the frame, and the noise was driving me crazy. Louis and the Team fixed everything in less than an hour, and charged me ... $32 ;) I couldnt help but add 8 bucks as a tip. Great shop... great guys...

I visited this shop because I was told I needed a catalytic converter replaced. I called and was quoted a GREAT price! Luis was awesome! After arriving, I explained my situation and Luis was able to determine that I DID NOT need a new cat conv! He advised me of future symptoms for which I should watch. Being a female, any other car mechanic would have insisted I replace parts unnecessarily. I trust Luis and will be back whenever I need any kind of muffler/exhaust repairs or customizations.
