Stay away from online orders from this company. I spent $4000 on parts and have been being strung along for the last month on shipping dates. Every week they give me a new shipping date and it never ships. For spending $400 on shipping Id expect better. I will not use this company for online orders ever again after this incident. If you dont know the ship date, dont lie to your customers and make one up. I was told my order would all be delivered by 8/27 and that was the 3rd date they gave me that changed, now its 9/10. Just insane. Stay away from online orders!Even more, instead of trying to make it right with the customer they argue and try to make it like its your fault. Purchased a very expensive Thule part on 7/31 that showed In Stock on their website. Was told two weeks later that there was a delay on shipping availability. Fast forward to 9/14, still no part. Finally got ahold of someone after a couple days who informed me that I cannot cancel the order because it now magically became a special order part. This was not communicated to me prior to purchased. If I cancel they want to charge me 30% of the order. Referring this to the credit card company and Florida Attorney General at this point. Buyer beware!!I am happy to provide full copies of emails. Never once was this referred to as a special order part. I was told it was simply not in stock.Website states this about SPECIAL ORDER parts: Due to major supply chain issues and manufacturer policies changing across the landscape of automotive parts. Any part special ordered is not available to be canceled without 3rd party vendor approvals. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel a special order if you were made aware of the special order basis of the parts and later decide you do not want to wait. Parts are paid for ahead of time so that they can be reserved when they are available at the manufacturer; as such when we cancel these orders it opens up holes in the supply chains across vendors and warehouses that could have otherwise been filled with customers who are actually willing to pay and wait for these parts. Any part approved for cancel that was placed on a special order will be charged a 30% cancelation fee.

This company can not be trusted. I placed a $4000 order and was lied to, lead on, and argued with for a month and a half over an order I was told would ship completely within 1 week when I made the purchase. After that my shipping date changed every week for a month and a half, one item I was told would ship on September 6th and then when I asked where it was I was told it was an 8 month back order. Save your peace of mind and use any other company. Amazon had every part and 1 week delivery. I was also treated like a problem by them and not once did they try to work with me or help make it right. They have no clue how to deal with customers and cant handle online orders. Stay far far away from this horrible company.

Sent a text to them on the weekend about a set of a drag tires. Wasn’t expecting a message back but had prompted messages back even on a Sunday. What I liked the most was they gave my original parts back without me having to ask. Most shops try to keep tour old OEM parts. These guys are the best.

Purchased from speedzone; Rays lug nuts. Shipping was quick, staff was reached out and were available if I had issues. Got my product within a few days; they didnt even package my product correctly, just tossed it in a bigger box and all the lettering on the lug nuts were smudged. I had doubts about the products authenticity based off the smudging, provided wheel keys and packaging.They returned the product, refunded me in a timely manner, only partially refunded and that was that. Lesson learned; oh well. TLDR; Staff were communicative, shipping was a mixed experience, product was seemingly not authentic.

Literally called them I dont know how many times to try and place an order couldnt get through to anyone on any occasion received an email a week later saying that they had canceled my order they are horribly overpriced the markup is a little ridiculous when you can buy a mini nitrous progressive controller for $200 from Holley or summit and they want 300 for the exact same thing. I

I came here with a couple of my friends and we ended up speaking with a guy named Andrew. He really helped my friend out with his wheel choice and specs and got him a great deal. It was the whole package wheels, tires, and mount and balance. So the next day I spoke with Andrew over the phone about my car and he sent me a couple pictures of some wheels that would fit nice on my car. I came the same day and he took care of everything for me from wheels to the tires to the mounting and all at a great deal.

Drove 2 hours from Sarasota to get some wheels and was greeted with enthusiasm and care from everyone as soon as I walked in. Andrew specifically worked with me, helped me visualize and fit the wheels to my car, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Wonderful shop, wonderful people. Thank you all for everything! Im sure Ill be back soon!

Ordered rims, tires and coilovers cheaper than anywhere else i could find online. took about a week to get the parts and setup an install date. had to go back a couple times for adjustment to the coilovers, but i was taken well care of and i couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.love the drop, ride is better than previous shocks/struts/springs, it should handle like this from the factory.props to the speedzone crew for getting it all ordered and installed!

Prices are a little high but they accept a ton of places that let you make payments. I did all online ordering, parts came inwhen they were supposed to. Any questions I had I was able to talk to a human which is rare now a days. If Im ever in the position where I want something and can make payments on it, I would use them again.

SHADY. drop shipper who charges hundreds over retail on products. Then dodge your calls when you have an issue. Refuses to let you return bad products. Saying it is past 30 days when it took 30 days just to receive the product initially. They dont even have commercial accounts with the companies they purchase from. Very illegitimate shady company that doesnt even answer the phone. Ive given many opportunities to make this right and they refuse as they dont want to lose their $300 markup on the product i purchased that does not work

Use the website to order exhaust and air intake who they used to supply the parts sent the wrong parts would shop elsewhere And then they want you to take pictures before they will do anything and then ship the stuff back before youll even see the right parts meanwhile all your money is tied up. Flowmaster makes the exhaust I call the customer service they said if anything was wrong they had no problem shipping out the correct parts before they even receive the stuff that was wrong.
