Dr.Js Auto Repair is phenomenal. A gifted mechanical surgeon. I trust his ability to fix absolutely anything on my cars...more than the dealership. My college students and parishioners all know of Dr Js expertise. His prices are great as hes not out to gouge anyone. He truly cares about you as a person. He and the family run an incredible shop. Call for an appointment because hes the best and is booked frequently.

Dropped My Vehicle off to DR Jays Auto Repair to ( JAY ), it was a 2003 Toyota Camry I decided to have it repaired at another shop. I had it towed back to my home from his shop today 3/10/2017.... The top of the engine was left open and exposed and parts were put on floor board of the car!!!! The towing company reported that he was very rude and short with them. So in short this is not how my car was received by him and it was certainly NOT returned in the same condition.On top of all this BS We were told by Beverly it would be free to diagnose but Not to return it to its original state! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!! Here are a couple pictures!

Jay has worked on 2 of my older Honda Preludes. He has put a new AC in one and fixed the ball joint and door locks in another. I had my car back a day and a half after it was towed to his shop! Highly recommended unlike so many other terrible repair shops I have dealt with in Kissimmee. He isnt lazy and actually wants to do work!

My air conditioning went out on my 2007 Chevy Malibu, Jay and Beverly dida wonderful job on the repairs, my air conditioning works great. They explained everything that needed to be done, gave me a great price on therepairs and wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am very happy with the work they did. I will be taking my car to them from now onfor maintenance and repairs. My parents were so impressed with their service they will be taking their cars there too.

My car was towed to another shop an there three days. After there lack of knowledge it was Sent by them to Dr. Jay. His knowledge an excellent exceeds him. Got charged over $1000 for shocks and struts on my 99 Tacoma and the parts sucked. Made the truck extremely rough worse than the old shocks i had replaced. Then couldn’t get ahold of the shop untill i said I’m leaving a bad review.I then went to a new mechanic had to get the shocks and struts replaced that jays auto installed and now the truck rides smooth and perfect. New mechanic charged half the price for better work and parts.

I cant thank Dr. Jays Auto Repair enough for the prompt and great work they did on our A/C. The air in our old Honda went out and we took it into DR. Jays. DR Jay had it blowing ice cold air in no time. It is even putting the AC in my new Camry to shame!!!

After a long ride to Florida from New York my AC stopped working in my car and was constantly blowing hot air on the driver. I called Dr. Jays and Beverly answered the phone. From the first moment I spoke to Beverly I just felt as if everything was going to be OK. I drove to the shop and they had already ordered the part that they thought I would need. In less than an hour they had my car fixed and I was on my way. Both Beverly and Jay were so nice and I felt very comfortable with them. I only wish their shop was closer to New York because I would definitely have them do my auto work every time!!!! Thank you Jay and Beverly for saving our vacations

The service was amazing. The starter on my truck went bad while in Kissimmee and they came to my vehicle and repaired it on the spot, all within 1.5 hours. If I lived in Kissimmee, he would be my mechanic. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Ive managed aviation, marine, and motorsports maintenance, and say theres no better family owned and operated small auto repair shop as Dr Jays is in our area.
