Excellent service! JJ and the team make the repair experience smooth and affordable. My car needed transmission/clutch work and it’s tuff task but they took the time to make everything right. If you have a BMW out of warranty, this is the place for you. Compared to the dealership, their repair rates are very reasonable. I have taken my wifes car here several times over the past couple of years for regular service, a brake job and a couple of times to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with the engine. Professional shop and the owner takes a lot of pride in his business. He is also a former BMW employee and is very very knowledgeable of anything to do with BMW.

KingCoupe is by far the BEST BMW repair shop Ive ever taken my car to. Took my X3 here for a vacuum leak repair andnthey got it sorted out quickly. Its an older car, but now it runs better than it has in years! The shop communicated well through the whole process with repair options, and status updates. The guys here are true experts and professionals; They even diagnosed an issue with rough idle from a bad vanos that other repair shops said was normal for an old bmw.

I brought my M6 in to change the rear brake pads. I had also developed a soft brake pedal. It was imperative that I get the car back in time do to an important arrangement I had the following day. They fixed the problem and even stayed later passed closing to get it done. They were knowledgeable and professional. Prices were fair and high quality work.

Good work but this place desperately needs some sort of shuttle or loaner car service. I had to spend 60 bucks round trip on an Uber. Other than that the job on my brakes was perfect :)

I have 2014 BMW 328I my check engine light was on and it was due to the thermostat and my battery. Was recommended here by a friend of mine. Great shop no doubt. Took my E39 here and I have no regrets. I had a fantastic experience taking my car to Kingkoupe. I came last month for a diagnostic and they told me everything that was wrong with my e90. They even went as far as showing me my car up in the lift and codes of the issues that were present. I brought it in a few weeks after to get all the work done. What an amazing experience!! The owner Angel is very straight forward and honest. Got my transmission fluid changed on my 328i and car feels brand new all over again. He also went ahead and gave me recommendations on what else needs to be done. I live in Tampa and i go all the way here to get my car serviced so that should be enough to recommend anyone.

Amazing customer service and attention to detail!Although they primarily service BMW vehicles I called to ask about service and labor on my Audi A4. I was provided an amazing quote and was told I could have the service done the next day and finished in the same day. Theyre location is a little off the path, but it in excellent condition and very clean. I found KingKoupe on FB and decided to message them after reading all the positive reviews. They responded very quickly. I told them I had a coolant leak, and we scheduled an appointment. Their diagnostic inspection showed the entire coolant line/system/water pump needed to be replaced on my 2001 740i Sport. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, and even showed me where the leaks where coming from. The quote I was given was more then fair...in fact, I was later told the hours put into the job far exceeded the hours quoted (four fold!). I was still given the original quote. The entire team is beyond TOP NOTCH! They also replaced my valve cover gaskets because they were in pretty bad shape, and they only charged me for the parts. Thank you, thank you! 🙏🏻Trust me when I say...Angel is the BMW Master Tech you’re looking for...he will take excellent care of your bimmer...and KingKoupe will not gouge you senseless like the dealer will. They honestly went above & beyond...and as an added bonus, they posted photos & video footage of their excellent work on Instagram. 👍🏻The waiting area is a clean and comfortable lounge with entertainment. They helped someone I know out. His car began to have AC troubles through the his cross country trip. Two other places completely miss diagnosed the problem and charged him for other things that it turned out he didnt need. Angel helped him out with getting his compressor replaced.

I have 2 BMWs so Im at BMW a lot. From day 1 Angel hqve worked on my cars i requested him whenever i go to BMW for a problem. . Now with his own shop it seem like Im still at BMW. The comfort, the Technology and the expertise is the same at Angels shop. Except the price, BMW wanted to charge me 420 for the job and with the same topline products and equipment, i save $257 with Angel. If you want a top of the line BMW Tec, go see Angel.
