Drink was good but friendliness was not there, I havent been to this location before and today was the release of psl. I will likely come back at some point because coffee, but I hope today was just a bad day. My drink was fine it took a long time, and there wasnt any communication about why. Another customer came up to ask and the cold brew had them behind, but it took someone asking to find out the hold up.Again today was likely a nuts day, but I hope this isnt the standard.

I realize that you are busy but, when you make a customer wait 12 minutes for a simple (blonde roast) black coffee and they still did not get it I find it hard to believe you will retain happy customers. I would of continued to wait for my coffee had I not had to be somewhere but unfortunately I had to leave before receiving the coffee I paid you for. I would of never thought that it would take longer than 12 minutes to get a simple coffee, especially since there were at least 5 associates behind the counter working. Your prices should also be a reflection of your service and in this case they obviously are not.

I’m literally only giving this starbucks 5 stars because of all the people being extremely unfair to the baristas. i work at a starbucks further down south and i understand how frustrating it can be trying to make drinks for mobiles, cafe, while also trying to deal with someone yelling at you because they ordered their drink hot and they actually wanted it cold. the baristas are really trying their hardest to give you the best experience they can, and if you have to be somewhere in 10 minutes, i suggest you go to somewhere like mcdonald’s where they don’t hand-make your drink. :)

I enjoyed the proper service today. I didnt last more than three minutes on the line. I got my small caramel Machiato so quick. I rate this place 5 🌟. Love this location.

So far the Starbucks Brand has never failed to provide a consistent favorable experience even though our order taker was new and speaking through a mask muffles communication a little.

Place is always slow. They forget your order and have to ask 5 times. The barista on Thursdays is slow and lethargic...one drink at a time when 10 people are waiting...

Coffee is good, but during COVID-19, it seems that if Google says the place is open, but if wait until everybody in this country gets vaccinated, people might get the impression that this place will never see indoor dining open ever again. And that would never do. I know this place wasnt designed very well to handle large crowds in the first place.

My second time at this locations since I was on my way to work and didn’t have time to stop by my usual location. Both times they messed up my order. The first time I called and asked them about refunding or getting my order remade to which the person over the phone asked me “what do you want us to do about it?” Even after that atrocious customer service interaction, I went back today.Again, they messed up my order, but I was in the store instead of using the app so I asked them to remake it, and while the girl was friendly enough, she only filled my cup (grande) about 2/3 of the way. I had to leave for work, but they definitely need to up their training at this location. It’s disappointing having to go through this twice.

We had THE friendliest Starbucks employee Ive ever encountered!! Unfortunately, my receipt didnt list her name. I will definitely re-visit.

Staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I go to Starbucks all over the city and they are usually great. They acted like they didn’t even want to help me. I was extremely disappointed and left! I will never return to this location and I highly recommend you do not visit this establishment! Worst experience EVER!!!

Order from here a lot most of the crew is very friendly. Blonde girl that’s there weekends mornings always had an attitude though. Store was supposed to be open at 6 one morning she didn’t get there until 6:30, very unprofessional.

Its not just they make great coffee, but they have great service. I made order for two coffee and I forgot to mention that it was for iced. They still generously re-made coffee with the smile. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff at this downtown Kirkwood Starbucks had their game on last Saturday. Lots of positive vibes from the other side of the counter and well make drinks. It was a good visit.

Big Starbucks fan... this location is always slow and the employees are full of drama. Ordered via mobile app and had to wait over 20 minutes in store. This was on a Wednesday afternoon - I was the one of two customers there. The guy who was supposed to make our drinks was too busy telling a coworker a story to acknowledge me or make my drinks. I asked if he would and it seemed like I asked for a HUGE favor.

I went in to use up a gift card I had received. I ordered a regular coffee, and a cheese danish. The coffee came quickly, and I sat and waited for over 5 minutes for my heated Danish. The Danish tasted a little stale, but I didnt feel like discussing it with the servers.

I work there, so take this with a grain of salt; Im quite impressed with the location. They handle an astonishing volume of traffic with aplomb. As a new addition to their team, I am impressed with the way their shift-leaders juggle training, stock, and customer relations with nary an eye bat; not to mention the great personalities among my fellow baristas.Grade A experience if you want a quick chat with your coffee!

Love Starbucks coffee. Every Starbucks store is the same so if you love Starbucks coffee youll love every Starbucks store. If you like the bold coffee and want it in the afternoon or evening, they stop making it in the morning. Best bet is to order an Americano instead of a pour-over. An Americano is espresso with hot water added and takes a lot less time to make than a pour-over.

Nice location. Clean. Just dont time going there when the local schools let out. Fills up with little kids and gets ridiculously loud and cramped. Any other time of day - its a decent location to go to. Close to Highway 44 and also to downtown Kirkwood. So, nice whether you are just passing through, or enjoying other things in the area.

While this is one a small Starbucks, the staff is friendly and they make it easy and convenient. Even when using the mobile app and popping in to grab my order, the baristas still smile, greet me and make me feel welcome.

I visited this location with a co-worker of mine. We ordered at the same time - she got a vanilla latte and I ordered a sugarfree vanilla frappuccino. My co-worker got her drink almost instantly, but mine didnt come for more than 10 minutes, in which time 3 people that ordered after me got their drinks. I walk up to the counter and reminded them of my order. Shortly after that they gave me a vanilla bean creme frappuccino - no coffee basically. I told them that it was not what I wanted, which was a coffee drink, thinking maybe I hadnt been clear when ordering. I waited another five to ten minutes only to receive the same exact drink as before. I asked the person behind the counter how exactly I was supposed to order the drink I want, after explicitly stating before that I wanted a coffee drink with vanilla flavor and still getting a drink sans coffee. She offered to make it a third time, but I had to leave since the whole experience had taken way more time than it should. The worker I was speaking with did comp me with a free drink voucher, but my co-worker informed me, that when I turned around, she made a snarky face at me. Not very professional - but with the way I couldnt even get a drink that I had been ordering for YEARS, I am not surprised that she reacted in that way. Save yourself some time and just go to the Starbucks inside of Target.

This is the fastest, most efficient most friendly Starbucks Ive ever visited.

Barristas are friendly but this location is always VERY dirty. Not used to this at Starbucks, where generally experience a clean atmosphere. Tables are never wiped, straw wrappers on floor, milk station very messy.

Love the order ahead app! Would like a drive thur.

Service was slower today for my order: a trainee? Others who ordered after me received their drinks before me. Hmmm?

Just got basic coffee which was burnt. Worst tasting coffee. Tables and floor dirty. Music way too loud. 8:30 at night so not sure why the place isnt clean. Staff was friendly.

I was utterly appalled when a coworker of mine, came into work, whipped her cheese danish out at our break table and came to find out that there was hair burnt into her danish....I was so upset I could not bring myself to eat any more of my delicious sausage mcgriddle from McDonald’s....

Didnt too much Iike this Starbucks. Its rather small, but I wasnt satisfied with my usual Starbucks drink: a caramel macchiato. The barista helping us at the register was nice but a few of the baristas making the coffee werent as welcoming. While there, I noticed a cupcake shop nearby. Have since been back to get cupcakes but Ive intentionally avoided this Starbucks on those cupcakes runs.
