Didnt exactly get all the service I wanted on my telephone because the gentleman was pretty much through with me by giving me the will you hurry up and get done look? Another words finish asking me the these last 2 questions about your phone your phone and leave please
Unless you are buying a new phone they are useless.Can’t get help on the customer service line or in the store. At this point my thousand dollar phone is more useful as a paper weight.
I went into the store to purchase a phone and the employee told me if I applied for a Verizon credit card they would give me $100 over 24 months plus $10 per month per line if I enrolled in autobill pay. They are not honoring what their employee promised. Of course with their awful customer service you cant talk to a person without being on hold for 30-45 minutes and then they are no help. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTIVES.
Staff was very helpful - Ian helped me pick out a new phone that worked well with what I needed, and later helped me work out some kinks I had setting it up.Great service, above and beyond.

The store is clean and well arranged for browsing with reasonable seating. Making an appointment in advance is encouraged on the store website and proved to be good advice. My scheduled service time was within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The associate was pleasant, informative and listened well. As with most electronics the store sells the item but in this case transfering phone data, pictures and such the customer must do themselves with online support and call in assistance. On some models of phones the Verizon associates encourage the patron to use another independent company to apply a protective screen cover should you purchase one.I have come to expect less instore service and more online assistance and Verizon didnt disappoint.

I went to Verizon to upgrade my pixel 2. They were very knowledgeable about my choices, including the benefits and costs.In addition, unlike another Verizon store I had stopped that, actually had the phone in stock so I was able to leave the store with my new phone.My only negative was that while in the past they would take the time to move all your information from your old phone to your new phone, they were not doing that.Having said that, the process they explained to me to do when I got home, was relatively easy and worked pretty well.

Worker said, “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” We sit there for 20 minutes and then he says it will be another 30 min while only helping one person the entire time. I do not recommend this Verizon store.

Zero stars if I was able... I brought my phone in that had a blue light and black screen. He told me there was no way it could be recovered. I took it to a local phone place after purchasing a new phone. It was a $40.00 fix. But the salesperson would rather me spend $800.00 after taxes and accessories. It really makes me want to change carriers. I expect honestly from a company that I have been with since 1992. I definitely feel like my loyalty is not reciprocated.My response to owners comment: I expected troubleshooting. What I got was a glance at my phone and I was told it could never be fixed. And even asked a second and third time. So $840.00 later I have two working phones.... not the kind of service I want. Extremely disappointed!!!
Solutions Specialist Austin was incredibly helpful and personable. They even kept the store open a little late for us so that we could get our phones today. They were very patient... I couldnt ask for better service!

It would be really nice if I could pick up the phone and call a particular store to ask a question. I have spent 20 minutes listening to prompts and was never able to ask a simple question at my local store. So this review is for Verizon not the local store

Walked in to have them download my photos and contacts from my old Verizon phone to my new Verizon phone which I purchased last week. I was told that they dont do that because of their policies... not a, Let me show you how to do it yourself, or an, Im sorry for the inconvenience. Not helpful and very short and rude answers. Definitely wont be going here for anything ever again.

Very disappointed. We spent an hour at Verizon to buy new iPhones. We were told recently that they had a promotion for the iPhone 7 for $10/month. Turns out Verizon decided to end the promotion early though. While I dont blame the salesman, it would have been nice to get a heads up about this before we wasted the time waiting to be helped.

Excellent, immediate, skilled service. Did not try to sell me something I didnt need. Listened and tried to solve my problem; gave me something to try that wouldnt cost me anything and said I could come back if it didnt work (which suited me fine).
People are very nice and they do their best to make the customers happy. Wouldnt want any other carrier for my phone needs.

If youre trying to call this Verizon store I would say dont bother. Terrible Phone systems and i was on hold for 23 minutes before someone answered and put me on hold again for another 10 when I only had one simple question. Im actually switching phone companies because of this incident.

I have been a customer with this store for over 10 years. I was turned away yesterday after showing the young lady at the door my phone. The problem with the phone is it tried to do a google update and it erased All my important business contacts along with friends. She said there was nothing she could do go home and put them in manually. NOW we all know this BS because we have cloud. I told her will be canceling the remaining phones services once my contract is up very soon. I will never use Verizon again. This is the help I get after using this service having 4 phones for so long. So my son fixed my phone by calling his friend that work at a different store and got all my contacts back.The Kirkwood Hywy Store should train all their people like Gina that works there. She is the only one there that now how to do her job and treat people with respect.
Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service. When we were called up next in line when the guy realized we had a problem with a bill and not buying anything he became really rude and defensive. He couldnt answer any questions without giving us attitude. The two manager on duty just stood behind and said nothing. They wouldnt help us out and I couldnt believe it. Both of us work in customer service and couldnt believe a manager let this guy talk to us the way he did and wouldnt come in and talk to us to work out the issue. I would stay far away from this place!!!!!

I have read these reviews, as well as dealing with this store for over 3 years. I have 6 lines and 30gb a month. So I spend a lot. And they just continue to be terrible. They have no answers or suggestions for something as simple as I want to upgrade my phone. Im being serious. I tried Sprint the other day and although the wait was 20 minutes, they had a lot of options and possibilities. The manager at the Verizon store is fantastic, but often he wants to put me onto one of the lousy associates. Watch out.

I am giving this store 4 stars based on the fact that I had a horrible customer service experience the day before and after sitting down with the manager the next day and explaining to him about my experience and talking with him about it, I left there believing that he will actually take the steps to remedy the situation. I explained to him that I live in Kirkwood and that I want to patron my local store but with service like I received I would be making a trip to Brentwood. He completely understood what I was saying and like I stated above I believe he will actually take the steps to fix it. The managers name is Mr.Ricardy Pierre. After looking at some of the other reviews, one of the guys hit the nail on the head; talk to Ricardy Pierre. I believe that eventually the associates under him will begin to absorb his attitude towards costumer service and if they do that store will definitely receive better reviews.
