I usually feel ignored and disregarded but they took the time and helped me with everything and fully explained everything in detail. William has made this location the only one I shall use. I went to another location prior with my issue knowing that it should be a simple problem of account updating. I had upgraded my phone to a 5g but was locked out of service as if I still had a 3g. The other store just tried cramming sim card after sim card to no avail. This wasnt going to work if you dont turn it on and remove the data block. William saw exactly what I thought was going on and we were done in minutes. I very much appreciate you thanks William.

Went to this store after going to the Webster groves store on Watson. The Watson store seemed in a hurry to close because I asked for a new phone. I went to this store and told them I needed to get a new phone. They were helpful and I was out before the store close. I would highly recommend going to this AT&T store.
Alex did a great job asking questions about my use and needs, so he could identify the right phone for me. I was pleased to have assistance in setting it up, and choosing accessories. This is my go-to ATT store, because the customer service never fails to exceed my expectations. In fact, their customer service raised the bar so high, that when I’ve dropped by other stores that were on my “running errands route”, I’ve left and gone out of my way to go to “my” ATT store.
I am so grateful for all of the help I received today to resolve my mobile phone issues. Both Tyler and Mike made sure all concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. Buyer beware was solicited for business offered 4 free phones as it was pitched reality 4 credits of 150 per line with and 16.67 credit 30 month term on each phone priced out as 499 each Samsung galaxy sold me phones with no insurance. Never mentioned it I thought it was part of proposal by Paul Miller Att sales rep, wont return phone calls, visited the Att on Cave Springs, told by Heather my phones had physical damage, blame the customer for over priced under performing device, The ATT customer service deserves a zero but 1 is the lowest allowed, basically long story short Im stuck with two bad new 400 phones that dont work and no insurance or warranty, no wo Der ATT cant keep customers the dont want to. To avoid waiting, get there when they first open in the morning. This location is very busy, and while the employees work hard to help everyone ASAP, they arent magicians! If you arrive after 11 AM, be prepared to wait--and please wait politely!! The employees are doing their best.

Very friendly and prompt service. I went in there with a client to purchase a hotspot, for a backup for main internet service in case it goes down. We did not have to wait, and the purchase only took a few minutes. I dont know how this location is on the weekends or very high traffic times, but we went in in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it was very fast service. If youre going to use an AT&T product I would say that this is a very good location to go to.

Be aware of going through a store that works on commission. DeeAngelo worked on my account and signed me up for all kinds of things I didnt want. Called several times to fix my 500+ first months bill and nothing. This guy is a hack, contacted corporate to make things right.This guy says I contacted my regional manager and nobody gets this kind of deal lol. Typical salesman but he outdone himself he sold things I never asked for to get his commission. After contacting corporate apparently commission stores are having problems all around with employees like him

Sales associate gave us false information regarding fees.Additionally, the manager gave us a hard time returning 3 defective screen protectors that we purchased within less than 2 hours (one shattered, one scratched, one with several large bubbles which the bubbles were an issue immediately)They didnt not know how to transfer data from an old phone to a new phone properly.We had to go to a different location the next day and I was able to receive help there at the other store. I will NOT be returning to the KIRKWOOD location again.

I had horrible experience last week in this store.They tried to sell plan and services which I really dont want and need.I strongly felt he wanted to be look nice to the customer but actually tried to rip me off. Unless you are fully aware about latest promotion, plan rates, and services, avoid this store.

My sister and I went in to buy new iPhones and to talk about making changes to our plan. We were helped by D’Angelo and he was very polite, informative, and made sure all of our questions were answered. After our phones were delivered, he helped us get our new phones set up, made recommendations on cases/screen protectors, and even put our new accessories on our phones (staying late to do so). I would definitely recommended this store and going to D’Angelo for all of your needs!

If I could be give this store a MINUS 5 star rating I would. Went into buy my son and I new smart phones. The chubby african American man wearing jeans, glasses, no name tag and portraying himself as a customer service rep was snarky and very unhelpful with my initial questions, and seemed not to care when I turned around and left. Save yourself the angst of indifferent incompetence and take your $ and business elsewhere.

After months of needing a new device I finally decided to get the latest Samsung phone. I was informed upfront about that in order to receive the promotion I would need to add a new line. Not a problem since I was looking to add my elderly mom to my plan. I was promptly greeted by Andy who informed me that some one would be assisting me shortly. within 5 minutes a very pleasant and knowledgeable DAngelo assisted with transferring my information to the new device. He went as far toshow different case options and how to use the new device. If you are ever in the market to get anew device along with top notch customer service please visit the Kirkwood location. Very happy satisfied customer😁

I just tried to call and ask some questions regarding adding an ipad pro to my att account. A lady answered the phone, i couldnt tell you her name because she didnt offer it. I asked a couple question regarding if they had a specific model in stock. She decided to falsely claim that NONE of the att stores would have this specific model (the ipad 11 pro, 2nd gen) in stock and i would have to order it. Thats actually false, as i have already talked to a couple locations who DO have one or two in stock. However, if i can get the newest model, i would much rather do that. So i asked if she knew if the 7th/8th gens were the newer models. Instead of answering my question she rudely stated i dont know, Im currently busy with a customer. Youll have to look all that up online. If you are with a customer, simply either A. Dont answer the phone and let someone else get it. Or B. Put the customer on hold until youre finished with the customer in front of you. Its simple. And it prevents you from being rude to a customer on the phone.

Thanks, Austin! My phone wouldnt charge so I went in to see what kind of options I had. A kind gentleman named Austin took the time to examine my phone and then remove some lint that had become lodged in the port. Writing this review with a fully-charged iPhone. Five stars to him. Four stars overall only because I had to wait while it seemed like there were clerks available. Maybe its just me, though.
