Went in to see if they had a USB cord for an older model ipod. They had it!! Awesome customer service and professional knowledge relating to my device.

I typically dont leave reviews for businesses but I cant help with this one. The communication and professionalism was next to none. I had them repair my Iphone and I casually asked about a broken screen on my laptop. No problem, a week later screen was in and installed and works perfectly. Im happy/sad that I dont need to use their services again at the moment but I will forever send business their way. If only more businesses could be as transparent and professional as Phone Doctor consumers would have a much better go of it.

They fixed water damage on my Macbook pro. I took it in and they immediately started working on it. So much cheaper than going straight to apple. Very impressed!

I have used Phone Doctor many times, each and every time the customer service and quality of service has been amazing. I recommend everyone use Phone Doctor for any and all repairs to your devices. Phones, tablets etc. They also have very reasonably priced phones and accessories for sale although my favorite purchase from phone Doctor is my 620 game Nintendo game system. Stop in there you never know what gems you’ll find in that store.

Excellent service and customer care. Went in for a broken display for a phone that wasnt in stock anywhere (Galaxy A8) so I went in with low expectations. They were kind enough to take a look at it and it was able to be fixed in a few days.

I’ve cracked my phone twice within the last two months and both times I took it here and was fixed within the day both times. The service was outstanding with the Manager and two different co-workers, they were all respectable and responsible with the care and service they gave. Had screen replaced and screen started to bleed threw 5-6 days after they installed it. Called them they said they would order new screen and put it in for free. I brought it back to the store and the guy tells me the screen is damaged and not defective. I never dropped the phone and hardly used it at all before the screen started going out. The screen was not cracked or damaged in any way just a bunch of black spots bleeding threw everywhere making phone unusable. Do not recommend.

This was the last place I called when my speaker broke on my phone. The people were very respectful and very knowledgeable of the products. I have a razer phone 2 so not a super common device he looked at it said Ill give you call today its a tricky one but I got you. They had the phone done on 2 hours would 100% use again.

I went to this place to get my iPhone screen fixed since it was cracked. I had a white screen before and I asked for it to be switch to black and that is exactly what they did. They did a great job and this place is very professional. Great service too. I haven’t gone to any place better. Highly recommend.

During a simple iPhone screen repair, my data was wiped (and may have been copied) by the store associate. When the issue was promptly raised, the store presented a severe lack of professionalism, customer service and respect instead of working towards a solution. I will be pursuing the proper avenues to ensure sensitive data was not compromised and highly recommend one of the other 10 or so safe and reliable phone repair stores in the St. Louis area.

This place really focuses mostly on iPhones. I took my android in for a fix of cracked screen. The ordered screen but it was wrong size. They said they were ordering another but its been two weeks and theyve never called to let me know they have the part.

This was the fastest and easiest cell phone repair I’ve ever experienced. I broke the screen on my iPhone, brought it in and they had replaced the screen within 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent, I highly recommend.

Service was quick and easy. Went for a screen repair (used Groupon) and he fixed the screen during my lunch break. Had a slight issue after, but the next day, came back and they fixed it quickly. Very nice and professional.

I had to replace my cracked phone screen. I made an appointment online, walked in, he took one look at my phone and said it would be replaced in 10 minutes! I was shocked. $125, replaced my screen and he tightened a screw in the phone so everything works perfectly! Highly recommend Phone Doctor!

I had got a new phone from my job for work. A week later I dropped it and the screen shattered. Then the screen quit working completely. I found the phone Dr online. They gave me an estimated over the phone. I went to the store in Kirkwood and it took approximately 25 minits to put in a new screen. I have a new phone again. Awesome job Phone Dr.. Now I have a place if I break any of my phones now. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a phone or I pad fixed. And if the job takes longer there is all kinds of stores you can walk around and check out while you wait.

This place is excellent! I shattered my phone screen and within the same day it was fixed. I walked in and 15 minutes later my phone was as good a new. The prices are decent and the people who work there are all very nice!

Great and professional, they fixed my phones camera and lens for almost a third of what a Crestwood store was charging for the same repair. They fix it right in front of you as well as they were quick and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back for any other phone repair I may have. The guys at Phone Doctor are awesome! I was visiting St Louis for a few days and broke my phone screen the night I got there. Left the thing face down in the rain overnight, was worried it wouldnt work at all. I brought it in here and was out the door with a working phone in what had to be 15 minutes tops. didnt even finish my coffee. Service was affordable too! cant recommend them enough, they really saved me when I was in a bind.

I’ve gotten my iPhone screen fixed here twice. Both times it took no more than 15 minutes, or just enough time to enjoy a coffee, water or soda which was offered to me on arrival. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. Recommended!

I am glad that they do fix phones. But they dont say what brands of phones they fix. I think that there are immigrants from another country that work at this place. And the attitude is that if you believe in veterans that fought for this country, they are not interested. I rather pick a phone repair shop that knows all phones and are very honest and willing to fix peoples phones.

I had a telephone that had a broken black glass. I found the phone doctor on the internet and called them about replacing the glass on my phone. They stated they didnt have the glass but would order it. With the cover over my phone I forgot about them ordering the glass and I called them three weeks later and they had ordered it and had it in stock and I had forgotten to call them. I took my phone in and he replaced the glass within 10 minutes. The charge for the repair of my phone shocked me! The charge was 1/2 the price of everyone else, much more reasonable than the rest of the places around town. I highly recommend the phone doctor in Kirkwood for your phone servicing.

Extremely easy to work with,very knowledgeable about various cellular products. They also dont make you feel stupid when you really jack up your phone, as in my case. John was really great at communicating all the possible solutions, possible issues he could run into while trying to fix it, and when it would be ready. Within ten minutes they had it fixed and working like new!
