I wanted to say thanks to Jesse and Trev for the excellent job they did helping me transfer my service to T-Mobile. Normally I would expect changing the service on 4 cell phones to be a pain, but they were both friendly and the switch went smoothly. I also noticed how personable and patient they were with the other customers they served. I would definitely recommend going to the Kirkwood store and having either one of them help you out. Trev was really helpful. He figured out how to get this green box off my phone so as I could use it again. Very friendly. This was at the Kirkwood location. Cant complain about S County Shopping Center Malls Location neither.

New phone I bought at this location. Charged phone overnight. Next morning. It was hot and burnt at bottom of phone. I returned and thought no big deal they will exchange phone. No way blaming me saying I used wrong charger. No I didnt. Then blaming LG . your selling the phone. 45 minutes. No exchange. Really T-Mobile!!! Next month Im buying more expensive phone. Unlocked at best buy. Will always exchange are refund money. Unlocked is much better. Go to best buy much better service and unlock is better. T-Mobile poor manager.! Yes T-Mobile Im a x customer Thank you !!!

I have been with T-Mobil for about 18 years. They have great customer service but I found that you get the best service over the phone, not at their stores. Dont know what is wrong with the store but they seem more interested in selling than fixing.

Giving some much needed love:Ive been with T-Mobile for almost 10 years and recently moved to the St. Louis area. Ive been to this store 3 times and each experience was great. First was to purchase 3 galaxy S4s. Service was great. It took a while, only because the computer systems wouldnt let the agent ring up the devices for full purchase. My agent had to have me pay for the 3 down payments, then pay off the rest in another transaction. Not his fault, and he was very apologetic. Second was to pick up some accessories, same agent, and he actually showed me where and how to make the purchase online to save me money! Waste of a trip? Not to save money!!! The third: had an issue with one of the S4s and TMO customer care said they couldnt do anything about it. Same agent was able to process a warranty exchange, and we had the new phone in 2 days. Im heading there again tomorrow to pick up some Galaxy Note 3s.Maybe its just the agent but I love going to this store, and I love being a T-Mobile customer.

By far, one if the best TMobile locations to visit. The store manager Patrick and the other associates are both consistent and courteous with their service. If you have any questions, theyre always willing to help above and beyond to get you what you need.

The guy over there was very rude he geg mad because I ask couple questions i get what I need and left and I will never go back to this location again all other t-mobile much butter and great customer services

Can to the store to pay bill & get a replacement screen protector. The two workers in the front were very rude male (young) and woman(older).

Got all the way to the end of the sale before they bothered to check and see that the phone I wanted was out of stock. When I asked if any other locations had it, they lied and said they already checked then tried to sell me a different phone. I went out into the lot and the first location I called (manchester) had the phone I wanted in stock so I went there instead. The Kirkwood location seemed more interested in getting a sale than helping me find what I was looking for

Excellent service!! A wonderful girl named Gabriela ( sorry if thats not the right spelling) got me booked up better anyone Ive ever dealt with.

I called on behalf of a friend to have her phone unlocked because she wanted to transfer to another carrier. The voice menu did not give a clear choice to have the phone unlocked until I had made several attempts. Finally, I spoke to a customer care person who said she needed an email address. She garbled the spelling of the email address three different ways. Finally, she transferred me to a supervisor who could understand English well enough to complete request for the release code and have it emailed to my friend. Another note, ATT will give you the release code during the call. T Mobile seems to be more interested in creating as many obstacles as possible.

BEWARE: Back in March 17 my wife and I were misled (misled is kind, lied to is more accurate) by this store with their 17Q1APL TRADE-IN OFFER in conjunction with Carrier Freedom. They got us to leave AT&T and come to T-Mobile. They have not lived up to their verbal promises and contract. We were promised numerous times a set price for our monthly bill and it is $70 more every month. This is CORPORATE FRAUD, and we are not giving up until this is resolved. Missouri Atty. Dont know much about what they doing, I traded in my iPhone From AT&T and No credit for it was applied they lost it and Im just going back and Forth. Plus Seem to have a Issue with Race The Low Life Store Manager went day after Thanksgiving and had everyone on a list that came in he never appliede me to it I went to to tell them and he got nasty with me thank God the Guy who works under his said Yes He been here. This Location is IN NEED OF A GOOD SERVICER AND ONES WHO DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING SMH.

I bought a charger at this store in Kirkwood. The service was terrible. I bought the charger and they did not test it fully by plugging it into the wall. Then I took it home and it did not work, but when I went to take it back they accused me of breaking it.I even contacted the territory manager after having a horrible experience with the store manager, and he too blew me off. He said he would get back to me on it and never did.I would never do business with these people again.
