This site is consistent locked with the lights on at any time week day or weekend. I was here yesterday and was told the person was on break. After months of having this, I decided to wait. About 15 min later (was around 11am) and with more and more customers walking up and leaving.. A person came and unlocked the door from the inside. Im currently here now and enough is enough. Fire the manager or shut down this useless store
I, too, have walked into the trap of sending an Amazon package here. I get a notification that my package is ready for pick-up, just to find out the doors are chained shut and no ones answering the phone...Maybe consider putting the hub outside, like many other locations?
If I could give no stars it would be more accurate for a store now owned by corporate you think they would actually be open. Nope it’s a guessing game when they are and at most random times. 1:30 on a Wednesday closed 8am weekday closed.
Employees are rude. I called and got hung up in more then once. I drove out to the store cause it said it was open just to turn out it was the door was chain up. I’ve gone in the store and the employees we’re rude to me. This location your best bet would be arco across the street
Stopped by at 1:43 pm to be told the store is closed when the sign in the window clearly stated 2 pm. Refused service very rudely. Will not go back
Doesnt have enough workers to even open the store. Do not recommend coming here or having your packages delivered here either.
Is this place ever open? The last 7 tines I stopped by the door was locked. Not very convenient.
They are closed constantly, doesnt matter what time of day or night that you try to shop. They were closed at least from noon until 10pm one day.
Doors locked lights on. Will be reporting to corporate.
This location says open but the lazy employees sit inside with the doors locked with a note on the door saying they basically dont want to work
Guess what. AM/PM and 76 across the street actually have regular hours they are open. Guessing ownership needs to fill in extra hours until they can hire, but unfortunately I have to move on to a regularly open go to store.
They say 24 hours but they give you a surprise when you come after 12 AM. They mislead and their people are rude too
Since when does a 7-11 close regularly in the morning hours?
Ordered pickup, they didnt have the item but charged me anyway. Then continued to ignore calls.Terrible, terrible business. Do not go here.
Every time I come in they’re always on a phone talking to their friends and would be ok running you over if you get in their way! No reason to stop here when the Arco across the street at least has good service.
Out of business with lights on
I come here every single day I work close by and literally I go here to buy cigarettes every single day today I think they had a new guy no problem I was patient I asked for Marlboro light and gave me the wrong one I came back as a regular costumer to tell the other guy that I thought he was always nice to me and told him hey bro he gave me the wrong pack of cigarettes and he was like sorry we can’t change it for you it’s not like my mistake it’s you guys mistakes wow very disappointed not gonna come back here again.
Best location Ive seen. Hunter has outstanding customer service. Fresh food and fresh coffee. No gas at this location
They always have hot taquitos and hot dogs late night! Fresh for night time! Best 7 eleven because of that.
The guy who works in the morning, Hunter I believe, is always working hard to make sure the store is fully stocked.Highly recommend
I went to store spend $30. I asked the cashier name SHEIKH if i can put some sugar into my coffee he said you have to pay me. For the pack of sugar.. he was so rude. If you are not happy with ur job go find another job..
I go to this particular 7-Eleven store regularly to buy certain item(s). Overall, the staff knows me well and is helpful. However, I had a very bad experience on one occasion, and the franchise owner should be ashamed and regretful...Some months ago, I bought my usual merchandise at this store. Upon paying with my credit card, the POS terminal froze before I could sign for my purchase. The attendant immediately called the franchise owner to inform him about this incident, and to seek his advice as to what to do. I ended up having to go to another POS terminal to have my purchase processed, again. When I received my credit card statement for that month, I saw that both charges (from both POS terminals) went through -- I had been double-charged. Working through my credit card company, I spent more than three months to get the duplicate charge removed. All the way along, the franchise owner knew about the frozen terminal and the duplicate charges. In spite of the attendants informing him right away at the time of the incident, the owner would not give me credit. It was a total waste of my time, having to spend hours with my credit card company on telephone calls and e-mail exchanges.Owing to his complete disregard of customer service, the franchise owner should not be in this business, or in any business at all !!!
I stop here after work almost every day good stuff and nice people working there!
Got food poisoned from pizza and dumpling looking thing. Dont eat from 7 eleven for your risk.
They’re all POS workers.
Hunter has great customer service
Nothing in the hot case, nothing to make nachos, teller wasnt competent to know how to redeem points for nachos, had made basic nachos with chilly an cheese figured since its just free points Im using up, ended up paying due to lack of competency from night teller.
They have slurpees
Nice
