Evan in the print center was awesome! He printed us a sample within seconds so we could check the colors, which were perfect, and also so we confirm that it will cut to fit in the DVD cases. Once confirmed he had our prints done and boxed (and 2 other customers) within 15 minutes. Thanks!

Greatly appreciate all the help from Ron in the Print Department getting special order signs done to keep people safe when conducting business. They didnt have staples, only tape

I have been using this store to pull large format prints for my daughters photography art project. Although they have been extremely busy and overbooked, they have been fantastic at putting in extra effort to get her prints pulled as quickly as possible so that she can make her deadlines. Thank you guys! Your effort is very much appreciated!

Printing services have a decent turn around time if youre willing to pay extra; but they dont pay attention to the details. For example, I submitted a print job, and paid extra for folding - but they dont fold the product. In the past, weve paid for upgraded paper and havent gotten it. If you use their print services, be sure to verify they performed all the tasks requested (correctly) and paid attention to your requests!

Their print desk had me waiting forever even though the store was for the most part empty!

We went to Staples to buy printer ink and to look at mew printers - during the pandemic when the supply chain was a mess.Parker helped us. Not only did he help us, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient when peppered with dozens of questions about every available printer model.Everyone was kind and friendly despite the obvious challenges of having to work during a pandemic.

I went to Staples in Kingstom yesterday. I needed to have some photos made. I was so impressed by the associate, Jeremy, who assisted me. He was very helpful in a cheery and professional way. Jeremy realized the importance of what I needed and gave me impeccable service. plus he told me the most economical way to complete my order. Thank you to Staples and Jeremy for treating me in such a wonderful way.

Helpful store guys, one helped me find what I needed and brought up a permanent solution I didnt know about. Store was clean and organized, found the other thing I needed easily without help. Cashier was nice!

Everyone that I have gone to for printing help has been incredibly helpful and has done everything they can to get me exactly what I wanted. The store is very clean and the staff all help each other out. Will be back with any more office questions or needs I may have

I went in to print some files in two different sizes. When I asked for help with formatting to get my file to file the paper size, the store associate was extremely disinterested and never bothered to come over and assist me.I printed the file and it was ridiculously small (which is why I wanted help beforehand). I proceeded to ask for a refund or a credit to print it again with the correct settings and the same associate replied, Youll have to pay for it.

I have never been so let down, I have had my order in the printing department wrong 3 times now. I was told by a person they would get right to it and have it correct with in 24 hours. That person never got to it. Now another person is working on it and its taking for ever to get done. I hope this time it comes out correct, if not I will have to take my order else where. Oh what was my order to have some small tablets cut down to 2 and no one has gotten it right yet.

Worst printing service, costumer service you can encounter. I will never go to this store again. I would rather save my time, not get frustrated and spend a little more money to get friendly costumer service and quality prints.

Ive used many print places- mom&pop, Office Max, Kinkos, Staples, etc and this particular location has greatly competent and friendly employees. Oftentimes when printing things, it can be frustrating, but each time I get something done here I am satisfied and think I need to write them a good review!

No one will help you! You can ask for help, and theyll direct you on how to find the answer to the question yourself! Theyll watch you as you frustratedly fumble through the process and ultimately get it wrong! You can even ask a second employee to help you and theyll tell you they dont know how to! Not a manager to be found anywhere in the store. Three employees, no manager present and just 2 potential customers! A great place to visit as long as you dont need any help!

They were trying to be helpful but didnt have what we need. Will have to try on line.

Went in to buy a laptop today after the one at work died. Had to ask for help. Was then told pretty much none of the laptops on display are in stock. ???? Inconvenient. This store lost a sale to Walmart today.

The store was fine, but the staff in the copy and print area were rude and just seemed like they really, really didnt want to be bothered... made me very uncomfortable...

Poor customer service. Manager was more concerned about letting an employee leave early and told the computer associate not to start looking at my laptop (went in at 7:30 pm, store closed at 9:00pm).This store, does not stand behind the products they sell. Turns out my laptop does have issues (less than a yr old, hardly used). Was told, welcome to retail. The ONLY way they will stand behind the products they sell (my brother WAS looking at purchasing a new laptop), is if you buy THEIR extended warranty.

Well laid out, always have items in stock and the staff is helpful and cheerful.

The new scan to email service is way overpriceded. What used to cost about $2.00 is now $7.00 just to scan/email a lousy 13 pages. I walked out.

I only went there because I had a $10 coupon. well I guess the jokes on me because the store is so overpriced its ridiculous and not even worth going even with the coupon.

The cashier, did an online price comparison and I wound up paying$10 less on a$60 item, nice.

Stationary. They move stationary. Office supplies. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it.

Uninformed about products. Unawares of products location. Mis priced products. Lack of stock. Got the wrong thing and what I wanted isnt there. I am disputing the charge at Staples until I hear from them. They have to pay for their mistakes and refund my money

It’s says on site that Sunday closes at 7:00pm we got there 5:57 it was closed already, they say it closes at 6. SMH

The worst customer service, Dont come here!!!! 15 min waiting just to get a no availability on a tablet. There was about 5 ppl on the floor including the cash register reps and looked overwhelmed with the small amount of customers they had.

Needed to send a fax and Staples is one of the few places left where you can do it.
