Recently had a problem with my HP computer. Custom Computers quickl diagnosed the problem and installed a new hard drive. In addition, they added additional memory.The computer now runs smoothly and without any problems. The service was fantastic and professional. I called looking for a specific motherboard. They didnt have it but they found me a comparable, had all the specs and confirmed that this board could work with my processor, ram and video card. Tried to rip me off. I brought my computer there to fix my power jack...he said he NEEDED to check the hard drive and it was standard to check the hard drive no matter what was being fixed. I said theres nothing wrong with it except the broken power jack.. Insisted on having my password to diagnose the hard drive when the computer works fine and gave me a hard time when I refused. He then said well if I have to solder the power jack it would be over a hundred bucks. I did not leave my computer with him..

They know what theyre doing, theyre friendly, thorough, and let you know what theyre doing and why but dont do anything without asking you first. Definitely recommended.
