Everyone that works here is an angel. They have saved my life (my computer) three times now and have been so sweet and understanding. HIGHLY recommend.

Hello,I am a Grad student at URI. I attended my undergrad at URI as well. I go on here and see so many poor reviews, which is as far as can be from the truth regarding RamTech. They have done an exceptional job the two times I have used their services. They were able to provide faster service on my mac laptop than apple would have, and at a cheaper cost. I want to give a personal and big shout out to JJ, one of the technicians at RamTech, who personally walked me through my repairs and went back to the drawing board 3 or more times until he resolved my computers issues correctly.RamTech is a convenient, affordable, and respectful service and they are more than deserving of the 5 star review I am giving them.Cheers!

Legitimately the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I was told my laptop repair would be a quick fix and it took a month and a half before my laptop was fixed (the screen was cracked). I never received any updates as to why the repair took so long.When I went to pick my laptop up, I noticed that the keyboard was broken- damage that was not present when I brought my laptop in to get fixed.I am incredibly frustrated with the level of incompetence that RamTech has demonstrated in handling what I was told would be a simple and quick fix. If you are considering bringing your electronics to RamTech for repair, DONT.

Dropped off my laptop two weeks ago and was told it would be ready the next day. Still is not ready. Went to go and pick it up and they changed the password and didn’t write down the new one. Cannot get my laptop to update. Worst place to ever exist would give it a 0 if I could.

Absolutely awful! Projects in college are time sensitive, and they took their time getting my computer fixed. Will not be back...
