Wow, Ive never experience a car dealer less interested in selling a car than this one! I was emailing with Chris Hall last week and he stopped returning my emails before we even discussed any numbers. So I tried to call the dealership and was redirected to a message center and was told that there was no one I could speak to in the sales department, at 3pm on a Tuesday... they must be rolling in the dough and uninterested in lifting a finger to sell a vehicle. Oh well.

I was coming very close to the recommended interval for service and oil change on my Hyundai.I found myself near Kingston, N.Y.I called Prestige Hyundai and asked if I could come in without an appointment.They said yes, but I might have to wait an hour before they get to my car.I went in and within a half hour all the work was done and I was out the door.Everyone at the dealership and service department were friendly and professional. They did a good job and my car runs great. I appreciate the great service they provided.

I walked in originally looking for a car I saw online (they had just sold it) and instead was shown and pleased with the same model car just without all the extra packages. I ended up saving some money by being more simplistic and found all of the employees to be extremely helpful and straightforward. Our product specialist Wil Eagleston was knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the process, able to secure me a later time slot for pickup as to not interrupt my work schedule, and always responded promptly to any questions/texts/emails I had. I must say his response time was very much appreciated due to the confusing call center redirects I had been experiencing. Overall, I found the experience to be more pleasant and candid than any other dealership I had visited!

I have tried to contact this company via phone to purchase a car for two days. They have not answered their phone or even followed up any request via email, etc. I’m not sure if there are phone or internet issues. The line has gone busy, it has been hung up on, and only 2x have I reached a call center which is forwarded to the Prestige Toyota side (right next door). Of those times with the call center, they have been very kind, but they can only send a message to ask the sales reps to follow up. I am simply trying to find out the availability of a car and set a test drive up. I have heard no response and my concern is if I ever need simple work completed like an oil change, is this the type of service they provide their customers?I live in NYC area now, but I am from the Hudson Valley and like spending my money there to help our businesses. My current situation has a tight turnaround because I have the same car option available in Indianapolis which can be delivered. I don’t want to miss that opportunity over waiting for a simple call back from this location. My family is still upstate and have offered to drive there to speak with them directly to find out the availability of the car. It’s sad that during a pandemic, someone would have to show up to simply to inquire about a cars availability. I want to help locals, but this service is inexcusable.

Had some tires mounted on 2/26/21 and expected to pay the advertised price on the wall. They added an additional $28 to the invoice and would not honor the advertised ad. I have tried contacting the owner several times thru e-mail and phone messages with no luck. Buyers beware with the BAIT and SWITCH tactics they use to upcharge customers. I am a loyal customer and use dealers for all my service issues. They were not willing to flex at all. I guess i will have to pursue other avenues to get this resolved.

I bought a 2021 Elantra SEL, picked it up this past Thursday, after two-plus weeks of test driving, research and pondering. Gerry was very helpful during those two-plus weeks, patient with my questions and concerns, informative and knowledgeable, and always kind and considerate. This is my second car purchased through Prestige Hyundai/Toyota with Gerry as my salesperson, the first being a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS. That was a great car at a great price. The 2021 Elantra SEL follows in the same tradition. Kayla was the point person on the day I picked up my new car, leading me through with an overview of the features, handling the setup of the car (including its safety settings) and being kind and patient with my questions and very helpful with her knowledge. I had a wonderful experience at Prestige Hyundai with Wil Eagleston. I was in the market for a 2016 to 2019 Hyundai Tucson due to my 2014 Hyundai Elantra being in an accident. When I arrived at Prestige Hyundai, Wil Eagleston was sad to inform me that the vehicle I was looking for was not on their lot. However, moments later he directed me to a vehicle (2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport) that I believed was out of my price range. They had just received it on a trade in and it was everything my wife and I wanted and more. Mr. Eagleston made the buying process extremely transparent and I received a quote on the vehicle. I then wanted to sleep on the deal overnight and of course run a price comparison through the Kelly Blue Book website. Much to my surprise the price I was quoted was within 500$ of the actual value of the vehicle. I was ex static! The next day I returned and put a down payment on the vehicle. Mr Eagleston professionally carried me through the rest of the buying process, showing me how dedicated he was to his customers. Hyundai is offering some outstanding deals (at the time of this posting) and I was happy to be able to capitalize on them.Their no-frills approach to selling a vehicle, along with their ability to search for a vehicle to suit your needs was deeply refreshing and appreciated. They were very courteous, patient, honest, knowledgable, accommodating, and kind throughout my whole purchasing process with them. She was fast and efficient when it came to going over details about the Palisade!! After doing some serious research my wife and I made the decision to visit the dealership to test drive the Elantra and Ionic Hybrid. Cassie greeted us upon entering the showroom. She was friendly, courteous and very easy to talk to about our car needs and concerns. During the test drives she explained in great detail how everything worked and to my surprise I liked both cars. In the ended up picking the Elantra. There was an issue that caused a delay. Cassie was very honest and forthright about the issue. They had the exact car I wanted, and it was nice working with a dealer that offered the lowest price up front, and eliminated the back and forth discussions over price. I have nothing but raves for this dealer. I just bought my third Hyundai -- the Kona EV. The car is amazing, but beyond that, I really want to give a shout out to our sales expert, Wil Eagleston (the BEST!); to the sales manager, Mark, who worked like a demon to get us the very best possible deal; and to Angie Tricamo, the delivery coordinator who spent more than an hour with me explaining all the cool features of the Kona EV, literally screen by screen. What makes this dealership so amazing? First of all, many of the people who work at Prestige have been there for decades; they believe in the cars they sell, and they are proud of what their dealership represents. Second, the service department is outstanding. Thorough, caring, modern and efficient. Third, there is what I would call honest pressure. The sales team does not work on commission but rather on an incentive system. You get the feeling as a customer that they are really working for you, not against you. I am so happy that the two brands I most love and trust -- Toyota and Hyundai -- are represented here. I feel I am covered for life!

They sold me, what Im being told is a USED Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. with a clean carfax. When they showed it to me, it had a pair of young girls sneakers in it. Anthony, the salesman, told me the car was just traded in and it looked like the family didnt get the shoes:(So, I I come to pick up my Hyundai Santa Fe, It hasnt been cleaned, stains still on the seats that I showed Anthony, the cars already got the plates on it from DMV, Im sitting down signing papers, I got the extra 100K drive train insurance because Brian, the Finance manager reassured me it would be a REALLY good idea since theres only 55k left on it now, so I said OK, lets do it.Dont you know I come to find out its not a used car, but it was a RENTAL and the RIGHT FRONT DOOR, FENDER AND BUMPER HAVE BEEN REPLACED.

The Service Dept is hand down the best! I have a brand new 2019 Santa Fe I have only had a few months that had a battery problem the other day. Hyundai Roadside Assistance had to come out to get my car started and told me I couldnt turn it off and I had to get it checked out right away. I called Prestige Service Dept in a panic and they told me to come right over. They took me in right away and got a new battery in for me in less than an hour with no appointment on a very busy day for them. They are the best and really know how to take care of their customers. I would never go anywhere else for service. I have purchased ten Hyundai vehicles over the years from Prestige and have had them all serviced there (even oil changes). I would never go anywhere else. My 2010 Veracruz is still going strong at 140,000 miles and I owe it all to the Prestige Service Dept for taking such good care of it! You have a customer for life!!

BEST Car Buying Experience EVER !!!! I recently purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Prestige Hyundai in Kingston. My salesperson Susan Crews, managers Mark and Brian were all great to deal with.
