The sales department is very friendly and helpful when it comes to the entire line of product. Recently serviced my 2016 escape and dealt w Jennifer. She was very helpful, I had a concern and the service manager was very understanding and introduced me to ken who took a test drive with me. He figured out where it was coming from and explained to Jennifer. Car was in the shop for less than a day. Mike the service manager even gave me a free oil change for next visit. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!
