Great staff clean organized place. Would be a 5 star but due to the covid 19 they are not able to scan your car for codes. So you are stuck buying a code reader that you cant return. Only to use it once.

Customer service goes above and beyond. I am pretty clueless about cars, so their excellent service makes a big difference.

We went in with a dead car battery and Joe was so helpful. He installed the new one (which Advance Auto Parks does with most car models, unless it is too difficult to access). While doing so he noticed that our headlights were dim because of the scratched and cloudy plastic and he suggested an affordable restoration kit. He also notice a very dirty cabin air filter while he was changing the battery -- we had never changed it and didnt know we had to! He explained it was easy to pop out and replace so we ended up buying a new filter and popping it back in. Crazy to think we had been breathing in all that dust and pollution! We take our car to a good mechanic regularly who deals with many of its issues, but we had never been alerted to these things that Joe noticed in a few minutes. Joe really seemed to know his stuff and care. He manages to make fixing your car and maintaining it accessible to anyone. Thanks again!

Went today. Guy refused to help me pop in a lightbub into my headlamp. It wouldve only taken a minute. No one else was in the store. He said no go find a mechanic to put in. Thats ok the other Auto Parts store on Albany Avenue put it in for me even though I bought the bulb from somewhere else. Theyre much better.

The one in the plaza has more parts but less informant as far as the employees. But good company.

What can I say. Waited for service however clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. She knew what we needed when we described it to her

Went in to get filter and oil and saw that the Mobil One oil was on sale with filter. Didnt have my filter in any brand but k&n. The subbed the filter and matched the price.Only complaint was the new guy was still learning the system and took him a while to figure out the manager needed to do an override. So it took about 45min to get 2 things with minimal customers in the store.

Helpful staff and a wide array of stock for any automotive enthusiast or repairman.

I wish i could give this place a zero there were 5 guys eating pizza in the back room while 1 girl was at the cash register taking care of customers.
