The salesman was ok. He did have knowledge of the different phones and understood what I was looking for. Im a bit disappointed with all the fees they tack on for every little thing. All I was doing was getting a new phone to replace mine that was acting up and considering Ive been a customer with the same number for 15yrs youd think there would be less fees. Like I already have a phone plan as well as 4 lines and I pay a lot for them. So why do I have to pay again for the same plan? Not to mention activation fees fees for the new phone they just they charge a fee for everything its not right

My experience with this store was spectacular I came into the store and Aiden and the staff were excellent after I explained that my sister was terminally ill they went above and beyond what they had to do to help me my sisters new phone we are ready ⚱️ my crickets garbage back to them tomorrow at nine am

The service is excellent as far as the cellular service and also the customer service is excellent from my experience. You can port any existing number over to MetroPCS and get a brand new Android phone absolutely for free. Best cell phone provider there is in my opinion!!!

I always go to the center str location, thanks to Kelli Taylor!! She is always extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or problems I have!! I love metro. Hoping she helps me with my phone today, its a week old and powering on and off several times per day on its own

Switched phone carriers to metro PCS and dont think I will go to another phone company. I always have great signal and I have unlimited high speed internet and it doesnt matter how much I use it never gets slower and all for $40.00. And I got to keep my phone number and got a great price on a new phone

Horrible customer service

Great service the day we switched but has had piss poor service simce then.. Didnt offer insurance on our phones didnt inform us that if yoi dont turn your hot spot off it STILL uses your data.. Went to the store to switch phones because my screen is busted and informed me (after calling the store and was told differently)that I couldnt switch phones for 30 days.... Shouldve stayed with straight talk!!!!

Very good deals on plans, phones are a bit steep (like everywhere else)staff was quick and helpful Small but convenient store. Ive used metro about 3yrs and Ill refer everyone I know to stop paying outrageous prices!

A FRIEND BOUGHT HIMSELF AN LG BLUETOOTH HEADSET..... AND BOUGHT ME AN OTTERBOX.... I DIDNT LIKE THE COLOR (GRAY AND BLUE) SO I WENT TO EXCHANGE IT WITHIN THE 15 DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE TIME AND THEY WOULDNT LET ME EXCHANGE IT FOR THE BLACK ONE WHEN IT HAD NEVER BEEN USED SO NOT A PLACE ON IT. IT HADNT EVEN BEEN OUT THE BOX.... STILL HAVENT. THEY WOULDNT REFUND OR EXCHANGE LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone. Ive been having issues with service. I pay for unlimited data but its telling me ive reached my data limit. Havent been able to use internet hardly at all.

This is the better of the three metropcs in the area. If you have an issue go here instead

My mom went to get two phones they swore there would be no issues with service but there is.....they spend over 150 for phones activations and call and tell the associates about it all they tell them is turn it off and back on which doesnt work and then go back monday when the manager is in and they would get their money back when they get there they tell them if the phone has been used over an hour then they cant exchange the purchase do to lost calls and trying to call back when dropping a call the phone was used over and hour so they dont return the money......shitty service if you ask me

This was the shadiest business i have EVERY delt with. Our free cases and speaker ended up costing us over 65.00I tried to get it resolved over a course of 4 days only to be laughed at....lied to and told i was lying. Totally unprofessional.

It sucked bad. They couldnt take care of the problem my buddy had with his phone.

The phone service is excellent, the people however, are unfriendly and nor very knowledgeable.
