I believe that the covid pandemic opened corporates eyes with saving money, but i sure do miss those late night trips or early morning emergency trips to walmart, sure wish they would at least extend the hours and close at midnight and open at 5 or something 🙄😔

This Walmart has been the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of shopping. Some of the employees and the one manager I had to deal with was very very rude. He actually turned his back on me and ignored my request to speak to him. I had the supervisor from the Card dept on the phone to make sure that he did the right thing. I was very upset to the point of tears. Nothing ever got accomplished at thus Walmart. I had to take my business to the other Walmart across town. Also the store has been so badly stocked lately I have just stopped shopping at Walmart. I was told I was going to get a $25 gift card and I never received it. I called, I reported all this, I even emailed it all and I still have not received my gift card. If I never step back into thus particular store, it will be to soon.

Love Walmart, dislike their parking lots always have. I just wish they would offer a little discount for scanning your own items. I guess their saving money by not having many cashiers, why not pass savings to customers!!.

I love this store. I always find what Im looking for. The people here are very friendly & nice. Its always clean.

Good clean store had everything I was shopping for.

This Walmart has been out of stock of a LOT of items for weeks. If your looking to get your groceries all in one stop, this is NOT the place to go. I used to always shop here and it was an awesome experience, but now a horrible one. They need to retrain their stock manager or find another who is capable of keeping up with consumer demands and ordering items when they are getting low on items. If something runs out at this location then they’re out for at least a week or more, despite restocking nightly.

Almost always have what I need. Always well stocked and clean. Bathrooms are always clean too. Everything is good quality too for the most part.

Kingsport, TN Walmart is always organized, clean and well stocked. Popped in for a few items and was out the door in 10 minutes. Evening shopping is the best!

Everyone was very helpful. I had a wired controller but not the receipt and they looked it up using the time and other stuff I had purchased. And was able to refund it.

The prices are increasing regular now. I guess the same as every where else but the things I buy in groceries are more than compatible with other places. As far as the rest of the store I have been ordering things from there that have been cheaper than Amazon and I use Amazon for most things I buy. Also Walmart delivery has been quicker than Amazon prime lately. Prime has gotten bad about the two day delivery being a lot longer. Have gotten everything I have ordered from Walmart in no longer than two days.

Got an oil change and did some shopping. Was told they were really busy and couldnt get to me for at least three hours. They were done in two hours!...under promise and over deliver... I love it!

Its still a Pandemic people! This was the messiest Walmart I been to yet! And crowed with hardly anyone wearing a mask! On another note the employees (when you could get one to their dept!) I got to talk to were great!

I didnt have to wait in line...About time, Started working as a team, taking care of there business...

Typical Walmart.They had 6 quarts other oil I needed. I bought 4.The price on the shelf read $9,something a quarts. I was charged $13, something at check out.When Sam was alive, Walmart called itself the Made in America store. Hard pressed to find anything in there made in USA now.

I did have to call a few times before getting some help but thankfully I was able to find what I needed with the help of Paige and she was awesome going as far as to help put aside what I needed. So whoever you had working at 8:35am with that name tell them they’re great 👍

Probably one of the nicest, most organized Walmarts Ive ever been to. Staff was helpful too.

The Wal-Mart in Kingsport, TN was clean and well stocked. Didnt have to deal with the staff. If I remember.

GARY who was working the self checkout on May 15th around 4:45pm went above and beyond when I had an extremely full shopping cart. He helped me bag things and even walked me to my vehicle and helped me load the heavy things I bought.GARY definitely understands what great customer service means.Thank you Gary. Every time I walk into a Walmart these days, my opinion of the store diminishes more and more. Why have a money center and offer services, if those services cannot be utilized by your customers as needed? Dumb.

Had the chord I needed and not crazy high priced in and out quick... side note was trying to get keys copied ....... dont have my car key (online it Darius the kiosk could copy) sign on kiosk says DONT INSERT BENT BROKEN OR AUTO KEYS.... went to auto cant get house key copied from one I already had copied there because size wasnt compatible ok staff was very nice computer at automotive is ignorant.....

I rarely stop at any Wal-Mart for the major fact that they kill all of the other shops when they enter into an area or region. I love supporting small businesses and seeing people who appreciate my business that benefits their livelihood.

Unfortunately, I never have a hood experience here. Lines are long. Wont open additional registers. Just the way it has been for 5 yrs.

Fun to look around and see stuff u need and they have it.

This Walmart has great employees and is a very clean store. Always have what I need and keeps everything stocked!

Not a bad place many things to choose from. The only issue that I had was at the self-checkout register it wasnt working right. Other than that its just like any other Walmart.

Door still locked at 620 (after opening at 6)... elderly doorman looking at customers like theyre insane as they walk up. Drove to another store and got accused of stealing. There are solid competitors. Ill pay slightly more for a level of decency walmart clearly cant provide anymore.

I hate when I have to go to Walmart after 10pm to get shipping supplies for our ebay business. You can never find anyone in electronics, if you have to go to the grocery side you have every isle blocked with stock and you have to work your way around to find what you are looking for and heaven forbid if you have an issue at check out. I have on several occasions left without making a purchase because no employee can be found for assistance

Nice Walmart, very convenient to the conference center at Meadowview. HUGE selection of Dr. Enuf drinks. The store was very clean and had a nice selection. Clearance section was full of good stuff.

Will you please adjust your self checkout lanes and give your customers more space to bag groceries. I hate putting my groceries in the floor as I bag and empty the cart I filled up. The Walmart on stone dr is a great example of how it should be done. Maybe I should just go there 100 percent of the time.

Update: Store has been remodeled. Stock is much better. Having an oil change done today. Upping to 4 stars. --- Original review: Out of a lot of things today. No gallon Green tea diet, no Fresca but overall found most of what I needed. Spent 150 bucks while cramming through aisles that are way too narrow! This store is in desperate need of an upgrade / remodel. Store staff was friendly and nice.

Usually has the grocery items I need in stock but last night I had to go to 2 different places which is a major hassle. Four different items were out of stock.

Horrible. I done the scan and go and got to the register and my card was charged but I never received any merchandise. But they got a free 228 dollars Friday, 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them several times, sent an email or two, and still no response, so definitely no resolution to getting my money back.

Its a great place to shop for bout all of your needs.

A lot more selection to step into the home decor. The old new Farmhouse look, and curtains, floral, comforters...ect.Its a great location for shopping around, and everyone is cordial and helpful

IF YOU HAVE WIC DO NOT GET IT HERE. charged both my Wic and debit card was not happy. Went to talk to customer service about it and they said “no it didn’t charge your debit card” since I’m a grown adult, I decided not to argue with them. I will NEVER get WIC here again!!!! Also their management DOES NOT know what they’re doing!!! They only reason I give stars is due to the fact that they have a pretty good selection on their items.

The selection of items here is fantastic. Love the new updates. Use the savings catcher app from Wal-Mart to save money and check out easier. You dont even need to bring money with you, which makes the store a safer place. 💸💸💸💸💸🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒🛒Update, Walmart you lost two stars because you removed the money saving abilities of the savings catcher app. Youll get those stars back if you reinstitute the money saving.

This was literally the best experience Ive ever had at a Walmart! I used the grocery pick-up after ordering online even though I live in Johnson City since we dont have this service yet. But Ill be making that 30min drive back. Ive ordered for pick-up lots of times in other cities, but they were so nice here, did a great job picking out vegetables, and even showed them to me before putting them in my vehicle in case I didnt like them. Ive NEVER had anyone do that before. First-time users of the pick-up service also get a goody bag on their first pick-up! A couple of nice items to sample and some coupons, you cant beat that! Bob and Josh were great!

The place is dirty! Stuff is strewn about and shelves arent stocked. I will only go there if I absolutely need to.

I prefer this walmart to the one on Stone bc there isnt as many people at this one..Its definitely off in the cut.

They have an amazing selection of gluten free items in the frozen section, pizzas, udis bread, and delicious enchiladas! As well as an amazing selection for sick care!!

I appreciate what all the workers do. I think they all try there hardest. And not everyone moves the same. I am pretty fast to a point with my hards. I always good money on production work.

Ive lived in Tennessee since January 2nd and Ive shopped 🛍 in this Walmart 4 times ⏲️ Each time I have asked for assistance from someone working at the time. Only this last time has the employee taken the time to bring me to the product I was looking for. He didnt stop there though, since I dont know where anything is I asked him where the other couple of products were that I needed to get were, he not only told me what aisle, he went to check to make sure he was correct and the products were in stock.1 out of 4 isnt that bad, right?...

Again I occasionally have to use these conglomerates, but the Wal-Mart Universe is one to be reckoned with. I love my area and the community here, I only wish the businesses here gave back to those in the area that need it most.

Always a bit busy, hard to locate a couple things, Clawson pickles, to name one. But the self checkout girl was very nice and helpful.

Went to get help about a straight talk phone and no one knew how to to really work the phone .If you are going to sell these items at least have someone there that knows about them.Some of the people were rude workers would dart in front of me and not say excuse meWhat happened to manners.was so upset I leftI shop there all the time.guess Ill start going somewhere else

Its the only store within a few milez that sells anythijg i actually needed. it was big big WAY bigger than back homes and the staff spoke respecfully so im thrilled

This is what my wife I call our home store since we used to live nearer to it then now. We are closer to the other one on the east side now but shop at both depending on where we are at the time. I dont like when stores rearrange their products making it harder to find certain items. I know its a strategy to entice customers to buy products they didnt intend to buy. I will just say it can be very frustrating.

Highly recommend! Just tried out the grocery pick-up service, and loved it. Great money saver from where I usually shop, but I still buy my cut meat elsewhere. Unbelievably convenient, quick and easy.

Run out of store again at 11 due to closing on COVID-19 hours. When are we getting back to normal?
