Prices are good and its a great deal considering,the merchandise is great quality and they have many many options.the employees was very very knowledgeable, nice and helpful in giving information and listening to my sense of style and the comfort I was looking for and they made sure to go above and beyond not only in finding the correct items for me but assured I got the best price. The price and merchandise quality alone beats other places in that type of business so the great employees and the large variety was just an extremely nice bonus!! I planned on just a piece of furniture but the entire room was easy to do there so I have more rooms I have plans for, I was very satisfied with my vision for my home but after being at the store in Kingsport Tennessee I am completely happy with my new and better vision and I enjoy being home so much more

Was disappointed Due to when we saw the upright freezer it was in New shape but when deliverd the guy put a dent in it and wanted us to still pay same amount.

The staff; Chuck and Sony and the guys who bring out your merchandise, are all great. They work with you and your schedule and go above and beyond to satisfy every customer who deals with them honestly. Its the staff that keeps me coming back, not to mention they have quality merchandise.

Chuck was very helpful and a great person to deal with. He made it easy to find what I was looking for and was very informative on the rates and contract details. Would highly recommend going here for any rental needs.
