Just left the cricket store. Ran in while in a tizzy because cricket on the call center level made an error that resulted in a deactivated phone that shouldnβt have been deactivated. They refused immediate help. Caleb greeted me with a smile which immediately calmed me down. I hung up on the corporate level and dealt with only him. Within 3 minutes (after kindly insisting on removing charges to fix itβ¦ I refused) I was walking out and smiling. You, Caleb, are a rock star! Thank you so much for making me feel like my issue mattered and delivering amazing customer service!
Awesome, Caleb was my Cricket guy, and he was wonderful!! I was upset about my password for email, and he fixed me right up. He helped get rid of some aps that I didnt need as well. I would like if Caleb was there all the time, he was super patient and friendly!!

My wife just bought a new lg stylo 6 phone from the cricket wireless Kingsport branch had scratches on the lens for the light on the back of the phone had it a total of 45 minutes was told once you leave the store its your phone so be sure to very closely check out your phone before you leave but if you are thinking of switching to cricket wireless go to. Johnson city branch they seem like very nice customer service friendly

They had the phone I wanted transaction process was pretty easy all went pretty well every 5 days later I was back stored getting them to fix my phone because somehow I turned off the keyboard and my phone so I didnt have the keyboard to use on the phone but I got it fixed the next day I stayed on technical support for over an hour with their so-called expert he couldnt fix the problem I was having in fact he was trying to wipe everything off the phone and start over but I took it to the cricket store where I bought it and within 3 minutes the guy had fixed the problem and actually set the keyboard up the way I wanted it you know with the letters and the numbers on the same screen but I dont have to switch screens to type a number and all is good
I switched because theyre cheaper than other places and my boyfriend has a plan here, he has service in walmart when I dont. Its also a super cheap 2 line unlimited ($40 each, splitting $80 for 2) where my original plan was $60 for one person unlimited
Cricket wireless has great rates and plans and the coverage is good in metropolitan areas. The coverage can be spotty in rural areas.

I end up ordering online to save activation fees. They offered to waive one activation fee for the two lines but the guy wasnt knowledgeable so I decided to order online in case there was more hidden cost in store. I called the store two days later to ask how long it normally takes them to ship. I understand the store is not the one who ships the phones you order online but I already called Cricket and couldnt get through. He said Im just a sells rep and I have no clue. He wasnt by any means rude but again seemingly unknowlagable and not helpful/friendly either. I guess they can only help you if you buy from their store and dont care about your business to Cricket services. I was told if the order was placed by 2PM it would ship and arrive the very next day. Thats the only reason I ordered online.. My shipment is delayed and hubby is without a phone. I cant fault the actual store for that but because of how unknowlagable the store is on so many questions I had about the services and phones Im giving 3 stars. They should know more then they do and also know better customer service skills. Looking through Cricket reviews theres so many complaints on customer service issues and Im hoping I didnt make a big mistake switching.
The staff is really nice and helpful but the company is providing a TERRIBLE experience for a new customer. New phone doesnt work. Phone support sent me to store. Store determined the phone is bad and wont work. So Cricket sent a new customer a bad phone then wanted me to pay for it by going thru the insurance. Why should I pay to fix the companys mistake?? Now customer care is supposed to call me in 24 hours. Either replace the phone or cancel the service only solutions. Bad 1st impression. π£
Kelsey was such an amazing help! Anytime I have a question she is always there to answer! I just ran into her at the grocery store and she fixed my phone while were stanging in line at check out. She is just the best person and most helpful one Ive EVER meet with my years at cricket!!
The store didnt have the phone case I need, for my Huawei Elate, but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Particularly the guy with the ponytail. He was extremely nice and professional and helped me transfer the content from my old phone to the new. So I want to say thank you to him for his help and brag on him a bit, in this review.
Very thankful for Seth at our Kingsport location. He has gone above and beyond my expectations in a technical provider for our phones as well as a honest sales person. We used to be w Verizon ..my childβs phone was always disregarded as if it wasnβt important bc she was a kid. Seth has made sure her phone is up to date and running properly and has taken the time to make sure we understand our insurance and options. I never got that from Verizon. Seth will be the reason you have repeat and consistent customers. Drawback... store is not in the best location but it is clean and functional. We have also had a fellow named Scott as well. He and Seth seem to be real gurus with these phones. I was amazed. We are a three line family and will be adding our business line soon. Thank you Cricket and thank you Mr Seth.
Been with this company for 2 yrs great service2 lines for $55 bucks (unlimited data for both lines was a plus for me) also u could get 5 lines for $100 on the family which is a great deal compared to other wireless providers in this area! Kuddos to Cricket I love it!
The salesman was upfront and honest with me. I asked him pros and cons. He could have b.s.d me... But didnt.. Transferred everything and even offered to help with my mothers phone and shes not a Cricket customer... But she almost became one.. Lol!
Ok this is my carrier I give higher rating if they Lower the price on some of there phone. Seriously do get tired if having to call customer service when I need stuff done. When I go into the store its like they cant do anything. Wasnt that way when I first started. Only stay with them cause service is good and cheap. 5 lines 100 bucks...

My Name is Star FORD I sent my daughter into cricket today and was disappoint that the sales rep.sold her head phones and not a blue tooth While realizing the mistake I walked into the store and was told I couldnt exchange or return the head phones the manger was very very rude being that we live in this small ass town Im sure nothing will ever be done today SETH was rude and because of You Cricket will be losing 3 customers Yes I pay 3 phone bills and insurance So Thank You SETH your services are no longer needed and yes I called Customer Care and was told that it was ok for SETH to exchange it because We were still on the property and even if we had left it would have been up to the manager which SETH said he was the manager
Went to change my number 18 for a new number wow never again.. Not staying with company much longer have problems with them and I never have service anyway
The Guy bend over backwards to help me with a phone- issue, could not get any signal, activated a new sim card at no cost and in the end it didnt work, probably a phone issue. Thanx 4 all the good customer service and good intentions !Greetings frim Canada.

The customer service was beyond reproach. .the female employee argued with me about ..if I bought a new phone, I had to get a new sim card and had to pay a service fee for her to put the sim card in the new phone..which would give me a new number.All of this was lies..Ive had cricket service for 5 years with the same number..and have upgraded my phone several times..not 1 time when changing my phone have I had to pay a service fee, get a new sim card or been argued with because I dont need a new sim card..So now Im going to change companies..Good luck to everyone ..who has to deal with her..

They have the same phones, plans and offers as any other pre paid carrier, like Boost mobile, Metro PCS.Never expect to see the same employee when you go in to make a payment or have an issue. You would be better off to go to ATT, Spint or Verizon and get a pre paid plan. Most of them will notate your account and you have a vetter chance of getting an employee that has been there longer than 2 or 3 months.
Never answered the phone. A joke of management, always gone. Sketchy area for a cell phone provider. Independently owned by foreigners instead of corporate, so beware when needing refunds etc.
Love the cell service and the people go above and beyond to help

Some good people work here but over all the company is greedy all they worry about is getting a new customer base and forget about the ones that have been with them for awhile

Went in to check the mail thought about possibly switching over although their prices didnt beat Metro and their phones were too expensive and the guy I spoke to didnt seem to know what he was talking about but each individual is different and he wasnt too clear about the service that I would receive how well it would be anything so nothing to say I did not switch
