My experience was great. The young man that helped me with my disfunctioning 4 year old phone was very knowledgeable. Found the solution without me having to buy a new phone. Bought the stuff I needed a day walked out a happy camper!

Got all the help and information I needed about possibly buying a phone I wanted up not buying a phone however because I think that people need to come down on the prices of their phones theyre way too high too expensive for people to buy. I mean after all who wants to pay $1,200 plus dollars for a phone when most of us drop it on The ground regardless of whether its protected or not theres always that chance the possibility that youve now damaged or destroyed by $100 phone and who wants to buy a cheap phone well because theyre cheap and youre back in there in the store within a matter of a year or less

Staff went above and beyond to remedy our issues when attempting to upgrade service plans and phones. Used every method they had at their disposal, conventional and unconventional, to finally get it done. If you’re needing wireless service in the area give Kelly and Cline a shot at your business. They’ll sure earn it!!

I had to be waited on in the parking lot but she did a great job getting me a new charging cord.

Awful service… while waiting in line employees would go to the back and not come back out to help the people waiting. They didn’t acknowledge anyone coming in and seemed as if they were hiding in the back.

Very good variety of cell phones to choose from and fair prices. Very convenient location.

One star. I literally told the guy I used to upgrade phones. I told him upgrade my phone number. What did he do. He added a line so he can get kick backs. Now I have some random line on my account and to fix it I have to jump through HOOPS. I will be in tomorrow to take care of this. This is why people HATE sales reps. I told you what I wanted and you lied and did your own thing. Also, I see they only respond to reviews if you give 5 stars.

Wouldnt go anywhere else, they were so helpful and kind, & answered all ? I had, when I walked out the store everything was done and running great. Best experience Ive had at a business in a very long time.

The employees here are SO RUDE. Such a horrible experience. Very happy with the AT&T rep on the phone who helped me out by having to contact the store twice to settle matters. The rep apologized numerous times on their behalf. So all in all I will not get in to the problems they caused.. I will however say do not lose hope if you are a loyal AT&T customer. Just STAY AWAY from this store.

Nick has such a grasp of technology, it is amazing, he showed so many tricks on my phone about the camera, I left excited about putting the things he showed me to work when I take my next pics!!!! Everyone in this store are just super, Kelly has spent many hours with my family, always pleasant and helpful.

Kelly was amazing and I will always go to her for her for anything to do with my cell phone and account. She was a huge help to our kids and getting their new cell phones set up the way the wanted them.

Worked with nick the manager for 3.5 hrs. Experience was great he deserves a raise for putting up with this old woman.

Phone was stolen and actually while standing in the store basically crying for help,the young salesmen told me he couldnt help the woman working wouldnt get off her personal cell long anoth to help either, I went back afew days later and actually was confronted with the very woman that wouldnt help the 1st time, and not only did she disrespect me but even raised her voice almost a yelling,but even with so as to say I let someone steal my phone!!!!! And once again No Help,now I walked to my car to calm down and then I realized I need her name the store#,so that I could properly submit a course of action report to well basically all the way to the top, and maybe just maybe she want do this to anyone else.I regret ever switching to AT&T

Im really not happy with the customer service provided to me on my last visit. There is a gentleman there in the store that is very knowledgeable and I dealt with him from day one and I cannot remember his name but he is very very helpful. The lady I dealt with traded me as if I was scum and would not accommodate anything I asked about to do with my business account and I have a premier business account with these guys. My son has had the same phone for a really long time and it no longer works or updates because of the age and they refused to help me upgrade his line

The assistant manager who set up my account set up a passcode I was never informed about... I was never told anything about an activation fee... I was never told I had to wait 72hours before I could use HBO... I was miss led about the cost and service.... I spent over 10 hours trying to set this account up and still trying .... I want to report the assistant manager for a privacy breach for setting a passcode to my account ... and lying to me about not being able to keep my phone number ... he has access to my account ... but I never authorized a passcode... my phone is still not fully set up and I was never offered assistance...

After being told by AT&T on their website that I was approved for credit for phones and a phone plan. Then after spending all day trying to verify my identity, was instructed to come to the nearest store. Which I did. All to find out what is online is not what is in the store

Cline is the friendliest and most knowledgeable customer service agent I’ve worked with. I came in with quite the ask that included adding lines, number porting, changing numbers and a data plan upgrade. He calculated all the options and presented us with everything as well as recommendations. We are so pleased with him and the att store!

Great prompt service and good customer service, the rep had a little trouble getting the port to go through but he kept at it til it went through. As far as service goes its been great and with the 35 channels that come with it you cant really beat it

Hated I had to drive there to have something removed from our account.. Why?? Because we dont know what our 4digit code is or what the answer to the special question is..... We never recieved a pin #.... Total BS.. AT&T BOUGHT DIRECT TV OUT.. BUT CANT GIVE US OR CHANGE THE PIN ###. BS FOR A BUYOUT OR MERGER... BUT THE GIRL WHO HELPED US OUT WAS AWESOME

Got my husband on my plan they tell us one amount & the bill is twice that. Now I have to drag myself back up there 😠

The employees are awesome. Always helpful and friendly. I asked if they had XR cases on sale, and one of the employees remembered one had rang up on sale a couple of days before. They took the time to scan through them all to see if any rang up on sale. The customer service here cant be beat!

Most of the time they are friendly and fast but I had to pay my bill which I only deal with cash...showed up at 8:50(they close at 9) to pay my bill a day early when I told the guy I needed to pay my bill and told him I had cash he proceeded called someone in the back and all I heard was that she had already pulled her drawers and was in the middle of counting....so I said forget it and left but the more I thought about it they shouldnt pull there drawers till 9 and here I was in store trying to pay my bill and because I had cash and they were lazy I didnt get to pay my bill early

I can never go in the store and get anything resolved. My wallet was stolen in Europe and I tried getting a new SIM card for me to call into customer service. The employee refused and said he has to have a government ID to even get in the account. I stood there with my device, and was ready to verify with them any questions like on the phone. He would not .. I couldnt hear over the woman who was irate she was being charged $5 a month for sports that she has no interest in.. At&t needs to walk in a T-Mobile or Verizon store and take notes! We actually feel special, and why they are there .. at At&t I feel like customers are the enemy and in the way... So pompus and otiose!

Very rude and unsupportive. I tried for 2 days and 6 calls to att customer service and could not get an unlimited plan and add a line. Finally gave up and went to the store and the manager didnt even look at my bill I brought in after he ask how I bought the phone and I bought it over the phone and not at the store he said i would have to call customer service. I GIVE UP AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ATT.

And is not pushy and lets you decide on what you want and let you think about if you want it are not and not saying this is the last one of the phones we have so if you want it you better take it now he well work through his lunch break to help a customer it is his personality that took me to at&t

The Sales Rep didnt even try to help Me get a phone or service because when I asked questions he didnt even act like he even cared, and when it said I had a $400 down payment he stopped trying to help Me all together so My girlfriend and I walked out and because of that I wont be back to that store unless I get service and a free phone
