The service center at this dealership is amazing! From the check-in to the mechanic coming to speak with me to make sure I am not just wasting money. I am still waiting for my service to be complete and I would suggest bringing your honda here. I just watched a video from the mechanic showing my open engine, showing me what he was doing. The online part of the service is so very seamless and keeps you informed the whole time. Very impressed!

If you’re in the market for a used car, I’d suggest finding somewhere else. I bought a 2011 Cadillac DTS 2 weeks ago and come to find out after I get it home it has an oil leak. It apparently had an inspection where a number of things were repaired or replaced and the report did mention an oil leak but I wasn’t told about it until today, the 30th of September after I called and talked to the General Manager. That’s something that should have been disclosed about the car. I didn’t think I needed to crawl around under a car with 72,000 miles on it that looked as good as it did. Anything to sell a car I guess.

Wasnt planning on buying a car and still wasnt sure what we wanted. Ive never been a fan of car salesman, even though I know they have a job to do, but Taylor was the easiest, knowledgeable and a hell of a guy to work with. Wasnt pushy, answered every question honestly, made our decision quick and easy, and within a couple hours drove out of there with a Honda Pilot elite edition. Eh. Over the phone they treated you great but offered limited help once they find out you cant be approved come to find out we could have just needed to be under 20,000 and found it at NISSAN down the road maybe having more knowledge and act like you care will go along way just have to know how to handle people not everyone has a credit score of 700 or more and understand its the cost too that hurts people! I was offered 4k for my car and the value was 1.5k at Nissan (I love Hondas and always will be a fan but Nissan found a new friend and I found a new family).

My car is still under the bumper to bumper warranty, but I was told by 2 different people that the car battery was not covered under any kind of warranty. Would choose 10 stars if it was an option. Our van broke down driving from Myrtle Beach to Cincinnati on a Saturday. Stacy and the team at Kingsport Honda fit us in despite being busy and it being late in the afternoon, were extremely nice, and even stayed after hours to fix our issue so we could get back on the road. Not to mention we had our 2 toddlers with us...complimentary Starbucks, popcorn and ice cream as well as a kids playroom kept us all comfortable while our car got up and running. No stars if I could. Bought a certified pre owned car 2 day having it it had to be towed due to turning off and miss firing.. for 2 weeks I played a cat and mouse game and the car never got fixed and still miss firing.. I’ve called several times with to no avail. I even told them that day it got towed I was not happy with the purchase and the manager that I talked to said we will fix it and that never happened. They do not stand behind their word it said if I wasn’t happy with the purchase in 5 days that I could choose another vehicle there worker even said I’d tell them to shove this car up there a**. So I have a 15k car that I can’t really rely on.

Sales department was great and knowledgeable of the cars, however after going through the process and getting my financing back the dealership had added close to 6,000$ in fees and other additional things to my contract. When I went back to see about why I was being charged so much extra I was told its extra warranty on a vehicle that I was told came with a free lifetime warranty.

I bought my Honda CR-V back in January of 2020 (great start to an odd year, right?) They provided me with the absolute best customer service experience. This past weekend I went for an oil change and I had yet another incredible experience. When you buy from Honda Kingsport, you’re not buying just any car, you’re purchasing friendship. These folks have gone above and beyond with any question I’ve had. I will forever be a Honda Kingsport customer!

Needed to have the oil changed in my 2019 Honda Pilot in advance of a road trip in a couple weeks (~10% oil life remaining). Was able to snag a very early appt (7:15AM) so that it didnt significantly impact my schedule for the rest of the day. I was at the dealership a little early but they were happy to get things started. Quick check on what needed to be done....everything entered electronically on an Ipad (much quicker). I was directed to the waiting lounge and asked if I would like a cup of coffee (yes please...nice touch). The work only took about 45 minutes (including a tire rotation and the ubiquitous multi-point inspection). Everything was up to snuff and my coupon for a little savings was applied. All-in-all a very enjoyable experience. The Honda Rep (Amber) made everything nice and easy (and made a pretty decent cup of coffee as well). I have one more oil change on my coupon, so Ill be back. Recommended.

I was in town visiting my Mom, and I even grew up across the street from Honda but had never used their service department, so they were the place I knew I should go. Id been having issues with my TPMS on my 2019 Accord and being on the road for a long trip and staring at that low tire pressure light can be unnerving. I stopped in and was helped by Steve who took a look at my car and explained how sensitive the TPMS is, rechecked the air and showed me how to calibrate it myself. This was near the end of his work day, and he did it without a charge and was so gracious. Peace of mind for sure! I will definitely use them again if I ever need them when Im home for a visit.

Excellent service by Honda Kingsport. I had a flat tire on a cold day. First drove to Walmart and was told that it was not repairable with a plug due to the size of hole. Instead of having had to special order a new tire, I drove to Honda Kingsport for a walk-in. The service advisor said that they might be able to fix it with patching inside. Yes. They did it and my repaired tire still works ever since, saving me a couple hundreds of dollars if otherwise having had to get a new tire. Thanks

They did not put my trade in towards my loan, charged over 2k for a worthless warranty that is actually a insurance policy, when i had problems they couldnt cover it, even tried to charge me 800$ to replace a battery and starter, problem was actually just old dead battery. When i asked to extend policy just avioded my phone calls. Then asks if i want to refinance to give them extra bonus. . Car was a great car so i cant give 1 star. All they want is your money.

Chase Partin reached out to me to offer help in purchasing a car and even sent a video of the features of the car. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured to purchase from them and when I did, several employees congratulated me on my new car. Highly recommend trying them if you are looking for a new car.

My last service appointment at Honda Kingsport went smooth. We had oil/filter change, cabin air filter, brake fluid exchange, and alignment. Mr. Sam Bird was our service advisor, and I have to say that he is an asset to Honda Kingsport. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He even pointed out to us the complimentary ice cream (which my daughter took advantage of). It was, overall, a great experience. It took a while, but that was expected due to the services performed on my car. Thanks to Honda Kingsport for another great service visit!
