Where to start lets see. Went to have my car looked at after a wreck the guy took pictures but never finished the paperwork cause he got fired took them over 3 months to get me in. Then the new guy was rude when I called an hung up on me a few times then when i dropped off my car the Manger was rude with me. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
I had a great experience here. I got a good reliable car for an amazing price! The man that sold me the car came right out as soon as we pulled in. I was really just window shopping and looking for an SUV but he was so nice and I could not beat the deal that I got.
This place is supposed to be buy here pay here, no I dont think they got their stuff together. I think they are wrong.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Worked well with the insurance company. Did an excellent job on the bodywork. I would strongly recommend this body shop. I will never use another body shop for my Toyota or any car for that matter.
I visited the collision part of Don Hill. The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful and accommodating. They were very quick with providing resolution to my need. I recommend them if you ever find yourself in need of a body shop.
We purchased a new car from Toyota of Kingsport. About 6 months later there was an accident which the insurance company paid for. We had the Don Hill body shop do the repair. One year later while in the Toyota of Kingsport shop for routine maintenance we asked them to check a noise in the front right of the car (the area damaged in the collision) that had just developed. The technician came into the waiting room and asked me when the car had been wrecked. I told him. He showed how the axle in the right front was damaged/bent. The stress of the bent axle wore out the u-joints on it. It cost $900 to repair. It should have been part of the original repair but this body shop missed it. So beware. They are not thorough. It was a superficial repair. But the exterior looked great. Their response: if you can prove this was caused by that wreck to your insurance company, well fix it. My response to myself, itll be a cold day.
A deer jumped into the side of my car, and I was referred to Don Hills collision center by a friend who had good experiences with them. I have an older car and just wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Before I was settled in to my chair in the waiting room, they had manipulated the fender by hand to move a piece of plastic that was rubbing on the tire. They gave me the piece of mind I needed that the car was good to drive, and they didnt charge me for their time! While I hope that I do not need their collision repair service anytime soon, they have definitely earned my business when/if its needed.

I bought a Saturn Vue here a few years ago. Sold it later to my mother. I moved to Indiana and back in this thing with my wife and children plus my mother and family has had it now for some time. My first month, the brake line had dry rotted and caused the front left rotor to seize. I had that fixed ($600) on top of a wheel bearing going soon after ($350.) But that isn’t what takes the cake here.The body is now rusted away from the frame and 2 of the 4 engine mounts have completely rusted away, currently pending on whether or not the vehicle is salvageable with only about 120k miles on it. I bought it at 95k or so.This extent of rust damage in no way could’ve all happened in the short time my family and I have owned it. They sold this to me knowing what was going on and took advantage of my naivety at the time. The place now looks run down and is a ghost town and it reflects. You reap what you sow and I sincerely hope to see you all go under.
Do not buy a car from this bunch I was stupid and went back after the first one and bought 2010 Moreno week later done replaced the valve cover and radiator and some work there call them self Christians and lie to people especially so called sales manager what a joke do not buy anything from them there cars all are junk go to rainbow motors or junk yard you would be better off. I went back to pay a payment today on a 10.000 dollar Moreno that Ive done spent 500 dollars on now I think the head gasket is blown no one there even spoke even Gary that got his commission so please people theres other places to buy vehicles not son rip off hills
Bought a car. Good running car. Looked on Saturday everything good, no issues. Picked car up on Monday . Still no issues. Didnt check in trunk, my bad. Went to grocery store on Friday, popped trunk and low and behold the trunk liner was changed. Doesnt fit, spare tire has to sit on top. Called dealer spoke with salesman (Roger ) who states no one touched car after I put deposit down. Told him trunk was not like this on Saturday, again he stated no one touched the car. Told him he was lieing and social media works wonders. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from manager (Gary ) who goes on to explain that in 2011 spare tires were not put in these cars and that he purchased the spare and jack. He felt that was better than not having a spare. Explained trunk DID NOT look like this when we looked at it on Saturday and dont appreciate the deception. Told him to have a nice day and hung up. Word to the wise: NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING EVERYTHING!!! Disappointed in customer service
I, like some of the others that have given reviews, am pleased with the repairs on my vehicle. However, I am also very disappointed to find out that all of my compartments have been gone through and that a bag full of change and small bills that I had left in the console has been stolen along with some cds. I am an honest person and when dropping off my SUV to be fixed, I never thought I needed to worry about getting everything out for fear of someone doing that. To the person that did this..if you needed something that bad, if you would have asked I would have given it to you. I hope it was worth it to you because in the end, you will pay for your dishonesty.

I have had my vehicle serviced by the Don Hill Collision center on 2 separate occasions. On the second time the vehicle came into the shop for repair. The company installed a defective headlight assembly and damaged the heat shield on the vehicle. I notified the company about the issue soon after the repair. The female representative stated she would order the part to fix it and call me to schedule a time to come in and they would fix the heat shield issue. 3 weeks later no call from the company about the headlight. I contacted them and they state ohh it’s here. Then after I’ve been pull over 2 times and ticketed for the lights being out because of the water leaking into the assembly. The manager acts as if it’s not a problem and they don’t really need to contact a customer that they have caused and issue with their vehicle to schedule it to be fixed. Very poor service and not a professional repair business!
Absolutely fantastic people all around!!! The Used Car lot has always been easy to deal with and everyone there are always so kind and really do try to help you get a car. The Collision Center is chalk full of hard working people that you can tell have many years of knowledge and experience. Those whom have left a bad review complaining of a timeline not being meant obviously dont understand that this industry is the most unpredictable one out there. Parts dont come in painted for these vehicles, and there are many different things that could go wrong that could push it back a day or more, even something as small as a part or vendor not showing up. Those who state that items were taken from your vehicle...I apologize on the Shops behalf, and can assure you that the person responsible is no longer there and has faced the consequences of their actions. All you would have had to do was notify the Manager and he would have gone out of his way to replace those items, even if it were out of his own pocket. I guess the main thing is, lets not run someones good name through the darn mud without knowing the facts or even what the repair process consists of. GOD BLESS and have a great day!!!

Never again will we buy a car from here!!! Bought a 2007 nitro was told nothing was wrong with it, ran great on the test drive. Bring it home and not even a month later the air conditioning and heater stop working! I’m paying for a car that I CANT drive because I have 2 small children who would freeze! Took it in to be worked on to try to figure out the problem, had the thermostat replaced didn’t fix it, was told it was the heater core which is gonna cost us $900 to fix! Apparently something called “stop leak” has been poured around it and jammed up the heater core! Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here!

I took my van in for some minor dent repairs. I dropped it off Dec. 31, 2018. I was told it should be a 3 day repair and I would have it back the 3rd or 4th of January. On the 7th of January I called to ask if my van was ready. They said it was in paint and would be done the 8th or 9th. The afternoon of the 11th I finally got the call that my van was ready. I went to pick it up and they lost the insurance check and blamed me, saying I never gave it to them. I reminded them of how I dropped it off (me apologizing for having spilled coffee on the paper work that the check was attached to and them saying it was ok etc) they still denied it, but they did call the insurance to get another check sent. Then when I got in my van I found they had gone through all my compartments and stole all of my car change a total of maybe 4 dollars. It is sad someone was so desperate they stole change from my car from a compartment they had no business opening. Overall I was not pleased or at all impressed with this company. The body work they did was fine, I didnt have any issues with the actual job they did, just everything else.

I would not go back to this place ever to buy a vehicle. My fíance and I were looking at a jeep and a man came out to ask if he could help us. We told him we were just looking at the jeeps because we were looking to buy one and saw they had some. The man was very rude and practically told us that if we didnt have any money to put down on the vehicle that it would be almost impossible for us to buy it. Terrible customer service. Plus the car had been damaged and their patchwork on it was very poor. I dont reccomend them.
STAY AWAY!! We bought a SUV off of them while My wife was pregnant 6 months pregnant, smoked all the way home, they told us to bring it back gave us a rental car, we just wanted the SUV we bought, they lied to us and told us the car wasnt able to be fixed and refused to give us a refund and told us to pick another car out, we didnt want another car but after several weeks we gave in, the very next day the car we originally bought was back on the lot for sale! My advice is to go somewhere else if they would do this to a pregnant woman who knows what else they would do!
Bought a vehicle from them a week and a half ago, i put $3000 down on an overall price of $9200. After 24 hours the vehicle started missing so bad it couldnt be drove, they told us the best they could do for us was charge a discounted rate of $105 an hour, to change spark plugs. All this came after we was lied to and told they didnt have the stuff to even change a coil pack in their garage and that if we would have spent $5000 on it, they would have helped with it. The salesman also lied about the package it was, saying it was an slt (which had all the bells and whistles and the more expensive kelley blue book value, of course) and it ended up being an sle. Ill never go back to these sleazebags ever again and i suggest RAINBOW MOTORS instead, RAINBOW MOTORS went out of theyre way helping us wen they didnt have to and even took money off the total payment just for the inconvenience. DO NOT TRUST DON HILL!
Horrible rip off just horrible, van broke down not 24 hours after I drive off they wouldnt take it back i was stuck with it . It has since then broken down over amd over with same issues finally I got a bill for 900 I said no more so I called and said go get it I cant pay for this and make payments exc. First thing that came from there mouth was we are going to sue! What a joke ......
When my sister and I arrived we were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Gary. He was very polite and helpful. He helped us find the person we spoke to on the phone named Fernando, who was also very polite and helpful. The issue I have is this is not a Buy Here Pay Here car lot. They say it is but my sister was required to do a credit application by the Finance Manager Chris Fink( when we first met this guy I told him I was there to make sure my sister wasnt going to get taken advantage of and lied to, he laughed at us and told us he was not a liar and the customers were always the ones lying) My sister was interested in a Jeep SUV that was priced at $10,900 and had a 04 Sentra paid for to trade in as the down payment. After they took my sisters car back to be inspected our salesman Fernando whom we were dealing with never returned and the Finance manager took over(not sure why) which we found shady. He informed my sister that they would not sell her the car she wanted because of her credit. So I asked why does her credit matter if this is a buy her pay here since every other buy here pay here lot I have dealt with and known of has never required a credit check or refused anyone a car if you had the down payment(that is how the BHPH car lots work). Chris Fink refused to answer the question and kept changing the topic and just saying things that did not make sense. I informed him I would take her to another car lot and that he did not know what he was talking about and this wasnt a buy here pay here as they advertised. Chris Fink became very defensive and jumped up from his seat and told us to get out and started to make a seen. He informed my sister that she could come back but I was to never return or he would call the police. All of this because I wouldnt let him take advantage of my sister who knows very little about car sales or cars in general. I intend to tell everyone I know and on social media to Never come here. Any company that employs someone so disrespectful and rude does not deserve to be in business.
Talked to Chris fink on the phone about a car had 1500 cash to put down ona 10,000 car my gf wanted to get a vehicle so she got approved over the phone we went there and filed out the paperwork she put her name first mine second just Incase her credit wasnt enough 2 hours later he came back said sorry cant help asked y said dont have enough credit I said she may not have enough credit but I definitely do he went back 10 mins later said no cant do it I asked we talked to u a week ago u said 1500 no problem he said u didnt talk to me I said bull I did he kept avoiding the question and showed us terrible broke down cars missing mirrows trashed inside bald tires 220,000 miles I said no way he followed us back to my truck and wouldnt leave us alone we want trying to call another delear we left terrible service it is not a buy here pay here I come signed a loan for my gf and will never go back to don hill
If I could give a negative star I would. Bought a van without a warranty but was told it was a great van. Made it to my house 40 miles away and it is still sitting in my driveway unable to drive. If at all possible have someone other than an employee from this place to check out a vehicle before purchasing anything from them!
We went to look for a used van and to get more info on their financing. The salesman that came out basically told us we should go to the Toyota dealership beside them. He then walked back inside without answering any of our questions.
