My dad bought a used Nissan Quest in June 2021 with the impression that the van had been through inspection in the garage and certified in good working condition with no issues. By October 2021, the transmission is bad and will cost over $4000 to replace. I contacted the sales manager to see what the reaction would be to this lemon they sold my dad. The manager advised that it was not sold to him intentional or maliciously this way. My question is then why have it certified in good working condition? My dad is 80 years old and will have a difficult time getting this fixed. Our family and friends are all advised to stay away from this dealership. We advise all readers of this post to beware and stay clear of this dealership as the certified inspection in their garage is just another sales tactic to sale lemons to the public. We know that if the transmission in this vehicle was about to go bad, then someone at that dealership would have known of the issue and would have not been trying to sale it to the public. At least we hope someone would not be trying to sale a bad vehicle to an 80 year old man???
Had an issue with our Rogue. Brought it over for a checkup and they found a couple of recall notices. It was fixed and we got it back fast. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Dealership!

My husband and I recently were shopping for a truck. We found one that we liked but decided not to get it. The salesman, Kristofer Darker, kept in contact with my husband. He was trying to find us a better deal. To make a long story short, we ended up back there with Kristofer a few weeks later. We purchased the Frontier AND a Pathfinder for me. We were on our way back home but we heard a noise that we hadnt heard before we stopped. Though the service department was about to close in about five minutes the service technician looked at our car. It was the plastic covering on our car that was making the noise. There was no charge and for that we were grateful. We were back on the road in less than ten minutes. Thanks Wallace Nissan.

Love this dealership. My fiance has had great experience with them in the past and the experience we had when he purchased a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from them this summer was stellar! Only dealership that went out of their way to satisfy on every level. He just had his first servicing/oil change of the Eclipse Cross with them and it was free and while we waited they loaned us another brand new Eclipse to go out to eat. They just try in every way to please their customers and that is invaluable.

If I could give the service department 0 stars I would.This dealership refuses to accept responsibility of their actions. When a problem arises that is the fault of the dealer they should take responsibility. My lug nut key was misplaced/stolen during a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Instead of resolving the situation easily (buying 4 luge nuts) the dealership kept trying to find loop holes and other ways to dodge dealing with this problem. This is not the first time I have dealt with horrible service at Wallace of Kingsport, but this small instance is what broke the camels back. Due to the inexcusable lack of service I will not be returning to this dealership. I would warn anyone reading reviews to STAY AWAY from Wallace of Kingsport. The service department does not value their customers and does not care about customer satisfaction.
Now I know why I go to Oil Change places, and not dealerships.Been sitting here over an hour....no update...no truck....nothing. All I wanted was a simple oil change.Waste of time. Wont be back.If you like sitting all day....come here.
A well organized dealership with great management and sales staff thats always waiting to assist a person that comes on the lot! Not the norm in todays dealership.
I like not having to schedule an oil change. It still takes about an hour.They are always friendly and courteous.The television in the waiting area is usually pretty loud and frequently no one is watching it. Today it seemed extra loud.I like the fact that snacks and bottled water are available (although they werent offered at this particular visit)
Everyone was exceptional especially Austin Tolbert very nice young man and very helpful. Answers ally questions and was very prompt and courteous.
Hands down the worst experience at a dealership. Incredibly unprofessional, the person helping me left, went across the room and sat down at another table with someone else only to come straight back from where I could see him and tell me his manager was still working on something for me, when he clearly wouldn’t know that because he just got done talking to other customers. They ran my credit without approval, and after giving me a terrible offer on a new car I showed them what I had been offered from a different dealer. The manager came back and told me and I quote “they are nuts if they give you that for your trade in.” I left, went down the road and got what I had told him plus 500 more for my trade and a significantly better price on the car. I will NEVER step foot in any dealership under the Wallace umbrella again.

Tip for the managers- you’re not sitting in a sound proof booth. Over head comments that I should’ve walked out on. I do regret doing business.
They finally found the almost perfect all-electric car for me with all the safety devices I wanted, ordered it, and called me to tell me it was available. Within 24 hours it was in my driveway recharging, ready for adventures within 226 miles of my house at no gasoline or oil costs! I love the efficiency of the dealership and of the quiet LEAF.

They did most of the legwork before I even made it into the dealership to sign and drive my car home since I live about 2hours away. My family and I came here to buy a car and had rude service. The sales representative working with us, Harold, was nice at first but then told us that he would not speak with us anymore because apparently we “would not listen” when simply asking about the price of a car because their prices do not honor what is listed. He then proceeded to have his manager speak with us. He talked down on our trade in and overall was unprofessional. We went to Honda right beside Wallace and had the best experience ever and got a new car the same day. I would not recommend this dealership.

Thankfully we had the new Curiosity Stream app on our iPad and we learned some interesting facts about the election process for Abraham Lincoln; it wasn’t a totally botched appointment.We were told that we had won three different prizes, guaranteed.This was not the case in the least, it was merely a dishonest at best, agenda for a city wide marketing scheme to attempt to convince anyone foolish enough into purchasing a new vehicle.It reminded us of those 24/7 Advance Financial outlets that are popping up all over the area like fast food joints looking for gullible folks to be cash cows. At the least we know what they are all about now. No hard feelings, but we just hoped the saying about the typical car salesman was not true. Apparently it is true and then some.Pros: We won a fancy $2 bill.Cons: Unprofessional

Vehicle selection was mildly limited, but it was end of year, so transition to new and old models likely limited price. Prices were excellent and financing, purchasing was very efficient. Went with a family member who was young and didnt have much credit established. Not bad credit, just newly established. Instead of running a credit app through one company they did what they call shotgunning where they send a credit app to more than a dozen creditors. Each credit bureau inquiry lowers your credit score by 10 points. When she went in she had a high enough credit rating to buy a car but by the time they were done, she had no credit at all. I reccomend if you are going to get a car from them, arrange your own financing before you arrive at their lot.
I told my husband and 13 year old daughter what I wanted in a vehicle, what we could afford to pay. I work retail all day and just didnt want to deal with sales people. They went on the hunt explained the situation, all the people I encountered here understood completely, no high pressure and couldnt have been any nicer! If I could give more stars I wood. Super people, and I love my new car!

We had a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle and in the two days it took me to secure the loan, they sold the vehicle out from under me. Basically wasting my time. There needs to be better communication at this dealership.First of all I want to say I dealt with both Gabe and Kris in sales. I feel both were helpful and did what they could during this situation, which is why I gave this 2 stars instead of 1.HOWEVER, the total lack of internal communication at this dealership has left us reluctant to do business here.The story:Husband and I were browsing lots, looking to replace my SUV. We found a used CR-V we liked but since it was closing time on Saturday evening we didnt ask to drive it. Exchanged info with Gabe and planned to return Monday for the test drive.Life happened and was unable to get back over there until Tuesday. Since Gabe was off that day, Kris helped me. After having to check 3 different places between both buildings (new and used) and calling Gabe, we finally find out the CR-V has been taken to the Honda dealership for recall work.On Wednesday, Gabe followed up with the Honda dealership and after being told the car would be ready that day, promised to let me know as soon as it was back on the lot.Thursday morning I finally hear back from him. He then said the service department employee who took/picked up the CR-V liked it so much, they kept it and were now completing paperwork for it.

They used to be a decent dealership. Expect to be under offered on your trade if you have one, by at least a few thousand on fair value. Dont bother looking at prices on their website. Apparently, they wont honor their advertised sales price even when shown. If one car is mislabeled that is a mistake. When all of one make and model with the same options is listed for a sales price they wont even entertain. That is something more. Be careful.
