Love this store because you can get a lot for little, it was full of merchandise and a big variety.

Had a lot of items under a dollar and the separate the 5 dollar items so it would be more easy to get to friendly face in and out

Was looking for a larger Dollar Tree that was similar to my Austin, Texas location. Found this nice, clean, SUPER ORGANIZED location here! Thank you so much for your kind, helpful employees! I did have a few questions on where to find a few things, was helped right away. Would love to see a few more reptilian type pet supplies but did find a few items from the crafts (great selection there 😉), as well as the florals to make my own climbing and toys for my crabitat! 🦀🐚🌱🌿 I highly recommend!

The largest Dollar Tree around. Very large selection of items for $1.00. One of the cleanest and most organized Dollar Tree stores I’ve been in. Employees are friendly and helpful. Some items are cheaper at Walmart but it is hard to beat $1.00. Definitely worth checking out.

Plenty of nice, usable, some even necessary items at a super attractive price.

I personally will be going to a different location next time, the store was nice and big but didnt have anything I was really looking for but the reason I dont want to go back was the cashier I cant remember his name but you could tell he hated his job and didnt wanna be there he was not friendly and was so slow I only had 6 items and took him literally 10 mins for my transaction and he didnt say thank you have a good day just nothing!

I wish they would keep seasonal stuff at least until the season starts

This is usually my go-to Dollar Tree because of its location. I came in for a few things but found some mouse droppings among the food items and quickly left. I urge you all to be careful of what you buy here because this is very unsanitary. Not sure if I should be contacting corporate or someone else about this.Edit on 7/9/19: I have attempted to reach out to Dollar Tree on the phone and online through email and social media. However, I have yet to hear back.Edit on 9/2/19I came back today because I was curious to see if any improvements have been made. Unfortunately, this aisle continues to be infested with mouse/rat droppings.

The staff is so nice and helpful. When I couldnt remember the name of something I needed, a kind associate helped me.

Great location,next to Tractor Supply. Have gas balloons, pool noodles, cleaning supplies and party supplies.

Customer service is good and they have a little bit of everything. From puzzles to birthday supplies and holiday decor and crafts. I really think this is one of the nicest dollar stores Ive been to

Killeen by the highway near lowes Blvd is the best stocked. Just watch out for some of the younger attitude cashiers who have attitudes against white people. These young girls Mexicans are prejudice when checking out.

Dollar Tree has really good cares for all occasions and you cant beat the price. I love how they get the new stuff before other stores. Its a trial, almost-free testing of products. The stores are generally clean. This location is nice. There is even a sliding door to the left for those who may not be able to open the other door. They sell food items as well. There is a restroom also and ice cream for sale at the register.

Very upset about my visit! There were two lanes open both were filling balloons and bagging them, and when I say balloons I mean at least 20 in both lanes. At this point we had been in line over 10 minutes. Neither line moving. There were five people in my line waiting and about the same in the other line. Finally someone came and opened up a third but instead of taking the people who had been waiting she starts taking people who were just walking up. Bad bad customer service! My wait in line was over 20 minutes. I think this is the worse review I have ever given. I use to be in retail management so Dollar Tree if you read my review....this store needs help!

I love this Dollar Tree. The cashier Siera was very nice and friendly today. All of the cashiers and associates that work here are very friendly and welcome you with a smile. Even when the lines are down the isles, they smile. The management team there is awesome from what I can see and I hope they care about their employees the way they do the customers.

I think this store has alot to offer to the killeen community, but this particular store just seems to be in a bad location and it really just doesnt kinda fit in but its there so enjoy.

They just need to open more registers and they could get 5 stars 🙄. That wait in that dollar tree is terrible.

I really enjoy going to this Dollar Tree. It’s much bigger than the one closest to my house and they always have something new. I especially like the kitchen items selections. Great place for last minute gifts/prizes and even for decor!

There were two young ladies working today (June 5th, 2019), and they gave me the most wonderful visit! I am finding out the gender of my baby today, and being married into the military, we don’t have friends or family around. I went in with the gender in an envelope and a box and asked them to fill it with balloons and close it for me, and I’d be back to pick it up. I went back and they had made it look more beautiful, and the balloons were placed perfectly, and they went above and beyond to help me. I tried to tip them, but they informed me, they were not allowed to accept it. They even said they wouldn’t want the tip anyway, because they had so much fun doing it. I can’t remember those two ladies names, and I feel awful that I can’t, but they were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating to my request. They both deserve some acknowledgement for helping me when they didn’t have to!

They have a great selection and their store is pretty organized compared to others. However their lines are ridiculously long. There’s multiple registers and always have 1 or 2 open. For the largest DT in our town I’d expect better service. There’s other DT’s in the area with smaller stores and more open registers on any given day.

If you’re dealing with customers, you probably shouldn’t be sitting at the register texting while the customers wait. Rude lady. & did not tell me anything when I was at the register because she was too busy on her phone, unprofessional and should not be working there.

They always have the essentials and its a pleasure to go in with 10 bucks and get a bag full of stuff. Great for frugal shoppers and bargain hunters. They even take coupons, I believe. Although the quality of a few things is lacking, the overall variety of items is worth taking a second look through.

It is a decent place with reasonable prices. I love coming here to get certain necessities for a very low price.

Never again will I return to this Dollar tree I made a purchase Sunday there system was down had to swipe my card credit ...4 days later the same amount was taken off my card I wasnt even at store called the manager she couldnt help just trash i believe one if their employees are doing scam be careful if using credit or debit cards.

Shelves are a mess. Many empty spots on aisles. Staff was super helpful and took time to smile and engage us.

This is one of the new Dollar Tree store and the the floors always look dirty, some days the shelves are organized and other days not so much. I wish they would get the washi tapes like the stores in Belton and Temple TX do.

This is one of the larger locations and it has the cold food, dairy and frozen food section. But it shares a parking lot with several other stores and a couple of restaurants. The parking lot is usually quite full and is in pretty bad shape.
