Awesome trip for a few items for my crabitat! Needed some greenery, some twine, wood, and some plastic canvas mesh. Found everything I needed!Store was a bit busy which was great to see! Of all the Hobby Lobby stores that I have ever been into the Killeen Texas store has to be the absolute worst. I found a 40% off coupon and when I reached the cashier she appeared a little confused so the manager came over and said they do not honor. When I referred to the coupon and the date which was October 2021 she rudely said we do not accept coupons any longer, her tone and body language were unacceptable for the position she holds. I would recommend a Supervision and Leadership course that the manager can attend. I am not even sure I will go back to that store and certainly will not be recommending that location to others.

You can find some good deals on stuff, but usually it is stuff I dont want or need. They have beautiful home decor. Some are super pricey, others are reasonable.They have a wide variety of craft kits, which is nice for grab-and-go projects for kids.Staff are fairly friendly and helpful.

Looking for miniature corn cobs for a decoration. I did not find any. Same old, same old stuff from China.

To pricey and now the coupon is no longer. Yeah they increased the percentage on the sales of the week. The coupon was very handy 40% off 1 single regular item not on sale. I drive to Michaels in Temple, not only have they good sales, on top you get 20% off your total plus you earn rewards points and send you a cash coupon. I love it.

I love going to the store theres just so many things that you see each time most of the employees that work there are very helpful Ive only had one issue with one employing which her name was Kim she seems to try to avoid answering any questions are helping as possible other than that I dont have any other complaints about the store itself everyone else seems to be doing a good job and enjoy helping their customers I will definitely be going there quite often for my arts and crafts

I was able to get in and get out with everything I needed, plus 30% my items. I took a star because there was no Mask notification either way, so basically a due as you wish. But I had mine and Im vaccinated so to each its own.

Nice store for all your decorative needs. The wait to checkout was kind of long though.

The are very clean and well stocked. The staff have always been helpful and kind. The weekends are much busier than the week days. Sometimes there is a little wait at the register, but the busy rush comes in waves. I usually go look at something else and when I go back to the register its quick.

Can be fairly expensive but these stores do offer a great variety of items thatll adhere to varies hobbies.

Hobby lobby is always a fave. This one is what you come to expect from Hobby Lobby. Well laid out, big store, lots of merchandise and friendly staff.

This is a very large Hobby Lobby store with a large selection of everything. Store is clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. Most of their items are overpriced. I wouldn’t buy anything here unless it was on sale or with a coupon. Little disappointing that it is early June and their already stocking for Christmas.

**EDITED 5/24/21**EDIT : Make sure that while shopping here if you see a sign for the item youre looking at that says its on sale for 30%, 40% off, etc that you use your phone to take a picture of that sign. Often they forget to take them down on time and because of this they will try to fight you at the register and make it look like its your fault instead of theirs such as by telling you This item NEVER goes on sale.Staff is hit or miss, there are some people who are super friendly while others shouldnt be allowed to work in a job that requires customer service skills. Biggest issue is stock of items, theyre out of things quite often and take forever to get them back in; plus if you get a raincheck order they never seem to call when your item comes in, youll have to call them to check before your item(s) ends up on the shelves. If they have what you need and you get the right person though its a good store.

The shelves were very stocked and the store was clean and very organized. I found exactly what I was looking for. They have a great selection of beading materials for jewelry crafting. The store employees were very helpful and led me to the aisle for one of my items. There were multiple checkouts open, making that an easy process, no long lines. I will be back!

Hobby lobby is just the best. Walking into the store always makes you feel like your walking into a georgous showroom. They always change things up and are insanely creative. It always smells amazing and the staff today was so nice and thoughtful.

I love Hobby Lobby, thier wreaths are reasonably priced but I bought the eucalyptus at Walmart, even cheaper..A little disappointed Hobby Lobby no longer has the 50 percent off sales but all and all its my go to place for my craft projects.

Usually I love coming here, but lately I’ve been a little disappointed. Christmas decorations were basically done one week into December, and they’ve been out of stock on some things I’ve needed and made special trips for (Armour Etch, embroidery floss, cross stitch fabric). I can only assume it’s because of holiday craziness! Some things I haven’t been able to find here have been available at Michael’s in Temple, which also offers curbside service.

Good place for crafters to get the basic materials they need for projects. Nice variety of materials materials as well. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful in locating it is and giving advice if a person is in need on how to do things. Went looking specifically for cotton yarn for pot holder projects wife is making. Nice selection of different color natural fiber cotton yarns.

They literally have one register for returns. Thats it, 1 register. So I have to stand in line and wait for 30 minutes while the customer in front of me that has no receipt and 20 items to return is serviced because they only have 1 return register. Get a better system in place

Tried to find cross stitch that wasnt counted crosshatch. I found one in the whole store. The rest of the isle was counted. There was nobody to help me either.

Kinda pricey, but worth every penny. Items are just very good. Overall its a good place to get some nice house decor. Friendly and good service
