It been a long time since Ive been to Killeen, TX and I was suprused to see this new beastly walmart. Place is modern and well stocked with a very friendly staff. Location has more self check out sections then Ive ever seen at any other location. Great selection and many other sub business at this location as well.

Decent selection of wines and spirits. Stella Rosa Black was only 20 bucks for the largest bottle and 15 bucks for a 12 back of Bud Light Lime isnt bad either.Happy Festivities!!

I still dislike this store for everything that is pants for. Once again Walmart makes all this money and does not properly pay the people who are the foundation for Walmart making the money that it makes. I dislike how convenient the places for how theyre placed all around the city it might thing near being considered a monopoly if there werent other grocery stores around but I wouldnt be surprised if the heads of some of those families actually married into each others family so is really just run by big family heads still making it on Monopoly. Either way, they meet the need for when I want when I need it but what Walmart stands for is not what they portray in the paycheck of their employees at the bottom of the retail chain.

Great store. Friendly associates clean store and restrooms. I gave it a four because several items that I went to purchase was out of stock especially in the paint and hardware Departments.

Well folks I will say that the military town is thriving right now!!!Abilene has a better variety of clothes..you would think ktown would ...people are rude and busy...enjoying the hometown feel of abilene!!

I have a love/hate relationship with Walmart. Id love to shop elsewhere but its impossible to do my one stop shopping anywhere else. What really irks me though is the recent inability to get cash back at the self checkout. The attendant will tell you that cash back is only available where theres a live checker. Good luck with that though since there are only 2-4 checkuts open, no matter the level of customers.

This Walmart is understaffed. The visit took much longer than expected.The positive side to this visit was the entertainment in the parking lot.The entertainer, along with his electric violin, replicated the Cuban ambiance so familiar to South Florida.

I am very disappointed in this store. I am on crutches and currently not able to walk at all after a major surgery I had recently, so ask an associate for a motorized cart. After 45 minutes waiting, as I sit next to 2 inoperable scooters, I am told there are no charged scooters available. As I made my way back to my car, I am grateful for a sweet lady who offered me the one she was on that she had used for her shopping. She also stated she had to wait for that one for a bit. The amount of money this company has and they cant provide working carts to accommodate those of us who do not have any other options?

Excellent location, gas station, nice employees, but this store is often out of basic items. The self check out don’t accept and don’t give cash. I asked why and 1 employee said that they are “short in staff” to fill up the machines with money.

This store is always busy with customers, the associate are always friendly and courtesy.

I just want to give a shout out to the phone Department in the back the ladies customer service was super outstanding I took a young lady to get her phone activated the lady took the time she had lost her SIM card but they worked with her and they made sure that phone was working before we left that store and I really do appreciate it and Im pretty sure the young lady really did also I just want to give a shout out to Erin and Cheryl.... but love to Erin because she made sure that phone was going to be working by the time we left nothing but love sis thank you so much❤

Unfortunately here every week grocery shopping. Only for it constantly being out of stuff. Last 2wks a case vanilla Ensure has been out of stock

Got to say this store is always well stocked, people no matter who they are stockers greeters management checkers make me feel like they are pleased with me shopping in their store

The store needs better management...literally grabbed lunch meat in a rush n when I got home I realized the expiration date was for June 2021...ITS SEPTEMBER! Opened it without looking n the middle of the pack was covered in white DISGUSTING...I called to tell them n the customer service chick was so blazay about it like it happens all the time...3 month past expired lunch meat shouldnt be still on their shelves

Walmart for you to say you care about your customers cant tell my husband as well as my self need the riding carts in order to do our shopping. Today we went and there were no carts told the man that was standing at the entrance and he said that was not his duty. We come to Walmart to do our shopping and when there are no carts we turn around and go to another store. You should do what you can to keep your customers.

Its a walmart store clean and well stocked staffed with polite and helpful people

What can I say. I was on a tight budget at that time and was able to get the majority of their school supplies for a good price. Some school supplies was under $1.00 and that was good. And the rest, I bought at Dollar Tree.

Found everything I needed, sure. But boy, are the front end associates mean. Save the cashier that checked us out, everyone else had dirty looks, like they didnt want to be there. I understand that. But I waited in the self check out line to be told that there was only one type of payment available. The associate didnt have the simple courtesy to go down the line and tell customers. I used to be a cashier at Walmart, so thats what I wouldve done.

Story time. I needed razors. Walmart had them. I shaved and was happy. End of story. Moral: Walmart got me what I needed and therefore deserves 5 stars.

5/29/2021I went to the Walmart it was around by 11:15 to go print out some pictures of my step daughters graduation and when I got there after I processed everything that I needed I wanted. When I got to the front to ask exactly how long would it be even though my ticket said 1:10 p.m. also asked and the girl said she didnt know because they dont know how to work the the printer of the picture machine and the person that knows how to work it dont come in till 3:00 p.m. so they took about 45 minutes to an hour to get stuff up and going the manager that came over her name was Christine she was very she was not helpful or very nice or considerate of the customer sitting there waiting for pictures you know. Why will they help people working at that department if they dont know how to work those machines they need to train more than one person to know how to work that machine every time I come here its always an issue when Im coming to the photo lab and this needs to change Im hoping that the district manager will get this message and give me a call back me all he have to do is look up in the photo lab thing under Victoria McDonald and somehow get back to me about this issue. This is the poorest run Walmart I have been to and Im alive I mean all the other ones that I have been to have been they work they as a good job all the employees know what theyre doing they doing a great job but every time I go in that one off West stan schluter its always some kind of mix-up mess up or whatever. I dont have this issue when I go to the one on Lowes boulevard and I dont understand why that one can work fine but this one never can. I am not happy with that store at all its just awful Im right down the street from west end sluder but I have to go to Lowes boulevard Walmart to get good service thats not thats not acceptable at all and no way . All they do is constantly be on their telephones what kind of work ethnic is that.

Clean & well organized. Seems like the inventory stays updated as far as what you see on the app versus what they actually have in the store. This is a problem at other Walmart locations in the Central Texas area.

As busy as it was on a Saturday, I was in and out and gone in no time. Usually by the time I get through the check out Im frazzled! Then the door guard holding everything up again. When they ask me if I mind if they see my receipt, I say yes I mind and I keep on going. I know thats not the polite thing to do but I was never trained on the self checkout 😂. But this was a really good experience for a change.. big store too. I wasnt even rude to door guard this time..... Well, theres always next time..

This Wal-Mart was cool, had just about everything I was looking for. Was just really busy guess maybe cause its back to school shopping time 😆. Plus I orderd online for a pick up, they were really quick and the girl who brought my purchase was really nice.

Typically trips to wallyworld in any town are rather disappointing. But today, a conversation with an employee definitely gave some insight into my cats eating habits (apparently she doesnt chew her food which is why she throws up so much). Another employee went above and beyond to reach an item that I needed. Both down the cat food aisle.

Good people but need more of a variety so I dont have to drive to Cove so much. I like shopping locally.

Just picked stuff at the pickup location. I get confused with this entire process but someone came out to help. TIP these young people.. They are learning valuable skills.

Just like most Walmarts, has an outdoor center, bakery, auto center. Usually has a good amount of clearance items which I love! Always seems busy but there is never a wait at the self checkout. Im giving 5 stars because most of the associates here are pretty sweet! Thank you to those of you who actually smile and do a great job! I put 100% into everything I do and I appreciate people that do the same.

Whew chile, when I say the self check put system has ruined this entire chain I say it with conviction. DO NOT SHOP HERE if youre in a hurry, have more then 10 items, or youre ready to bust a sweat by doing it yourself. The prices dont beat out HEB enough for me to self service. Hunny yall might as well pay me if I have to do all that. The store is always dirty and freight is everywhere all over the floor.

I was able to enter store with a bag and walked threw the store NOBODY checked bag, person at customer service counter was not professional this morning and I had another issue with customer service yesterday at check out with staff and customer service department. When I made it home I called the Fort Hood Walmart to talk with a manager, I normally shop at the Harker Heights Walmart

Everyone knows that everything is reasonably priced, but cmon, dont shop lift, or steal. I got to witness someone run out if the store with an employee chasing after them because the were stealing

You know sometimes I think that Walmart employs should be better trained to greet people at the door because some of them dont give a flip about working there. I asked a lady at the door where I could find an electric cart because I Sell off a ladder and bruise my leg. Do you know that all she did was shrug her shoulders like a 7 year old indicating beats me I dont know, instead of saying something adult like maam let me get somebody to help you

I thought that I’ve seen bad customer service, but that was before I went to the Walmart Auto Center. The service rep had no problem lying about estimated service time. It would have been better if he had just admitted that he had forgotten about my vehicle. Disappointing.

Great store with affordable prices. Large selection of spirits from different countries. Good selection of vodka from Ukraine and Russia, tequilas from Mexico. Here we often buy the excellent quality Ukrainian vodka Khortytsya. I would like cognacs and wines from the beautiful country of Georgia to appear in the sale here.

It was good..this is the closest location that has Pibb Xtra..I wish all Wal-Mart would carry them

3 times went to cash out..no self checkout letting you use cash.. waited 20 min on a check out line for 20 items or less..YOU CAN DO BETTER!!

Curbside pickup was extremely busy and slow and there was a couple next to me with a large order that instead of loading the car themselves, the couple did it and they took forever. It wouldve been ok it the staff went to get other orders but they just stood there with their thumbs in their mouths. I hardly ever use this Walmart because I like the neighborhood markets and the supercenter on Stan Schlueter much better but this one is closer to my house and I had an appointment. I love using curbside but when it is convenient. This was not.

I wish the workers had more enthusiasm about their job. Some are very helpful but others are listening to music, just not paying attention. The greeters are friendly but the self register personal need more attentive when standing there.

Super slow but effective. Took about an hour to get a tire fixed

Terrible .. you have to wait a long time for someone to come to help you in jewelry and perfumery and everyone is in a bad mood. if you dont feel like working, let them stay at home

Plenty of self checkout options for those of us introverts. They have a large variety of things, I mean it is WalMart. If youre a person of color like myself then you can get some haircare products here like Tea Tree Oil and such. Overall a solid WalMart that isnt ghetto or anything like that. Id recommend going to this place to do any shopping that you and or your family need to do.

I went to the garden section and there was only one woman working there she had to go get me five bags of black Malsh! There was a young man standing at the door I guess a greeter he said he couldnt help whats up Walmart women should never have to lift that heavy without assistance....

Great place to grab a snack or whatever. Some items arent available... but theres options!

Its a Walmart, mush like all the rest. I gave it 4 stars because the staff was so nice. I mean surprisingly nice. Everyone said hello; most smiled; people answered questions with a positive attitude.

If you have cash, be prepared to stand in line for awhile, all self checkouts are card only and they only have 2 registers going that accept cash. Got tiered of waiting to pay for 2 items so I left after 30 minutes in line

Always crowded. If you do curbside to avoid the crowds, a lot of things are always out of stock.

Worst walmart Ive ever been to. My mother in law gift me a camera set. Said I cant return it just bc I didnt have the receipt. Ill never shop there again. The place is trash. I suggest a different walmart or h.e.b.

When i here. Ill get something, n the price said this, but when I get to check out. Its a higher price. Thats not right. I love walmart. I wish yall can start back the layaway for everything, all year round. It would really help us as customers like me out. I would have a big layaway every month. I have 11 grandbabies. N I shop all year around. Just to give my babys a big Christmas from Granny. N they love it. 10 to 15 gifts a piece. I love it.

This Walmart is so much fun! It always has everything you want and need and then some. From discounted bakery goods like cherry cinnamon rolls, to every color bedroom comforter and even those rugs that go around the toilet that you can never find anywhere and all the different colors. The clearance aisle rocks they have so much stuff right now, like their Nyx makeup highlighter for $4.55 or for the guys, they have that awesome Flex seal in a variety gift set for just $6 bucks! . Go check it out!

I was looking for a charger for a vaporizer that they didnt have, but the associate Raphael (I hope thats his name, my apologies.) was very attentive in listening to the explanation of the item, and eager to direct me to another section.

I love to shop there, and the gas prices are always low. Gotta love that...

Walmart just isnt Walmart anymore. I guess that tells my age, because I remember when Walmart would actually greet you and smile at the door and welcome you. If you had trouble, someone would always ask you if they could help, God help you if you need help in Walmart now because they are rude, they dont wanna help you they dont even like to talk to you or. Its actually kind of the depressing to go in the store. And you know just one smile from any of them working there, would go a long ways. I guess if they cant figure out how to treat their employees right the employees cant figure out how to treat the customers right. Its a sad thing.

The location is nice, but the staff are somewhat rude. The issue I had was taken care of by management promptly. Overall not my favorite location but better than most.

Black Friday pickup experience awful. Took an hour to get an item that I did pre check in for. Signs in parking lot lead to wrong place. Location marked in application not correct. Where I eventually went to pickup item actually said pickup was not available there, but that is where I was directed. Did Black Friday pickup at Harker Heights day before and the process worked flawless; parked and brought out item in 5 min.

Didnt understand why one of the CSMs who appear to be on duty tried to check out on the clock, just thru her items on the belt as I stood 6ft from the person ahead of me. Then stared me down when she realized her mistake so I ask her do you have something to say, because you are staring at me like you got something to say. The line start behind me. These people are deployable. Wait your damn turn, preferably off the clock!!!

Youll never come out as planned

The lady that helped me at the money center showed no interest whatsoever and trying to help me solve or figure out my problem her and another employee change shifts right in the middle or maybe a little towards the end of my transaction the lady who came and took her place showed much more interest and even attempted to put forth an effort to try to help me figure out my problem once I realized I kept repeating myself trying to explain my situation to her and customer service on my cell phone I asked her for the other ladys name she gave it to me then proceeded to say that she was the GM or floor manager or something like that basically that she was the boss over everybody there that day which took me back seeing as how she had absolutely no enthusiasm or intent to try to help me it was quite prevalent that her main focus was getting off of work and getting from behind that counter#customerserviceskillssuck

Never has coat hangers or Gatorade. Otherwise its a normal walmart
