I have purchased several vehicles from Christa, who is wonderful very concerned for her clients making sure you are getting into a vehicle that works with you and your budget,. I have sent several people to them with no problems everyone are very happy. I have never had a bad experience I love everyone at the shop every one is friendly and will to help you.

I love the .motor pool I have purchased 2 vehicles from them. I had a problem with the brakes on 2nd vehicle was fixed immediately. I referred my son also and he purchased a vehicle as well. Christa is the best. I will continue to purchase vehicles from them. Office employees are friendly when coming in to make a payment. I have referred several people to them with no problems.

This place is a joke. I purchased a car from here, dont remember the ladys name but she was very helpful and friendly. But the issue is/ was with the car. Not even 3 weeks into my car it was in the shop, that started a snowball effect and ultimately (about 8 months) my entire steering system went out. I called them they said its no warranty so they wouldnt fix it or tow it to a shop. ITS ALL A SCAM THEY SEE ACTIVE DUTY OR VETS.... THEY GOT YOU

So on 7/25 I stopped by to check out what they have on the lot. Right away the lady tells me that theyre closing soon for not making enough sales, I genuinely understand why.The office space was a mess, including a very overly invasive labradoodle and with having to squeeze through a dusty, dirty foyer area area with too much furniture/junk while people sat around watching TV, it felt much more like an old clubhouse than a business. Upon trying to inspect the lot the sales lady basically told me that everything (except what just happened to be the most expensive vehicle on their lot) was a POS or not worth buying. So, I decided to test drive the Expedition. A few miles down the road lo and behold the service engine light pops on, also theres some noticeable engine shaking when the car is idle or youre on the brake. Ok, used vehicle, I get it. Well, none of this killed the sale. What killed the sale was the complete lack of respect, hostility and being cussed out upon returning from the test drive, during which time I also had to put gas in the car. Being cussed out by the sales lady and then yelled and cussed at by either Billy or Jimmy (whatever his name was) completely out of line and then the hostility when I asked for MY personal paperwork I had brought including bank statements and proof of income (I left this on the cluttered desk by accident before the test drive) was all unacceptable. I understand why theyre closing down and with the way the guy acted its a wonder theyve stayed in business to be quite honest.Dont waste your time or energy, keep going.

Avoid this place at all costs, especially if youre in the Army. Youll have better luck elsewhere. My husband and I leased a car and it had a ton of problems that we had to fix it. It is worth less than what we paid for. If you end up wanting to voluntarily repo the car, theyll still claim you as responsible for the pay off balance. Theyll blow up your units phone number and threaten you on your personal phone number if you tell them you do not want the car. They do not get much business which is why they threaten you. We finally paid the balance and we have someone who wants to buy the car for close to the price of what we paid. This was a huge nightmare and would never recommend them to anyone! Stay away!

If I could give a zero I would. We dealt with Krista. My aunt purchased a car in October, did not put more than 3000 miles on it, car has had problems since day 1. Now the shop she sent it to wanted 3100 for a cracked radiator, blown head, cracked block. which car never overheated once and had fluids...brother and dad are mechanics. Tried to work out them paying at least half and krista says she will just go get the car as a repo. Then asked to speak to the owner and she said dont hold out breath, that we need to go up there to see him but he will be the one sitting on the couch. What she says goes. Will never send anyone there again!!

SNAKES! They told me Id have to give them more money if I wanted a car that works. Bought a car from them and three days later it broke down on me. The mechanic was useless. The dealers are everything youd hate about car salesmen and theyre women! I cant drive over 30 miles or use the a.c.without the car shutting off.
