Beware of shady salesperson(s) and manager. They will not disclose any vehicle damage unless you find it or specifically ask.My vehicle returned from a leather shop with a bent bumper. They were attempting to deliver it to me.I pointed it out and Brianna told me they would fix it. Took 5 days,including weekend, no status. So I went to dealership, Lorenzo promised parts to be ordered. Brianna called me said parts were installed and bumper fixed. Upon arrival I immediately saw the bumper was in the same state as before. I smacked the bumper and it fell loose. Parts hadnt been ordered or installed. (I dont know who, but there is at least one liar involved in this transaction)They applied a big glob of glue to hold it.After this discovery, they told me theyd order another bumper. Well,bless their hearts, I have another bumper. It came from a truck in a junk yard perhaps. I have a beautiful truck with an old faded,oxidized bumper.AND! gave me the vehicle with an empty tank after I dropped it off with half a tank. After buying several vehicles from this place, with Lorenzo involved, I now know that Dodge Country should bedodged!!!..shady,unfair,cheats,unprofessional,liars. Soldiers, retirees, and civilians are being screwed at Dodge Country!

I cannot get the finance dept to send me paperwork I can sign to get out of my gap coverage. I’ve emailed her, she emailed back a form that I couldn’t access and has since stopped responding to my emails. This is incredibly frustrating.

Great place to buy used car... the Customer service was awesome. I leaving two stars because my salesman was trash. Of course original they are good because they want your business. But after getting my business he completely did not do his job. I had to come out of pocket for expenses because of this. He was supposed to call me to give me my temporary plate and never did.. I was the one continuously calling the store trying to get updates ect while driving around with expired temporary tags. Once they get your business they forget all about you.

Thanks to that guy that has horrible customer service skills I have saved over 3k on dealer parts over the past 2 years just by buying througb manufacturers directly. So thank you so much for allowing people to work for you that have no business in customer service. You have taught me a valuable lesson. My car had a recall so I called to schedule an appointment and the service advisor told me to just bring it in, after I did they said itll take a week to order the part and well notify you once we receive it, Its been over 10 days and no word yet. I took it somewhere else anyway.the service department overall is absolute garbage no organization whatsoever dirty and dishonest advisors . . . dont waste your time

Getting tired of taking my truck in every month, bought it Dec 4th and have been in 4 times, its april 23rd and Im sitting for hours in service area watching tv. No vehicle to drive while repairs are done. You can get drove home and picked back up but when they keep it for days on end, thats rough when you have horses and animals to feed and that depend on you. Ugh, pain. All because of diesel fuel pump, Cadillac converter sensors a MAJOR PAIN. DONT GET A DIESEL. JUST SAYING

So, I can’t give it a ZERO rating but yeah don’t waste your time, justice (sales guy) will lie quick. They will do things in their own time! Not yours, they will NOT work around your schedule. They’ll make promise and don’t keep. Horrible assistance and they sold our car before they even paid it off, they was okay with someone driving a car they never paid off. Also they told us they changed the oil and brakes and rotors and tires and washed and cleaned the car we got from them. The car only had new tires, everything else was garbage. Got it that’s it’s as is, but if your promising to do something then do it, also, opened the trunk and it was extremely nasty. Worthless place.

I have purchased 3 cars from them in 12 years. I won’t go anywhere else in Texas. My experience is always positive and they are efficient/quick with my approval process. Niyoka their finance manager is the greatest and does everything possible to get a payment that suits my budget.

I remember a while back they had a contest to see who could do the best impression of the Dodge Country Slogan. The prize was $500. Instead of being fair and helping adults who actually needed $500 they hand the prize money to a 5yr old Girl, who may or may not have been family of the business. People become suckers for children, and Dodge Country knew that.

They were very friendly. They were able to get me into a vehicle and work with me. Definitely a great place to go when looking for a car.

I love Dodge Country, particularly Ed, Quince, and Chris. Theyre truly the best and kind-hearted. We have bought two cars from them, and both times Ed was our main man! Chris gets props for helping me look at a vehicle one day, even though I was clear I wasnt buying that day, and would come back when Ed was there. Chris was as cool as it gets, a blast to chat with, and overall super helpful answering questions, and remained respectful the entire time that I wouldnt go home with a car that day. The same can not be said for the sales manager, however. I truly did not like my interactions with him and found him to be pushy and disrespectful when I told him I would have to talk with my husband before walking away with a car. You dont need a man to tell you how to spend your money, I believe were his exact words. I was blown away. I usually do the footwork, find what I want, discuss it with the hubs, and bring him back for a final decision. We have always bought cars this way, and will continue to do so. It just works for us. I wont make an emotional decision on a big purchase like that. Thats just impractical.Quince is amazing as well. Ive never gotten through paperwork for a car as quickly as I have there with him. Everything was so easy and fast! Quince was always kind and respectful of our wishes, and patient with our questions. For this, he is an absolute treasure!And Ed. Oh Ed. How we so appreciate Ed. If you want to have a good, relaxed, no pressure experience, talk with Ed. He might be the nicest person Ive ever met. He is patient, kind, and entirely respectful through the whole experience. For this very reason, we will continue to go back to Dodge Country and ask for Ed. We shopped at other dealers before we bought our first car from them, and we had such a negative experience at almost everywhere else. We have plans for a 3rd car within the year and even if its not a Dodge that fits our needs, well go to Ed at Dodge Country and wait patiently for what we want to come through. He really is just that pleasant to work with. Worth the wait! He goes above and beyond to help us out. When I was firm about what I wanted, he never tried to rudely push anything else at me. He understood my need to talk with the husband before returning to buy the car, and never once made me feel poorly about it. He kept us up-to-date on when they had what we wanted in stock. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured through either of our car buying experiences with him. That was the entire reason we decided to return to him for the second. And soon the 3rd! There were other cars that fit our needs at other dealerships that were slightly less, but we made the decision to spend a little extra just to work with Ed and Quince again. They need more awesome folks like these gents. Ed truly is a wonderful person, and a great car salesman. Went here a few days ago, and let’s just saw if I come back I will not be going to Bri’Ana again. She left us hanging at her desk while she went outside to get more customers, when we were already here customers at her desk. She left us on multiple occasions. She couldn’t even sit down and chat with us due to her running outside every time she see a customers when it had other workers there that could’ve helped them. She rushed our whole process. She didn’t even put the down some of the information we gave her. Every time we would try to ask a question she never took the time to properly give us an answer, because she was running in and out. Hey Bri’Ana don’t be greedy let other workers get some customers. Especially when you already have someone waiting at your desk, wondering where you keep going !!

These people are fake applied online the sales worked with us for couple hours and never got a call back the guy was antone! Not a good salesman should’ve known not to go with him! Finance manager is not professional at all he relayed a message to his secretary to tel us we didn’t get approved! Relay message? When he couldn’t get on the phone himself! These people are a joke! I bought a car from Dodge Country 2 years ago. The thermostat broke after having it for only 4 days. I was told to take it to Automax Hyundai since they were not certified to work on it. They paid for it to be fixed but kept delaying paying Automax after my car was ready. That should of been the first sign but I kept the car and it drove well until one week from having it 2 years and the engine blew and my manufacturers warranty and Dodge Country warranty were expired due to mileage. I was told not to buy a car from them but I needed a car and it was my first automobile purchase. The finance company I went through with them are horrible as well. I paid my car on time no problem for two years and they could care less if it’s not running, they just want their money!! Lesson learned and will not do business with them in the future!!!

Worst place to buy a car. Full of salesmen not looking out for your best interests just looking to make money off of you. Not even a year of buying a charger and have to buy all new tires and have to pay $2,500 for our busted radio to be fixed. You can definitely buy for less here lol paying almost $600 for a car with a non working radio. Just go somewhere else like Chevy!!!

I bought a car @ Dodge Country Used Car Sales 3(THREE) months ago and they told me I would have my Tags and Plates within 2-3 weeks... 3 months later, I am still waiting! I moved back home to Nevada and cant really go to their shop to bug hem and I feel that I am being given the run-around concerning my plates. This place is decent at best but when it comes to getting your plates, well, expect to wait awhile.
