Blessed! This is the single word that comes to mind when I review the awesome deal on the vehicle I just purchased from Killeen Auto Sales! I was in need of a dependable vehicle and had searched high and low in my area for several weeks. Early morning (4AM) on a Saturday, I began my daily search and remembered my Nephew, Clay Beaird, was an associate with Killeen Auto Sales. Scrolling thru their online inventory, there it was. The Nissan Pathfinder. I had been owner of 2 previous pathfinders, and knew their dependability! Watching the photos, and all the excellent information on their site, I waited for the opening of 9AM. 9AM sharp I dialed the Killen Auto main number. Clay answered and we discussed in length about the history of the car, including all owners, no accidents, all the whistles and bells! (Keep in mind, I am 4 hours away!) Upon Clays recommendations and knowing he had driven the vehicle, he showed me photos under the hood and everything I would have done if I was there in person.I had a number in mind, before making the call. Clay took the number to his manager, Roger, and I can say within a few minutes, we were doing the closing deal! Now, I must say I have NEVER purchased a car in my 50+ years without test driving!!!! Clay emailed the purchase contract, the paperwork was completed in a couple of days (being that it was a weekend), and Clay DELIVERED my new Pathfinder to me in Tyler, Texas. So I purchased a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 11 days ago the day I bought the truck the rear caliper was seized. 3 days later I slung the driveshaft took it back up there and they put the same driveshaft that was bouncing off the ground repeatedly, now I’m not having having anything but problems with the truck, it is leaking oil everywhere, wheel bearing is bad to the point where the wheel is about to fall off. I don’t recommend Killeen auto sales to anybody. Whoever is doing there inspections for there vehicles has to be getting payed off to pass there inspection! I’m really surprised they don’t have any lawsuits! Plus there vehicles are over priced!

I would say that was the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. Clarence and Leroy were both amazing and very transparent and honest with me. Got a great deal and they didnt try and add any hidden fees. Leroy helped me get thru the fiance deal to make sure I understood everything. The whole staff on Rancier were very patient and kind as I had my kids with me and they can be a handful . I would recommend 100% . Even delivered the vehicle to my home no extra charge !! Excellent service. I found my newest truck on their lot about 20 mins after they had taken it on trade so they hadn’t had a chance to service it yet. We got all of the paperwork out of the way super smoothly and when their mechanic shop was ready for it to get serviced, before I officially drove it off the lot, Cisco made accommodations to get me another vehicle to drive until the truck was good to go. (Not much to be said for the mechanic shop, but that’s another story😂) working with Jim and Cisco was a great experience and the inventory and prices are worth stopping in to check out.

The only good thing about the dealership was the salesman clay b that made it easy for me coming from Florida but the service from the dealership was bad. 200 mile from me leaving the dealer the change oil came on also the check engine light cam on, i told them about it and they said that could have come on at anytime but not 4 codes at once they reset them. also they owe me $150 for a radio that is not working and finance manager said they will mail it over night and has been a week and no check. so i could recommend buying from them.

I dont know about others, but a question I would not ever have about a 2017 model car, one which has features like a backup camera, is: Do you have to manually roll the windows down? Do you have to reach over and manually pull up on the door lock to unlock the passenger door?I called about seeing this vehicle, reviewed the specs provided online by Killeen Auto Sales, and drove from Houston to see and test-drive the car. Once I realized it had handles on the doors to manually roll down the windows and no electric door locks, I got back in my car and drove back home. I think when you have a feature that most reasonable people would not expect, you should make sure to note that in your advertisement. And at the very least, the salesman I was dealing with over the phone should have mentioned it, knowing how far I would be driving to come see the car.Deal with Killeen Auto Sales again? Never.

Yo! This place works with ya it dont matter what you got or dont within 5 hrs and that was the banks fault I had a 2017 dodge journey and its perfect for me and the kiddos...FROM THE first phone call Francisco helped me all the way through even going between both lots until we found something...Then my speaker was messed up but he had me go to jacks and they got me two new door speakers...I will come back to this place FORRREVER!!!!

I had the worst experience buying online with Killeen Auto Sales and Clarence the sales person. First of all I bought a 2094 350z and before buying it I asked Clarence any rips or tears and he said no everything is good. Then I asked for a video walk around which he did but did not show the rip in the convertible hood or the cracked tail light with water in it or the dent In side causing the cracked light and an issue with the gas cover to stay closed he purposely omitted those photos in the video and after I bought it and had it delivered to me which I paid good money I noticed it right away and called him and Clarence tried to say he never saw them. The auto transport company even took pics before they loaded on their truck for transport. I even called the General Manager and he has a rude person saying too he never saw anything. Come on guys I’ve bought three other cars from dealers around the country and never had an experience as bad as Killeen Auto Sales in Killeen Texas. Please be aware of their bad business practices, they did finally send me a replacement to the rear tail light which was used by the way they couldn’t even send me a new one and it was for the wrong side and cracked as well. I’d never buy from Killeen Auto Sales in Killeen Texas ever and I hope if you do you don’t get ripped off like I did. BUYER BEWARE😪😪😪😪😪😪

Nice people but a very small dealership. They pulled only one credit report and submitted to only one bank. They wanted 2 vehicles to trade in and another 500 dollars. Im not even sure it was for the vehicle I had asked about originally. I had another dealership offer a newer vehicle with less mileage, half, and only one owner. They required one trade in and 500 dollars. Just really disappointed they wasted my time all day yesterday essentially and part of today. If you cant afford more than one finance group then sorry youre dealership is not going to grow. Ever.

Thought we were going to have a great experience but did not. We were up front and honest about or situation were told they were 90% sure we had a deal. Monday the sales man was in contact with me most of the day. Tuesday barely any response. Wednesday no response at all. Thursday again hardly any response was told the finance manager was out the day before that was the hold up. Finally Friday I just called the dealer to find out the 90% sure thing was not going to happen. My credit was run so much that it triggered a fraud alert on my credit. Im not made about them not being able to finance I am mad about the lack of communication and false hope

Went I went in their I was facing a total loss on my vehicle and no gap. My credit has dropped tremendously and and all the other dealerships were not trying to help. I even had a salesman at McLeod tell me to look the inventory up online instead of showing me vehicles when I was standing right their. I was very frustrated and when u left Mcloud I stopped at Killeen Auto Sales. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Clay. The welcome he gave me was one to remember. In these days customer service is very important many businesses lose the sense of customer service skills, as soon as you sign on the dotted line!I highly recommend working with James because after I signed the documents I took my truck home and I had a few issues with my truck and I work very often. So I didnt have the time to go back up to the dealership to get things tooken care of. James came to my home picked up my truck while I was at work and brought it back up to the dealership, got it inspected, assessed the issue called me and set up an appointment then took my truck back home. The following day while I was at work again he came and picked my truck back up again took it back to the dealership, paid to get the work done! Brought my truck and the work order back to my house AGAIN!!Now if thats not customer satisfaction then what the hell would you call that!!!! I highly highly recommend working with James at Killeen auto sales 1000%.

Of course they are nice and courteous when purchasing a vehicle but I know now I was played after giving them my down payment upon approval and I come back to get my vehicle was told that the finance company wanted additional funds; this was definitely not the case. I had been there all day and was ready to go so I mistakenly signed a paper and apparently can not get my tags until I pay. Not only that, when I left the lot, the same day, we called about the broken front passenger seat belt and headlight and was told everyone had left the office and long story short there has been no real assistance. I cant say that my entire experience was bad but I can definitely say the cons outweigh the pros. KAS does have very nice cars and apparently vehicles that I would purchase with a high APR I just cant say that if I had to do it again KAS would be the place I would go.
