This dealership is exceptional and the sales rep (Max Dalouche) and finance rep (Will Curl) went above and beyond. I dont write reviews--pretty much ever, but the experience trading in a 2021 Tesla for a 2022 F250 Tremor, done almost entirely before driving thew few hours to the dealership, compelled me to write something.I bought an in-transit Tremor a few weeks ago and was able to easily complete everything online. The trade was fair and I never felt pushed/haggled. The finance side was one of the best Ive seen and I tend to buy a new vehicle at least once a year (yeah I know thats not a great idea--its a problem). They were able to beat my best rate I had found from my own bank.But thats all just being a good dealership and good to do business with. What really blew me away was during the purchase process I had a family emergency with a very close loved one critical in the ICU with COVID and needed to make this multi-hour trip as quick as possible. I spoke to Max and Will and they were able to prepare everything for me before I arrived and let me come in more than hour before they opened to get in and out. I was done within 15 minutes so I could get back on the road to be back with my family. They had no obligation to do this, I had already signed all the paperwork and sent a deposit in, they did it because they are good people.I highly recommend Automax Ford.

They didnt even post the price of the trucks we wanted, let us test drive them first to try to bait us in (provided their brand-new trucks even run because the battery was dead on one) then they run our credit to tell us $1100 per month on a $60k vehicle without disclosing the interest rate of the offer. I know it was ridiculous because I have bought two $80k vehicles at similar payments. I have good credit, as does my wife, and they could have easily sold us a truck for a fair price if they were not busy scamming and trying to hide the interest rates of their offer. Highly unprofessional.

Had an amazing experience purchasing a used car with AutoMax this past weekend.Cameron (Ford Dealership) was my sales person, and his sales manager is Brian. These two guys are top notch. On a Monday, I found a vehicle they posted online and said I would not be able to test drive it until Saturday. With a refundable $500 deposit, they pulled the listing and prepped it for my arrival Saturday morning. We made an appointment for first thing on Sat.Upon arriving, Cameron greeted me out front and asked me to wait for a second while he pulled the car out. He walked back into the dealership and two other guys opened up these glass doors down the way, and I heard Cameron start the engine up! Then he slowly drove the car out of the bay and parked it in front of me. It was the coolest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My only regret is that I didn’t record it all.When it came to “sharpening the pencil”, there was no back and fourth and “let me go ask the manager” BS. Cameron and Brian were straight up from the start and gave me a very fair deal on my trade as well. Danny in Finance was super cool, and helped me with a warranty and some financing.I will def be back to this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone.

Without question, the worst car buying experience Ive ever had.I recently purchased a new Mustang from Automax and although they are nearly 90 miles from my home in south Austin, I made the trip as they had the model and color I wanted. To save time, I ran the numbers online, included my VIN with the trade in, and was pre-approved by Ford Finance.I got to the dealership upon opening. My salesman was perfectly nice. I had arranged a test drive which took a bit, because the car I wanted was on the showroom floor and needed to be moved out. Mind you, I arranged the drive the day before. This could have been done in advance.After the drive, we went to work on numbers. Keep in mind, I had already done the footwork. They came back, offered me less on the trade than I had worked out online. We went back and forth and came to a number. This took two hours between the drive and the haggle.Usually, once you agree to a price, you sign the paperwork and drive away. Not at Automax. I was asked to wait and theyd call me in to sign. I sat in their waiting room for THREE AND A HALF HOURS, waiting to sign paperwork. They have a deal in hand, and just let the customer sit there waiting on their inept finance team. Once I got called in, it was another hour as the guy assigned to me went through my papers.Six and a half hours is too long to buy a car. This dealership sucks. Never again. Ford should be embarrassed that this is a franchisee.

I originally reached out to Automax Ford when I was looking to order a new truck with some options that were just rolling out from the factory. Tim Olszewski (or Tim O as everyone calls him) got back to me with a great offer, made the whole ordering process easy, and was always happy to update me on the progress of the order, which was a lot tougher than usual in 2021 as the chip shortage slowed production of many models. Id definitely buy from Tim again, and its more than worth a trip from Austin to go see him.

Chris (Chris with the cane) was absolutely amazing and very personable. He wasn’t a “car sales man” he was a friend. I wouldn’t purchase a vehicle from anyone else. He was honest and forthcoming with all information. We had been to plenty of dealerships over the last week and every person tried to just throw us into whatever fit their agenda, Chris actually listened to us and what we were looking for in a family vehicle. If we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future, I hope to have Chris by our side.

I will never purchase a vehicle or allow anyone I know to purchase a vehicle from this company. We had a leased vehicle that we traded into another dealership. Fast forward 4 months later and with us still having to make payments the vehicle is paid off yet our money has not been returned for the difference of the payoff at the time of our contract. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Worst repair customer service with a Ford dealership. I would highly suggest taking it your vehicle to another location. Upon scheduling an appointment for my vehicle I assumed it was a locked for maintenance. This location only does appointments for drop offs and you must wait 3-5 days without a vehicle. Yes, I have the extended warranty and it covers rental vehicles but until the service department looks at my vehicle I cannot get a rental. So I was out a vehicle for 4 days. When the service department finally looked at my vehicle no one called me to approve the repairs prior to pulling it out of the service bay, no my vehicle is again at the bottom of the line for repairs. Not the best way to conduct quality business. Every time I try to call and speak with someone, I’m only allowed to speak with my service provider and no one else can answer or assist me. This will be the last time I take any vehicle to this location and will have no problem driving 30 minutes to an hour away for better service than what this location provides.

This is the worst place to buy a vehicle. Highly disorganized. Zero professionalism. Beware if you have your own financing. It has been over a month, still have not received my hard plates and nobody will answer the phones to resolve issues. Was promised a detail of the vehicle and the numbers they gave me to set that up no longer work. Perfect example of a big business dealership. No personal service. No wonder so many people are switching to Online buying.

Buying the car was initially pleasant, however every encounter thereafter has been much more of a hassle then it truly needs to be. The front desk ladies are less than kind and appear to hate their jobs. No compassion or consideration for their customers. No one in that establishment can seem to wear a mask properly (or even at all) despite the posting on the door.I needed to pick up my plates and had to make 2 trips since they do not give out plates on weekends despite the voicemail we were left. I explained to the staff that I would prefer to pick up the plates despite the 60 mile round trip due to a history of mail not being delivered to the correct address in the town I live in. I arrived there this morning before 9 and waited. I asked a salesman who was walking about the lot if I could do a curbside pick up for the plates since I had a baby in the car sleeping. He said he would check and came back to notify me I would have to go in. The 2.5 minute interaction that the front desk staff was unable to make at the door (which is just about 20 steps from the desk) resulted in 30 minutes of hearing my baby scream the entire ride home since she woke up from the transfer.On top of that, every dealership I have ever been to has always put the plates on the car for you. This one failed to even offer. Auto max- you have some great salesmen that get the customers for you... but some below average employees who are unable to keep them due to basic interpersonal skills required in customer service. Will not be returning for future purchases solely due to the negative interactions and unwillingness to accommodate from your front desk showroom staff.

Great experience overall. Thank you to the kind staff and to my dealer Joshua Putzeys. He made everything go smooth as possible and definitely made me feel comfortable. This was my first time buying, Joshua listened to all of my requests and definitely gave me the best option available. He has great character and helped me get all the benefits I could get with me being in the military.

Trying to reach anyone, especially parts department, is fckn impossible. And when they answer, I got hung up on and redirected 12 times. I finally gave up and went there, and sat there for an hour before they acknowledged me

I would stay away from this dealership. I recently purchased a 2021 Expedition with the agreement that different wheels would be put on the vehicle the following day. I was told i would receive a call with a time to bring it in. I received no call, so i decided to call myself. I first spoke to my sales rep Joey who said he would follow up and get back with me. I have never been able to get him back on the phone since then. I have spoken to multiple managers who tell me they will check on it and they have yet to call back with any updates 3 days later. The pre purchase experience was not the best with their inability to locate multiple keys of vehicles we were interested in, but the post purchase experience has been even worse. They also failed to give us both key fobs, so we cannot program the securicode keyless door entry pad. I am hopeful a resolution will happen when i go up there in person, and if it does i will update this review, but at this point i recommend to steer clear of this place.

I bought 05/15/2021 a 2012 RAM 1500. I paid with cash.. The seller Terry Hatcher told me before we got the car They change it engine oil and transmission oil plus they do 100.2 safety checking point. It was verbal agreement between us. Today 06/17/2017 pop up the service oil change light on my truck. So the service didnt do anything . So they just promise everything until you sign the paperwork :( . Im very disappointed again.

The staff and the waiting area were nice.However 4 hours to change a single tire with an appointment is ridiculous.(This is in regards to the service center not the dealership its self)
