Wasnt sure about all these bad reviews, but every time I have called them about wanting to look into pulling or buying a part they have been complete a-holes. I really wanted to just ask if they are TRYING to ruin their business. Its like youre asking for a favor or something when youre just trying to give them your business. I dealt with them a few years ago and it wasnt quite so, but dont think Ill be talking to them again.

Didnt happen to have my starter because its for a Lincoln LS 6 cyl. but this good ol boy was nice enough to refer me to someone he thought might have it. Good way to operate. I would recommend...

I bought a used ABS control assembly from triple R and they told me it had a 90 day warranty. The first time they gave me the wrong part. The second time they were very rude to me, but gave me the right part, unfortunately it was defective. So I call them and try to get another part and the OWNER of the business tells me he isnt going replace my part. The worst thing is I told him I think hes taking advantage of me and he literally told me thats the way things are done. So now Im stuck with either buying another part (these things are $2000 new) or driving in an unsafe car. Never buy from these guys they personify why the auto repair industry has such a bad name.

Reasonable and can almost always find what you need even if they dont have it on site. Great guys!!
