I bought a vehicle from the Chevrolet in Lansing,IL and the vehicle had issues 2 days after getting it! Went to Fort Hood and the next thing I knew the parking lot was filled with smoke, even the fire department showed up! My car was taken here to All American where the issues were discussed. I eventually decided to purchase a new 2020 Trax from them with the help of Bryan Grondahl who was awesome! Great customer service here and they treat military personnel with the utmost outstanding respect. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Absolutely worst experience and never coming back here again. I had tried multiple times to set up an appointment for service, and called multiple times and left a voicemail with no return phone call or email or any attempt at contacting me. Got told that everything was double booked and they only had one technician working. I find that hard to believe on your busiest day. I work in the industry and have for many years. This is a perfect example of how to lose a customer and everyone that I know will never use this facility.Patriot gmc was able to take me as a walk in and I got the service performed and out the door in less than an hour.

Good service on my Spark last year in October 2020. This year also on cross country trip to the area tried to schedule a oil change and service department was busy and I got a voice-mail box and I left a message. Did not get a call back. Guess you dont care if you lose a customer but I will not return.

Absolutely ridiculous. Scheduled an appointment at noon and had my truck towed there. Called at2pm and they said they’re behind and won’t get to it till tomorrow . So they’re at least 17 hours behind on scheduled appointments ? And I said I needed my vehicle so they said I can come grab it ..... it was towed there. I asked for a loaner car and they’re conveniently β€œout” . Worst place ever

I dont know what happened in the last few years, but Im a little disillusioned with this establishment. First I took my wifes car for service along with a coupon. After they told me that they would honor it, they didnt give me the discount.After that, I wanted to compare the Colorados with the Silverados and it was incredibly difficult to find the new vehicles. It seemed that they were mixed up together with the used ones. As a matter of fact it seemed that the used cars outnumbered the new ones 5 to 1. They really have to get organized if they want to stay competitive.

Worst place ever, even after my bad review 11 months ago and them trying to resolve. Your best bet is trust Walmart or mom and pop shops over this dealership. The worst part they dont allow walkin, first dealership Ive experienced over many years that didnt offer that. Most around military bases at least offer it on Saturdays. Not only did I have issues getting in for oil change it continued after that and the man that replied to my review gave me his card after my review and got my oil change, when going back said he didnt remember me or ever telling me to contact him after that for any issues getting back in for service. So after all the issues and other horrible stories and reviews on this place been going to Walmart for everything even though I only prefer going to dealers. But now I almost was in an accident and got pulled over because my right turn signal when I turn it on it gives a message right rear turn signal indicator failure so Im assuming it isnt working, called in again told the woman and best they can do as usual is a week later. Only option was drop car off and leave it but they are busy and still probably wont be looked at until Thursday. So I asked her, being military, what am i supposed to do continue getting pulled over on post which can cause you get reported to your command and after so many tickets lose driving privileges on post and she stated best she can do is Thursday. Plus all military know without POV inspections you cant take pass or leave either. So guess yet again I have to depend on Walmart or someone else and hope they can fix my car instead of dealership whom is supposed be subject matter experts on the cars they sell. East Coast Chevy dealerships are way better than this place. Even buying a car they try RIP you off on prices of cars, I went to buy one for my son even though I researched value of cars I was going look at. And two cars they showed me the pics of inside of car looked good but after seeing them in person the inside was stained up and horrible. Guess Ill either buy my next car at another dealership, even though I have loved chevy vehicles or travel somewhere else.
